Does as advertised. Quiets the bow. I installed it on my PHYNTOM CSL I purchased new in 2010 and use to hunt whitetail deer. Love the way it shoots still today.

It's makes a big difference on your crossbow. It cuts the noise and vibration way down that you can here your bolt hitting it's target.

I added the SDS to my Stealth FX4. Easy to install. (I did have to shorten the rods per the instructions in order to fit the FX4, but that was easy to do --- 5 minutes with a hack saw and file). The SDS really quiets the bow. I like it!!!

It took about 15 minutes for me to installed the SDS. I found the ten point instruction on video more easily to follow and install then the written directions that came with the SDS. My hunting buddy noticed immediately a noise difference while observing me practice shooting. 2 days later, he went out and bought a SDS for himself. Definitely made the xbow look "nicer" too. Super please with this product.

I purchased this string dampener after using my TenPoint for two years. The installation was easy and dampener works incredibly well. It is amazing how much it quiets the crossbow. So much so that a miss does not always equate to a running deer but rather an alerted deer that will settle down in little while. Just don't move.!!! Once it settles down then recock with your crank AccuDraw (love this thing) and hopefully try again. The dampener is the best accessory you can add to your TenPoint.

Took a little bit to get it installed but they have good YouTube videos to help you out. It made my crossbow more efficient. I shot at a doe and missed ans she had no clue I was even near and was able to re cock and shoot again and got her. I would recommend it for the woods.

My WR Raider is accurate but with the SDS the accuracy is enhanced and I feel it increases the life of the string and limbs by reducing movement of the string and limbs. Best accessory you can put on your bow !

I added this to my Wicked Ridge Invader HP. It's a snug fit in the rail between the grommets and bow, and helped to make my crossbow no louder than a quick thump noise. No vibration at all between using this and Bowjax.

If your looking for the best way to reduce the noise generated by you bow this is the ticket. I had two bucks come into my stand. The one I harvested came back to his buddy after I shot him due to his buddy not hearing the shot. Distance to the bucks was 25 yards. It works.

I highly recommend the String Dampening System, I installed it on my crossbow and reduced the noise and vibration by about 60% or more.
