Simple and easy draw device

Easy, fast & quiet. Mine takes a few more revolutions to fully cock than advertised, probably because of a longer power stroke of the crossbow.

Dangerous...

Absolute junk... Purchased an M-370 for the wife, an experienced archer who was having trouble drawing her old Hoyt. Problem#1: Crank handle did not fit on the shaft of Accudraw Pro. Shaft was badly machined, and badly burred. Problem #2: Crank handle itself was out of spec, did not fit the shaft tightly. Magnet fell off shaft, Problem #3: Second time cocking the bow, the gears or the Accudraw Pro slipped, allowing the bow to dryfire. Problem #4: Subsequent times the accudraw released while cocking, dryfiring the bow and finally breaking the retraction string. I contacted manufacturer wanting a replacement Accudraw unit sent to me. Manufacturers solution: Return the entire crossbow for repair... I attempted to return it to the wholesaler I purchased it from, but the manufacturer refused to accept the return. My wifes archery hunt was ruined by faulty equipment, and she is stuck with a crossbow she (rightly) doesn't trust.

    Cheap plastic

Little flip switch broke on my 8th time hunting with it. Cheap plastic, definitely not worth it.

    Good bows poor Accudraw system

Purchased the Accudraw system and had it installed on my new wickedridge 370. The system worked well for about a week before it started to breakdown. The reverse mechanism that allows the sled to release broke, making it impossible to activate the bow to shoot. The handle is also sloppy and creates problems when cranking. Disappointed to say the lease.

    Don’t purchase

Never got to use would not ingage and I have to sent the whole cross bow back to get fixed

    ACUdraw Failure

This came with my new M1 Turbo. Used it to sight in the crossbow, but eventually it started grinding and now the anti slip feature no longer exists. If I let go of the handle it will release the string forward.

ACUdraw pro is very easy to use

Learned how to use this system in only a few minutes. The more you do it the easier it gets. The only issue I had with it was after about 10 shots the magnet came out of the handle that helps keep it attached to the crank. I just took it home and used some super glue to put it back in.

    broke during sight in

bought m1 pro package, draw pro came pre installed. the pawl (thin plastic lever for positioning) broke on 10th draw. be that as it was , it still never worked 100 percent for the 9 prior draws. i have an engineering background and the part is not shaped properly as well as, being made from a weak thin plastic(pretty sure not even ABS) that has no chance at any sort of lasting or functioning life . my strings already have fray indication . thicker ABS lever, with a larger radius on the tip, and some sort ofway to protect the string and my review would be 5 stars.

    Nice bow

I have had my stealth nxt 2 years. Nice bow. The problem is the acra draw pro. I have replaced the cord three times. After maybe 35 or 40 shots. If ten point made the acra draw like the bow there would be no problem. I think they should redesign the pro. No a good set up for what you pay for the bow. Very disappointed.

Installation and performance of the Acudraw Pro

Easy to install and so much easier to cock. Very quiet so chances are you can get that second shot off before that deer takes off.

    Awesome feature!

I bought a STEALTH NXT after shooting a free range 14 pt Whitetail and two does on a hunting trip to Texas with my buddies Older Ten Point that had the original Acu Draw. I have shot a compound for 26 yrs and thought it would be fun to buy a new “toy”. I fell in love with the Acu Draw Pro the moment I got my xbow. Very easy to crank and figure out. I did a lot of research about the Acu Draw system and have always done the basic maintenance on my xbow and Acu Draw. There are always negative reviews on products, no matter how good they are. 90% of the time it comes down to user error and people not taking care of their equipment!!!

    So disappointing

Got my new tenpoint crossbow with the with the ACUdraw cocking system and shot it a few times and was spot in out of the box. Just went out for first day of archery season got to my stand and went to cock the bow and won’t pull the string back and miss an opportunity on a nice buck. Will not engage to pull sting back but when release pull the cocking mechanism right back. So disappointing for my very first time archery hunting

    Will not hold up

I purchased a nitro x less than a year ago. I've shot the now maybe 20 times. Now the accudraw is making grinding noises when I crank it like it's going to start slipping. Another issue is the strings are significantly frayed. Finally, the auto retract mechanism is not working so I have unwind it and then crank it up. I'm going to try to hunt with being the season starts next weekend. However, I am really dissatisfied with the quality considering I've spent nearly $2500 on the bow. The accudraw pro is too expensive to replace on a brand new bow.

    Acudraw pro disappointing

Purchased the nitro xrt on employees Advice. Sighted bow in with a dozen shots. Took it hunting once and shot into target to uncork. Noticed string was frayed after only these few shots! Looks like this may be a huge expense if string has to be replaced after firing a dozen times! Also the crank seems really flimsy so wondering if it will hold up. 3 weeks into season and only been in the woods once! Really considering replacing this bow with something else.

I do not like it at all it come on my Horton vortex

    Not worth the money

The engage lever will break, it's not a case of if, it's a case of when. It's thin plastic. The claw has already frayed my bow string on sight-in. Yes it's waxed. The winding spring was broken up installation. I had to get an immediate replacement. The claw holder is built right into the Shadow NXT frame is going to wear out. It doesn't hold the claw securely or reliably. I'd prefer to see some type of mechanical holder instead. The Acudraw Pro is way to much money to already replace 2 parts and knowing there's probably going to be 2 more points of failure, one of which is my frame!

    Great due to customer service!

I first used my ACUdraw PRO on my Stealth NXT that I purchased. After only a few uses the string connecting the sled started to fray so I decided to write a review about my disatisfaction. Once the review was posted I was immediately contacted by customer service trying to make it right. All they asked for was my serial number and address where to send a new one. Thats customer service for you! They didnt hassle me about anything else or wanting photos for proof. I rated five stars due to the great customer support and the way they make sure every customer is satisfied.

    It Works

Installed on my Shadow NXT. I expected more from the fan-fare build-up about this Pro being so much better than the older one. Yes it's quieter. Yes it takes less revolutions. Still not as easy to crank as the Ravin. The auto-engage lever seems kind of flimsy, like it could break in the future. Storage clip on the Shadow NXT is useless - doesn't really keep the sled in storage position. I shoot and then see the sled dangling out of the cradle. Bottom line - It does the job, could be better

Best accessory for cocking your crossbow.

Makes life so much easier for those with weaker shoulders (arthritis), and anyone who has problems cocking a crossbow. Easy to use, safe, stores nicely on crossbow frame. Definitely a must..

    Great Improvement Over Legacy ACUdraw

The ACUdraw PRO came standard with my new Nitro X and provides HUGE improvements over the legacy ACUdraw device I have on my Turbo XLT. With the design of the Nitro X providing secure and easy storage of the sled and cocking handle in the stock of the bow, it eliminates one of the bigger short-comings of the legacy ACUdraw - having to strap yet another holster to your belt for the ACUdraw cocking handle. Between the noise of ripping Velcro as you remove the handle from its holster, to the loud clicking as you cock your crossbow, the legacy ACUdraw makes cocking or re-cocking in the stand virtually out of the question and one must hand-cock or use a rope sled. Though the ACUdraw PRO improves on the loud clicking of the legacy ACUdraw, it is not completely silent and still produces a light clicking noise when cranking. If not for this, I would have given the ACUdraw PRO a 5-star rating.
