    Things I liked:

A easy 5 star. I had this rifle scope in with the end 12 shots. It is a tack driver out of the box. This Benjamin marauder will hold its own out of any of them. Well worth waiting for. I will recommend this to anyone. If you are particular you want a gun that will stacked led on top led in the bull's-eye at the range and will get the job done when you go hunting this Benjamin marauder is the one.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing

    What others should know:

There are cheaper guns out there but chances are they will not have the accuracy and you will not be very happy with them. The way mine shoots I would not take anything for it. Go ahead if you need to and save up a little extra and get this you won't regret it. You have heard about guys with the silly giggles after they shoot their tack drivers this will put a great big giggle and your your face.

    Things I liked:

Accurate, not pellet picky. This is the Field and Target model in .22 with Lothar Walther barrel. Approx 70 good shots or more from from 3000 psi fill. Fps started steady but slow decline at about shot 65 . Would buy again.

    Things I would have changed:

Came with Centerpoint 4 x 16 AO scope. Eye relief on higher mag doesnt work well for me with glasses.. I Installed 3x9x40 UTG scope works for better for me. Maybe give some choice in scopes? Not crazy about the stock. It is real wood but seems cheaply finished and scratches easily. It is kind of heavy for hunting. The included sling helps

    What others should know:

I chronographed with multiple pellets. All but heavy 21gr Camos were between 800 and 900 FPS approx 10ft from barrel. Crosman 14.3gr HP were 868 fps, JSB Exact Express 14.3gr 881 fps, JSB Jumbo Hvy 18.1gr 801 fps. Love the gun overall. Very accurate and easy to shoot accurately. So much so you may not to shoot your old breakbarrel anymore. An old guy like me can easily get quarter or smaller dime size groups at 35yds. Limited by by skill, not the gun. Another downside is that I now go thru soooo many pellets! Lol.

    Things I liked:

With the Lothar Walther barrel, this rifle shoots amazing groups! Couldn't be happier with the accuracy for the price.

    Things I would have changed:

I ordered Benjamin Marauder Field and Target .22 rifle bundled with the Nomad II compressor back in early April 2020. The package shipped with the wrong compressor (a cheaper one I might add) so PA recalled both the rifle (why?) and the compressor. The Nomad II compressor was backordered and arrived late July 2020. The rifle arrived in early August 2020, but this time the rifle stock was broken in two pieces. I returned the busted rifle, and of course the same rifle was backordered. The replacement rifle finally arrived in late November 2020, but this time with a leaky pressure gauge. I was so excited to finally have it that I didn't realize i was only getting about 40 shots with each fill. By the morning, the pressure would be at zero psi. If I had no bad luck, I would have no luck at all. The issue turned out to be bad teflon taping around the gauge threading. Simply using yellow gas teflon fixed the leak like magic.

    Things I liked:

10/9/20 22cal marauder f&t Well worth the money. Strong, durable, Quiet only down side is its Heavy. Upon first shooting it I was completely astonished how quite it is. Compared to my daisy & Sheridan pump. I feel like I dont even hear any air come out. All I hear is the internal parts. Sounds like a thud. Its very consistent in where it hits. Todays my first day shooting it. Hitting a soda can at 60 yards. Also a bigger empty tin can. Punched right through it with the barracuda hunter extreme. Also shot the bigger can at 80 yards & it punched through it with the H&N hornets. Going to shoot more tomorrow. Will update this if I can as the years go on. Used a hand pump. Not terribly bad for a 26 year old. It is a little hard. I weigh 150. More weight would help Im sure. Any ways. Definely reccomend this gun if you dont mind it being a heavy

    Things I would have changed:

Less weight, gun is heavy. Another magazine would be nice. It costs nearly 700$ for the gun. Than 200 for a pump. Than ammo. Comes out to be a lot.

    What others should know:

Pyramid air shipped my order out within a day. Extreamly fast service. I definely reccomend this gun. It exceeded my expectations. Accuracy, power & noise level are completely on point

    Things I liked:

My wood stocked 22cal Crossman barrel version is nothing short of amazing! 5 shot groups at 100 yards are approaching 1.5" with bulk pellets and 5x scope. The trigger is excellent and the fit and finish is very nice indeed. In short I love it!

    Things I would have changed:

Notihng really. Cocking effort is on the high side, but that is just the nature of things.

    What others should know:

You can double feed pellets (personal problem) nothing wrong with the gun. If ya go with a hand pump (I did) figure 100 pumps from 1500 to 2500 psi.

    Things I liked:

extremely accurate at 25yd and 40meters. Easy adjustment of trigger to single stage with 1.25lb pull

    Things I would have changed:

very heavy and front heavy for off hand shooting

    What others should know:

stock is of poor quality - required return due to finish flaking off as received. Description of 'hardwood' is misleading - it appears to be a wood composite that doesn't take stain. 'Stain' is more like a painted finish. If there is a problem with the stock on the Field & Target model, a replacement stock cannot be found. The normal replacement stock does not fit the Field & Target model due to location of the pressure gauge

    Things I liked:

I appreciate the adjustable trigger. A proper trigger pull is very critical for accuracy. I have had the rifle for 5 months. It seems the accuracy is still improving. This rifle is a .22 with a Lothar Walther barrel. This rifle will shoot a .25 inch 3 shot group at 40 yards. This rifle seems to prefer 15.89 grain JSB diablo ammo out of all the ammo I have tried. I also appreciate the picatinny rail. Saves some money on scope mounting hardware.

    Things I would have changed:

I think that, for the price, you can't ask for much more.

    What others should know:

I had difficulty with the magazine. The end of the torsion spring that attaches to the magazine case kept slipping out of its hole. I glued it in with a drop of CA glue. Then the rotor would fail to advance to the next round sometimes. I disassembled the magazine, applied a film of silicone lube to the surfaces of the rotor that contact the magazine case. I then dusted that with dry graphite lube. The silicone lube served as "glue" to keep the graphite in place until I could reassemble the magazine. Be careful not to over torque the machine screw during reassembly. The magazine has functioned flawlessly since these two "adjustments".

    Things I liked:

I really like the adjustable cheekpiece. This one also has a picatinny rail, so you can use regular rifle rings. I'm popping golf balls And spinners out to 65 yards, which is the furthest I've tried so far. Filling it to 3k psi, I fired 72 pellets and it went down to 1k psi, so the shot count is great. I have the .22 version. Overall, I think this is a really nice rifle for the money. Folks see it as an entry level gun, but with a lothar walther barrel and a regulator, this thing punches way above it's class.

    Things I would have changed:

Better tuning, either from crosman or P/A. I'd give up a few shots to get a few more FPE. Shoots 2" spinners at 65 yards with crosman domed ultra magnum pellets.

    What others should know:

It's worth the upgrade over the standard marauder. a good regulated gun is in the 1000$ and up range. This thing can shoot right beside them. I did look at some cheaper options, but when you figure in that a good scope and a hill hand pump is going to double the cost, it's really worth it to start with a solid base rifle. If you cheap out, you're cheating yourself. This is a solid investment that will last for years, and after the initial startup cost costs next to nothing to shoot.

    Things I liked:

Accuracy is great shooting the JSB 15.89 pellets. This gun was purchased with the Lothar Walther barrel.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing

    What others should know:

Gun was on back order so waited for it. It was worth the wait. This is my first PCP. Got the gun and then the air pump I wanted was on backorder. Waited another 3 weeks to get the pump before I could shoot it, but very happy now. I'm sure the backorders are all COVID related and should be nothing negative toward Pyramyd Air. All kinds of things are delayed in many industries due to COVID. So just saying I should have ordered the pump early while it was available instead of waiting to try and order all at once.

    Things I liked:

very accurate. From the bench, on bags without rear support and in limited ability hands it appears capable of 3/4" groups at 25 yds and 1" groups at 40 meters with crosman domed 7.9 and 10.5 gr pellets. The crosman barrel is recommended.

    Things I would have changed:

maybe a lighter stock for off hand shooting

    Things I liked:

This is one of my first air rifles and after much searching, I can say I am not disappointed. The upgraded Walther barrel is accurate and it's very very quiet. The trigger is probably one of my favorite triggers and it is buttery smooth with a nice take up a nice wall, and a very smooth and light break. needs zero work out of the box and it's powerful. As said by other people it really shines between 2600 and 1900 psi. above that, it's a little hot and groups open up but not very much. I get a good 40 to 50 shots between fills but really haven't paid much attention to it. I am very please with this rifle and for what I use it for (plinking and small pest control) it is almost perfect.

    Things I would have changed:

    It's heavy.....

    What others should know:

this rifle performs above its price point from what I can tell.

    Things I liked:

Very accurate and getting 90 accurate shots after a 3000 psi fill.

    Things I would have changed:

A little disappointed in the quality of the stock.. but that is just me nick picking.. I would like to see an option for an upgraded stock that will accept the regulated version...

    What others should know:

If you are going to get a Maruader.. you a way better off saving up a little extra to get the field and target version with the lother walther barrell.. it is very consistent since it is regulated.

    Things I liked:

Quiet, accurate, smooth trigger, consistent regulated pressure, ease of recharging, ease of loading. Price point is very good. Read reviews, watched videos.....when it finally got here, it lived up to the hype. Quiet....accurate.

    Things I would have changed:

10 shot mags....not enough, 1 mag is not enough ( I purchased 2 extra mags and probably should have bought 5 additional) Stock is heavy and bulky, I ordered the wood stock. I have not decided if this is good or bad yet.

    What others should know:

I am a poor judge of air guns as I have only owned a Beeman break barrel previously, my background is designing AR10 and AR15's then machining thousands of ea in a legal FFL production setting. I reload .223 and .308 so I can shoot often. Back to the Marauder, I am truly shocked how quiet and accurate this rifle is. I have a problem with starlings which is why I started searching, a friend of mine owned a .177 Marauder and is an avid air gunner, I still went further and spent hours researching before buying. Other than waiting so long (Covid Time) to receive this rifle, I am not disappointed in the least. I fitted it with an ATN Day/Night scope 3-14x (not as clear as regular glass, but has other fun features) and sighted in the rifle. I am barely a sub MOA shooter with the AR's, (I am old) but this rifle makes even me look good. I thought the 5 shot test target that came with the rifle was an exaggeration, happy to say it was correct.

    Things I would have changed:

    What others should know:

I would definitely get an air compressor for this or any air gun. My brother has several air guns and he bought a compressor that he allows me to use to pressurize my rifle. Manually operated hand compressors will wear you out.

    Things I liked:

Accuracy. Accuracy, and Accuracy. Crosman barrel too.

    Things I would have changed:

Weight. I would make it as well as my unregulated synrod Marauder. The barrel band was off center and the tip of the gun that screws in that's under spring tension doesnt fit properly. The bolt action is not as smooth as my synrod either, after 500 rounds. The quality control on this model and gun was very poor.

    What others should know:

I got the 10 for 10 and my chronograph read outs where 50fps slower then my slip. I could tell it was slower just by comparison of my unregulated synrod Marauder which I had turned up the settings on. I tested my chronograph on all my rifles and compared them to the specs on this site and found them to be quite accurate. So I honestly dont know why the 10 for 10 was 890's and mine read 830's. On top of it being weak out of the box the barrel band was off center.... why? I thought their was a visual inspection that would catch that. I may have just got a bad one but I was extremely disappointed with this rifle. Loving my synrod so much I thought fir sure this would be a home run. The field and target and my synrod get the exact same shot count from 3000 to 2000 psi. The only advantage the regulated model has is that it keeps the power more consistent below 2000psi giving you more accurate shots. If you want easy this the gun.owning a chronograph I get more power and the same shot count.

    What others should know:

I have a Benjamin Marauder 25 caliber and it is a tack driver awesome rifle I just got done shooting it. I would definitely get the 25 caliber Marauder the 22s have had problems with other people too; including Ted's holdover if you look him up on UTUBE.
