The gold on the knife started to fade after a couple of uses. The quality of the knife is fantastic. Very light weight and good steel. Small enough to conceal no matter what you’re wearing. If you’re buying it for the gold, know it will fade quickly.

I was very excited for this knife but unfortunately the gold coating seems to be spotting and wearing extremely fast. I have not carried this knife for more than 2 weeks. No other complaints. Very light and sturdy. I would NOT recommend this gold color.

Was digging it, but after a couple weeks now the blade has ugly corrosion on the logo side. It sits on my coffee table. I might have opened a couple boxes with it. Wiped it off every time. No reason it should look like this.

I love everything about this knife except the gold finish. I love the color, but the finish has become "spotted" and have mo reason why.

This knife met all my expectations. Grat quality as always with SOG. I cannot throw any shade at these knives because they always live up to my needs.

This knife is durable, sharp & light. This is my new EDC & I do have the little brother the Ultra XR which i really like too.

Love this knife. It's one of my main EDC knives. Super light, very sharp and looks good. Highly recommend.

Lightweight and quality materials, a great everyday carry

I don't buy a carbon fiber and gold knife for function. I am buying a gold and carbon fiber knife to show off. The first knife I purchased through Blade HQ, I had it for no more then 5 days and the coating started to come off. Very minimal use, I cut a box or two and a piece of 1/4" soft plastic conduit. I reached out to the support and no questions asked they sent me another. Within only about 4 days this time the coating started to come off again. This time the most it was used for was to cut a zip tie. I have absolutely no idea if I would have somehow done something to cause this... I can't image I have. Very upsetting, I would not recommend.

Great and almost perfect (a bit hard to open when it’s new).

Comfortable to hold. Light. Stays sharp. All around awesome product. Super good looking is a great bonus

My expectations were high when I ordered it, but were exceeded after opening and using. I wanted to find at least one negative to point out...I could not.
How it feels, how it looks, how it functions is perfect to me.

This knife is light, the action is ever so slightly stiff but not bad at all. I bought this mainly because I really liked the finish both in terms of the blade, and the carbon fiber to compliment it, but another big reason I pulled the trigger on it was the lock mechanism. It's much lighter than you would expect and I mean that as a good thing. It disappears in your pocket but don't let the light weight fool you into thinking it's not up to task as an EDC, it's not the heaviest duty knife I own but it is a solid knife that can handle any reasonable task. It locks up nice and tight, and as a big time knife lover with many many knives of various qualities this is one that is worth a buy and worth carrying, it's not my #1 but it changed the way I looked at SOG as a whole as before I bought this I always just kind of looked at SOG as a BS cheap knife company, but their more quality knives I now completely respect. It's worth a carry, and worth your time.

Sharp little knife that looks great. I wanted a small EDC that maintained a professional look and this knife was perfect! I’ve had it for about 3 months now and still love it!

This is a fantastic knife! This terminus is fidget candy. Super light weight but very strong. Perfect ergos and jimping that actually works which I love. The action isn’t the best out of the box but after a day it’s stellar!!SOG is killing it lately. The kiku xr and seal xr are absolutely amazing as well. Keep it up SOG
