Things I liked:

This scope is so much an improvement over anything I have used before that I am selling my other scope to buy a second one of these! Yes, it is a large scope but it is so sharp I don't even think about it when I'm shooting. I can count the eyelash hairs on a rabbit at 50 yds,and that's only on 10x! I find the bubble level to be easy to use as it's just right there where it can be seen easily. My group sizes shrank noticably in the first bench session after mounting and sighting in.

Things I would have changed:

Have option to order it with 11 dovetail rings instead of the Weaver type. On smaller guns the included mounts are just in the way of the cocking bolt. I could work with it but I ordered the other rings the day I received the scope.

What others should know:

If your gun has 11 mm rail, don't try to use included rings with adapters. Just order the proper ones when you order the scope. They cost like $13 and it's worth it.

    Things I liked:

For the price these UTG scopes are built fairly well. All the parts function as they should.

    Things I would have changed:

In the manufacturing end of the business, I would acquire and use raw materials that can handle serious temperature extremes. The scope click calibration has to remain the same regardless of temperature, even if there's an "equalization" period, it has to be the same after drastic temperature changes.

    What others should know:

For those who live in extremely cold climates (Wisconsin) like I do, your scope has to hold its zero and scope click calibration in order to be of value. I'm unsure if 'every' UTG scope has this problem, but the one I bought had it bad. If it weren't for that, and I lived in a more temperate zone, I would have kept the scope because it was very accurate above 45 degrees or so.

    Things I liked:

At first look this is a big scope ;but don't let that get to you.look through it and you will be amazed of how clear and chrisp the view is.set it up using the correct method and you will wonder why I did not buy this in the first place .30mm tub is a no brainer I will recommend if if you can afford it.the adjustments are superb.

    Things I would have changed:

Humm.the bubble is a bit low in the view.takes some getting used to.

    What others should know:

The side wheel is a must on this scope.Buy It. I used an accushot 30mm mount on my Garmo Black Fusion as the mounts it came with are picatinny /weaver. there is a small over lap at the recoil rail end .you will get accstom to its weight and somehow it just don't matter.having funn I guess.

big scope...great glass...put it on a custom built very modded nitro piston that has destroyed 9 scopes less than a year...400 plus shots still holding zero..i say buy it if you don't mind the size...5 stars in my book...

    Nothing...

No scope has lasted more than a hundred shots out of this gun...hits like a hammer...this scope holding up so far after 400 plus shots

    Things I liked:

It's easy to mount, easy to sight in, has great viewable area, the zoom and focus are easy to use.

    Things I would have changed:

The light up feature is a little dull and it's large and does add a significant amount of weight to the gun.

    What others should know:

Overall a great value for a scope and it does the job very well.

    Things I liked:

The scope is decent for the price point. The first one I received had the misaligned reticle like others had mentioned. Spoke with PA customer service and they said to return it and they sent out a new one. This one was aligned correctly. Many mentioned the bubble is difficult to see and it truly is for me also. I tried what one reviewer said and that worked perfectly. Just turn on the color reticle and bam the bubble level lights up bright and clear. You can reduce the brightness of reticle to its lowest setting which is almost black again and the bubble remains illuminated. The glass is what you get at this price and at full zoom the blurry view many mentioned is easily corrected using the SWAT wheel AO turret. That's what it meant for to fix the blur and parallax. Use it!

    Things I would have changed:

I got the limited time free SWAT wheel with my purchase. It's the one meant specifically for the Bubble level scope. The wheel works well but does have some wobbles as stated by others. There not an easy fix for this. UTG should design and build their wheels with 3 off set allen set screws like other scope brands to stabilize and firm up the wheel. Only down side for the scope is its heavy and long. Would like a lighter and shorter version of the bubble level scope.

    What others should know:

Buy the scope. It works wonderfully. When setup correctly it is an added aid when shooting. I put this on my Hatsan Gladius .25 cal. It's a bit challenging to get the bubble level to remain level while tightening the included scope rings. But thats based off only my first time ever setting up a scope with an internal level. Turret adjustments are small and precise which enabled me to tune my zero less than 1/4 in. Mostly hole in hole accuracy.

    Things I liked:

This is a great scope for the price they are asking. It ships with 30mm pic rail rings too. That was a real bonus for me because I had ordered rings to go with it and missed the 30mm detail and had 1". My bad. Scope is very clear and bright. I am using this on a Benjimin Marauder. Scope caps are another bonus. Order the sidewheel to go with it, not only does it look good, it is very effective and handy. I will buy more of these scopes.

    Things I would have changed:

I dont know if the color selection for crosshairs is a big deal. But I'm not unhappy with it. Change, nothing.

    What others should know:

Your money well spent on this product.

    Things I liked:

If this isn't a single-person start-to-finish product from UTG, I'll be amazed. It has none of the drawbacks of a previous UTG scope, plus the added feature of an in-sight line bubble leveler. I've seen many reviews that knock the leveler for not being true, but my experience is that the scope rings were the problem... at least in the latest shipped unit.. I love the scope for its clarity, the aforementioned bubble leveler and the precise adjustments that take effect immediately on my TX. If I had a recorder that only tagged my voice when 4 or more pellets went through the same hole at 27 yards, the internet would still not car, but for me, and other enthusiasts, this is big news. Having one less opportunity for error with the bubble leveler in the scope picture made me realize just how much rifle cant affects the shot.. I had an add-on bubble level on my last scope but through my own laziness rarely consulted its input . This scope really sets the bar for optics and adjustments

    Things I would have changed:

The windage and elevation locks are a bit heavy, but the trade is that they work and I'm not finding the locks floating and wondering if I had screwed them down last time... when the shot went awry. I do shoot a springer - TX - so even with moderate back and forth recoil, this scope seems well able to handle the job.

    What others should know:

I drive a good distance from my home in Colorado (elev 6000 feet) to close to 9500 feet for extended UNINTERRUPTED shooting fun, so your experience may be different (bears not included). The gun feels slightly more harsh at that altitude, perhaps due to the thin air and I expect that the results extend to the lower half of the Troposphere but have no way of knowing. That said, this same scope at lower altitudes and with smoother end-shot cushioning should perform as well or better than the results I've described. Adjustments on the scope are light to the touch and almost immediate in their result, so you can leave your maple knocker at home - this thing does the job without having to run a half-dozen rounds through the gun to see results. Did I mention the bubble leveler? Game changer.

Clear, nice bright optics. Side focus. The free side focus wheel.

the scope looks nice and has the features I was looking for. I bought this scope with intensions of installing it on the sig sauer ASP20 rifle in .22cal w/synthetic stock. at the moment the rifle isn't available at pyramid air.. Things I liked:

This scope has turrets that are Very nice. They have minimal slop, positive and audible clicks and the markings line up. Compared to Any of my other UTG scopes, these are on another level. The etched reticle works very well for my uses,it's not Too fine and just precise enough to get the job done. The settings work smoothly and the side focus ranges quite well. There are Very few scopes that can touch the image clarity in this price range. Simply Outstanding!

    Things I would have changed:

I would offer this package without the level. Mine seems to be calibrated incorrectly. It's visible enough to be usable, but until it's function can be improved,I would just ditch it...the scope is Excellent without it. I would also change the illumination feature to a rheostat-type knob with simply a red version.

    What others should know:

This is an Excellent scope for the price! I absolutely Love the quality of the turrets and the glass. In fact, despite the level issue,I will be purchasing another. I have a regular 4-16X56 30mm UTG SWAT scope and am Blown Away at the improvements over that and my other UTG scopes...no mushy, vague windage/elevation/locking adjustments. Tom Gaylord wasn't blowing hot air when he raved about this product. (Aside from the level) A 6-24 or 8-32 model, minus the level, would be One Hot Seller! (hint).

    Things I liked:

The image is nice. Plenty of light and focus is good. The illuminated reticle is nice too.

    Things I would have changed:

I think the basic idea of having a level in the sight picture is awesome. It appears that UTG has some bugs to work out. I had to send my 1st scope back because I couldn't hardly see the level, and what I could see was not level with the cross hairs. I'm currently waiting for the replacement. Hopefully it'll be better. Note to UTG: Having a level that is NOT LEVEL, is worse than not having one at all. I don't want to have to remember that the level can't be trusted every time I shoot.

    Verified Purchase

    Things I liked:

This is my second purchase of the UTG - 4 x16 Bubble Leveler scope. I enjoyed my first one so much that I sold my Hawke 4x16. I can say the scope sure does help the canting and made easy by not having to keep peeking to a outside level. A lot of flyers are eliminated. I read several of the reviews before my first purchase and some reviews were a little of the map with the law of physics. The scope is clear at all yardage. There is also a lot of adjustment both windage and elevation. The scope for the price is a real value. in both windage

    Things I would have changed:

If possible make the scope shorter and a little lighter. Still satisfied with the scope.

    Things I liked:

I like the SWAT, the fine Mil-Dot etched glass reticle, the 56mm objective lens and the 1/8" MOA adjustment. Overall a 1/2 decent scope. The illuminated crosshairs are OK but I don't know if I'll ever have a need to use them.

    Things I would have changed:

UTG should drop the attempt at including an integral bubble level that's not accurate. I set up a 2 ft long bubble level (verified accurate) out a few yards from the gun and scope and adjusted it to be perfectly level. I then set the gun and scope up securely and turned the scope until the scope level bubble was centered. The crosshairs were noticeably canted and were not at all in alignment with the perfectly flat top of the external level a few yards away. If everything was as it should be the bubbles should have matched and the horizontal crosshairs should have been perfectly parallel to the top of the external level. In other words, if the crosshairs were perfectly level, the scope bubble was not. Inversely, if the scopes bubble was perfectly centered, the crosshairs were obviously canted. They never matched. You can do this with a plumb line too. Match your vertical crosshair with the plumb line. If the bubble in the scope is centered, you're good to go. If it's not, ---------.

    What others should know:

I actually like this scope and it's features, but don't rely on the integral bubble level to avoid canting unless you can verify that this feature is accurate in your particular scope.

This is a lot of scope for the money. The bubble is not well-lit at the bottom of the scope, but even in a dark indoor shooting range it was workable. The side wheel is a great feature. The etched reticle is nicely done. I'll probably buy another one.

    Things I would have changed:

For the amount of money that one pays for this scope, I'd be hard pressed to find a major criticism.

    What others should know:
