Things I liked: Overall I really like this gun. I have two of these Benjamin Trail NP2 SBD's and I have them both dialed in. Very accurate break barrel rifle, once you have the scope dialed in. I have shoot over 2000+ rounds of the Crosman 14.3 / .22 cal hollow point pellets and this air rifle seem to like them. Very hard hitting break barrel air rifle. A good hunting rifle as well. I have had zero issues with the Center Point scopes and IMO they work just fine for coming with the rifle.

Things I would have changed: The only thing I would like to see change is maybe the trigger. Over time the trigger seems to be getting better.

Things I liked: Feels more plasticy than my non shrouded NP2

Things I would have changed: Redesign the Shroud or use better materials? Even the marauder shroud better than this. Like previous comments could not group at all so tried putting better scopes and trying various pellets to no avail. Read comments here and started grouping without shroud.

What others should know: Something wrong in the shroud design. Manufacturer should be contacted.

Things I liked: yes very quiet, looks cool and balances well,

Things I would have changed: Front sling attachment is a finger pincher and just got in the way, typical complaints about the cheap scope that came with it. Butt stock should be an inch or 2 longer for adult use. Maybe some type of spacer adjustment for smaller and larger shooter use. Also, get rid of the front sight. Not good or bad, I couldn't measure effort, but doesn't seem to cock any easier than my other nitro pistons.

What others should know: I put a UTG scope on it, Charlie da-tuna trigger and put a few hundred rounds thru it. The gun is stacking pellets at 30 yards and consistently hitting an 8" plate at 130 yards! . Shooting Crossman premier 7.9 grain hollow points it's a very consistently 998 FPS with my chronograph. If you plan on shooting it like it comes it would be an OK kids gun or for the inexperienced. From a guy who has been shooting for 40+ years the above mentioned mods make this gun very fun to shoot and very accurate.

Things I liked: accuracy potential, read my full review to understand ease of cocking scope base fairly quiet, but not as quiet as an MROD

Things I would have changed: trigger is not to my liking, very stiff trigger pull

What others should know: My rifle as delivered shoots 8 to 12 inch groups at 20 yards, with as many different brands and weights of pellets that I could put through it. After a lot of frustration with changing scopes, and rings several times, I discovered the real problem. Removed the shroud that covers the SBD silencing baffles and it shoots 1/4" groups at 20 yards. Appears that the shroud puts pressure on the somewhat flexible baffles and causes the pellet to strike the baffles just enough to cause the accuracy problem. I have contacted the manufacturer to find out the fix or what they will do to correct the issue.
