    Things I liked:

Side parallax adjustment and the cap-less turrets. The lighted reticle is something I never thought I would like. Then, I moved to a heavily treed area, it is a big help for me when hunting in the shadows under a heavy canopy.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing

    What others should know:

UTG's now sit on all of my long guns. This swat scope is my favorite scope to date versus my other two True Hunter scopes. The ability to adjust the turrets to without the need to remove the caps is by far my most favorite feature on the UTG scopes.

    Things I liked:

This is my third UTG scope. For my uses it's a good buy and the first 2 have held up pretty good (several years of use), as far as I'm concerned. I like that you get a set of rings with it.

    Things I would have changed:

I'm not a big fan of the multi-colored lighted reticle. It works well and for those that might be color-blind it's probably OK. I always put the battery in and play with it a bit....but have never used this feature on any of my other scopes. It does work well though.

    What others should know:

    It's kinda heavy.

    Things I liked:

very clear for a lower priced scope, l l turrets have a nice click , lock easily and simple to zero.

    Things I would have changed:

Eye relief is fairly sensitive , but once set correctly works well

    What others should know:

May need taller mounts to adjust eye relief depending on what you mounting it on

    Things I liked:

Fantastic scope for the money. It puts up with the strong recoil of my Benjamin NP Trail XL and maintains accuracy day in and day out.

    Things I would have changed:

Wish the focus wheel came standard and didn't have to purchase it as an add on.

    Things I liked:

I bought mine from PyraminAir a few years ago, and bar-none, this is the best scope in my arsenal. I have one on my Big Cat 1250 (tuned), and another on my Hatsan and have put thousands of rounds down both without any issues with the scopes holding zero. Both rifles have been banged around and dropped (I have a clumsy nephew at times) and every time the scopes were dead on. The locking mechanisms on the turrets are quite snug, and yes, I have used the illumination at times when shooting varmints in low-light conditions quite successfully (albeit I use absolute lowest setting. Strong and hearty scope to say the least. She is a long scope and a bit heavy, but for my lighter rifles it creates a perfect balance. I have not tried their compact model, but will be ordering one for a new rifle.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing comes to mind.

    What others should know:

For the buck, this scope is a HUGE win-win, and it stands by the fact of being shock, rain and fog proof (I have shot in all climate conditions and she's a winner). Now some might state this as a "Change", but when factory new I found on both scopes that the side parallax adjustment turret was VERY stiff out of the box. The first one I thought it was a defect, but with a pair of padded pliers I gave it a twist back and forth and after a couple of minutes of hand rotations both worked smoothly. *Note! I know some shooters have no need for illumination or end up trying and not liking it, or if you store your rifles for some time, remember to remove the battery so not to corrode your scope. I would put this scope up against a Hawke any day of the week for a fraction of the cost. My next one will be the compact, but I am dying to try out their Accushot 4-16x56!

    Things I liked:

    Clear, looks good

    What others should know:

After about 200 shots out of a Gamo Hornet the reticle fell down inside the scope. Before that happened I would have given it 5 stars. Seems to be a lot of good reviews, so I guess I just got a bad one. Pyramid Air customer service was excellent swapping it for another one.

Nice eye relief and I like the side mounted range adjustment. Came zeroed from PA. Very nice scope for the money in my newbie opinion.

    Things I liked:

I like that this scope is clear, very clear and the price isn't going to break the bank. The distance marks on the focus wheel are very close to actual distances and the target style turrets are a very nice feature. I also like that it is made with the larger 30mm tube.

    Things I would have changed:

For me personally, I would have a regular objective end instead of the "integrated sun shade" and I don't care much for illuminated reticles and the extra weight but I can see how it could be useful in some applications. I would also like to see these scopes packaged with a regular 3/8" set of rings instead of the Weaver style.

    What others should know:

This scope is BIG! And it's heavy. Also note that the included mounts are Weaver and not 3/8"/11mm dovetail and that they are high mounts. I ordered some medium height rings and I have enough clearance over the barrel/receiver to have the scope caps on with no contact.

    Things I liked:

Clear and bright optics. I like the easy operation of changing the reticle color and think there's some use for it. I was amazed when I mounted it to my new Hatsan 95 and it was almost dead on center! First one for me to get that with just mounting a scope! Guess it was luck. I like that this scope can also mount on a deer rifle and not just a pellet gun. You could pick off a deer at a thousand yards with this thing. Truly amazing for the money! Flip up covers were included and are very nice. It's kind of intimidating to others showing up with this mounted on your gun. Looks awesome!

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing so far. I am very impressed with this scope.

    What others should know:

This thing is a brute! It's huge! It's also hard to tell if it will fit on your gun. I had to remove the scope stop on my Hatsan 95 Vortex rifle to get it to fit right on the gun and then it was still close to not being able to use the flip up scope covers, but they fit. Can't get over hitting inside the center ring out of the box.

The clarity of the glass for the price is excellent. The best scope for hatsan rifles . I have three one on each of the rifles. Great eye releave.

    Things I liked:

This scope is very nice looking and it's intimidating looking especially when it's mounted. the optics are bright and very clear even to the edges of the field of view. The various colors are a nice touch. Seems easy to operate. I like that they include the rings with it to mount it. However, they're for a picatinny rail and not 11mm dovetail so be aware. The included rings are very good rings too. Seems like a very solid scope. Also included is the ranging data card which would be very useful.

    Things I would have changed:

    Haven't found anything yet.

    What others should know:

Yes! The only reason I rated this 4 star is because I had to comment before I could really put it thru the paces of shooting. I will be back to comment further when I've had the chance to shoot with it. This scope is VERY long! Never had one like this, but from the looks of things, I could mount this on my 30-06 and pick a deer off at a thousand yards no sweat! I suspect this will be a great scope. I may buy one of these for that purpose.

    Things I liked:

Excellent value for the price. Clear optics and good light gathering ability. Clear at all magnifications.

    Things I would have changed:

Change the rings to ones that work with a Marauder; would be an even better value.

    What others should know:

This is a much better scope than the Centerpoint scope that comes.with the Marauder bundle.

    Rating 5.05.0 5.0

    Things I liked:

Great optic with a nice clear image coming through. Eye relief is not critical unless you crank it up to around the upper limit. Matte finish is very good. If this were any other brand but UTG/Leapers you would be spending a LOT more to get the same value. I ordered two of these; one went on a CZ .22lr &17hmr switch barrel rifle and the other on a CZ American in .204 Ruger. What comes in handy on this scope is the lockable target turrets. When I switch barrels on the rimfire I can look at my notes and adjust the marked turrets and adjust back to a known good setting for whatever caliber I am shooting and I will just need a minor adjustment. On the .204 I can come up with range estimation with the retical and if the target is more than 300 yards away I can dial in enough elevation to compensate for drop and then when I want to return to my 200 yard zero I just unlock the turret and turn until the dial is back on 0. You could spend a small fortune at the other optics makers.

    Things I would have changed:

It is heavy, but I guess you need that for ruggedness and such. Other than that this scope has one flaw that I can think of. When you turn on the illumination it doesn't show up just on the cross-hairs, but also around the periphery of the field of view; this can be a bit distracting. I can see where this might be a problem at night for coon hunters and predator callers the color and light is so bright, but then again maybe in practice it wouldn't hurt anything. That said, Leapers needs to work on this because it is a flaw. Still, it is the best deal out there. Almost always you get what you pay for. Not so with Leapers/UTG. You get so much more than you pay for. For that I will deal with the weight and sight picture with the light on.

    What others should know:

This isn't just an airgun scope or rim-fire scope. As a matter of fact it's so beefy that on most airguns it's going to over power them in the looks department and look out of balance if you care about those things. Also, keep in mind this scope isn't light. If you're going to do a lot of walking about with this hunting and such, invest in a sling for your rifle. LIFETIME WARRANTY IS IN THE BOX! Things I liked:

You get a lot of scope for the money. Good clarity, very useful reticle design, good magnification. Like the variable brightness on the illumination, makes it more versatile. I shoot from a bench so the weight doesn't bother me.

    Things I would have changed:

Offer with sidewheel instead of add-on.

    What others should know:

I have checked distances up to 100 yards with the A/O and have found it to be surprisingly accurate once you recognize the sweet spot.
