    Things I liked:

After viewing a lot of youtube videos, I decided to purchase the this .22 Field and Target rifle and I have been shooting it about a month now. It is a lot of fun to shoot and get 60 shots with the tank not fully pressurized to its max of 3000psi. I mounted a Mueller 8.5-25x44 AO Tactical scope, because I had it on my shelf not being used and works great. So far I have used the Crosman Hollow Point. Accuracy is not great, but good for some fun shooting. I am sure I will get much better results if I corrected some of the pellet defects or purchase better pellets. I would get the $10 for 10 to make sure the gun is in good working order and get the list of the 10 pellets shot during the test. I did and happy I purchased the service.

    Things I would have changed:

I can't think of anything I would change. It is a fun gun to shoot.

    What others should know:

The only thing I don't like is I need to stop having fun shooting and repressurize the tank.

    Things I liked:

Let me begin by thanking Pyramyd Air for their people, patience, and platform that allowed me to search and compare. This was my very first knowledge or dealing with the concept of PCP. But I have 70 years experience with air rifles and others. My wife refers to this purchase as my Midlife Crisis. As a professional procrastinator and studier of all things purchased it took much time and effort to settle on the Benjamin Marauder Field and Target. Once in hand my description is that is everything taunted and more!! I love it. Performance, ease of use, accuracy, and just plain fun are out the roof. It is so awesome that the only possible reason I can think of that anyone would want something else would be style. But functionally and traditional beauty it just cant get any better.

    Things I would have changed:

As a very old person I personally could use a little larger pressure gauge BUT it is most certainly adequate as it it.

    What others should know:

Anyone purchasing this unit will quickly see it is an exceptionally solid and sound item. All that remains is to enjoy.

    Things I liked:

Accurate. Stacks in small dime groups with LW barrel. Shooting at 20 yard targets and pests. Regulated. Regulated speeds of 830-850 fps are perfect for pest animals and consistent over a non-regulated version. Quiet. Quietest air gun. I added a moderator and its brought the noise down even more. Trigger. Smooth. Adjustable, but no need. Aesthetics. New walnut stock looks great compared to the older wood versions of the past.

    Things I would have changed:

Its long! Wish the bolt was a modern side cocker instead.

    What others should know:

Stop wasting money on springers or pump guns. This was my first dabble into PNP guns and wanting an FX but having a Benjamin budget, this is a great rifle. I use a hand pump and so far, so good. Recommended.

    Things I liked:

    Things I would have changed:

    deberia incluir bandeja monotiro

    What others should know:

que no tiene la precision de los videos

    Things I liked:

I presently own 6 other pellet rifles..some Springers, most Gas Ram...this was my first foray into the PCP realm. Couldn't be more delighted!! I currently have a bit over 500 pellets through it...cleaned the barrel before shooting, and also mounted a Hawke scope. Took 4 pellets to sight in at 35 yards...have been shooting one hole groups ever since. I have a range with 44 targets, varied distances from 25 yards to 120 yards -- the accuracy of this rifle is incredible. Shooting the trigger as received...presses at 1lb 8oz, and is butter smooth at the break. I've made no adjustments, and the regulator is presently giving me 60 full power shots...that average 847 fps & 23 foot lbs at the muzzle. Using Crosman Premier HP 14.3 grain pellets...plan additional tests using other pellet brands, but doubt that I'll switch. Beautiful rifle, outstanding craftsmanship, and a very good price. Currently use an Air Venturi EC-3000 pump, and fills to 3000 psi in about 3 minutes. Delighted!!

    Things I would have changed:

    I would change nothing.

    What others should know:

Beautiful, sturdy, easy bolt cocking, consistent, no recoil -- just a fantastic pellet rifle. Buy extra magazines because you won't want to stop shooting to reload.

    Things I liked:

I bought the .177 cal. Nice wood stock. Seemed well made with good quality. Very nice looking air rifle. Loved the trigger and liked the position of the safety. Nice fill port. I really liked the feel and quality of the gun. But?

    Things I would have changed:

The bolt action was a pain to operate compared to a side lever. It was very stiff even after over 600 pellets. I was never able to keep my eye position on the scope and cock the bolt. I do like automatic safety. Make the regulator externally adjustable.

    What others should know:

This gun was not very accurate. My Avenger is a lot more accurate. Even my break barrel Sig ASP20 is more accurate at 27 yards. I ordered the field and target with the Walther barrel for good accuracy but this gun sprayed pellets all over the bullies eye. Only one pellet (H&N match. 10.65) gave me a group under .50 inches and that was only one time out of all my groups. This gun was double the price of the Avenger and the Sig. I really believe the gun was defective because other owners are claiming 1 hole ate 25 yards and up. Not my gun. I can do that with my Avenger. I returned it to Pyramyd Air. They are so awesome. Would i take a chance on it again hoping for a better gun. Probably not. I am saving my money for an FX model of some kind. I do know after having this bolt action i like side lever with externally adjustable power whether that is the regulator or the hammer spring or both it does make a difference.

    Things I liked:

I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet. But it seems to be a very well made rifle. The reason I have not had an opportunity to shoot it yet is because the stock came without any finish on it at all. The wood was absolutely absent of any finish at all. So I have been attempting to properly finish the stock instead of shooting it. I would have returned it as unacceptable, but these rifles are so hard to find that I was afraid returning the rifle would result in my having to wait an inordinate period of time for a replacement. I gave the rifle 4 stars overall because of the unfinished stock. I gave it 3 stars for value because I think they really dropped the ball on their quality control. I mean, how do you miss the fact that the stock is unfinished? Finishing is done before the rifle is assembled or test fired. Unbelievably poor!!

    Things I would have changed:

Next time send me a completed rifle.

Very accurate right out of the box.Mounted a 6x24 Hawke scope and shot 13 different 10 shot groups at 32 yards and all but one was less than an inch.Very accurate.I also have a Gauntlet that shoots less than 1 inch 10 shot groups at 30 yards but it is not pellet friendly.Only found a couple pellets that are accurate. The Marauder is pellet friendly!I do have the Lothar Walter barrel.

    Things I liked:

Mine is the field and target in .177 with the Lothar Walther barrel. This is my first PCP. I had to wait a while to get it but was worth it. The accuracy is incredible right out of the box, pyramyd did a nice job setting it up. It is not pellet picky and is easy to operate. I would recommend a compressor. Its a sizable investment to get into the PCP arena but if you like to shoot this is worth it, pellets are cheap and readily available, unlike .270 cartridges. Nice walnut stock gives it a nice look and feel. Its a tad heavy but balances very well so I don't mind. I mounted a bug buster on it and am very happy with it. I have always loved airguns but this takes airgunning to a new level for me. The gun is quiet so I can shoot indoors. It is everything all the reviews say it is. Holds air well. I will be enjoying this for a long time. Thank you Pyramyd Air.

    Things I would have changed:

I would love to see an affordable bullpup stock for this. Would be perfect.

    What others should know:

Get the 10 for 10. The weight is not too heavy but I would not put a large scope on this gun. Get extra magazines. Floating barrel so don't lean it up in a corner, get a case or keep it in a rack. This is not a childs airgun.

Easy to use and work. The stock is great and having a piccatiny rail for scope mounting the best

    Things I would have changed:

The gun should come with de bouncing devise, not as something else you can purchase. I would like to see a piccatiny rail on the stock to mount a bipod

    What others should know:

Use 15 to 18 grain JSB pellets and you will be very happy. Proven accuracy at the range is .750 at 50 yards. Heavier pellets dont shoot well.

    Things I liked:

The gun I purchased is the Benjamin Marauder Field and target in .22 with the Lothar Walther barrel. I am new to the pcp world but so far what I have been doing is I played with the trigger and I am very happy with it. I shortened up the first stage trigger pull and was able to get the second stage to a very nice 1.3 pound pull. A friend was with me when I shot it at 45 yards and we shot a 1/2 inch group with a JSB 15.89 grain pellet 10 rounds, my friend is hooked he is now looking to buy one. It is a heavy gun with a Hawk scope and bipod on it you will be at around 11.5 pounds. That is the biggest fault with it. As time goes on I will play with more types of pellets. Even though I had to wait a while to receive my whole order it was very much worth it thank you Greg W. and P/A for working with me.

    Things I would have changed:

If there was away to get rid of some of the weight it would be perfect, that is why it got 4 stars.

    What others should know:

When you get your gun just start shooting it maybe get a 1000 rounds threw it to break it in I started playing with the pressures and as I shot it threw the crony I noticed that the velocity started going up so all the testing will have to be redone. Remember to write down the factory settings so you can always go back to them. It is very easy to adjust.

    Things I liked:

Very well made. Nice stock. Very adjustable. Easy to adjust hammer throw length, and hammer spring strength.

    Things I would have changed:

Would be nice to not have to remove the stock for the port adjustment.

    What others should know:

I could not get better than 3-4 inch groups at 25 yards. Tried 4 different pellets, and it made no difference. Normally I would blame myself for not shooting well, but my other pcp rifles group well inside an inch at 25 yards. There may be some other pellets that would work, and maybe ,22 caliber would be more accurate.
