    Things I liked:

Reasonable price, good quality, very accurate, quiet, and good weight Appears to be a more expensive gun.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing else needed at the price.

    What others should know:

A fine PCP pistol that is far superior to the reviews from the "experts"

    Things I liked:

I received mine Saturday and I was surprised at the quality of this pistol. I have fired about 500 to 600 rounds through it, and it takes about 200 pellets to break it in. After that I am shooting 1 hole groups at 25 yds and being 68 years old I dont have the best of eye sight to shoot iron sights! I think I am going to a scope. Suppressor works great and is very back yard friendly. For the money I would recommend this pistol to both new air gunners and veteran shooter alike! Also I have found it to not be very picky about pellets. I have shot 4 different brands in it and all shoot well. It really likes the H+N 18.52 gr. Barracuda hunter extreme! Overall a great pistol! Buy it and you wont be disappointed!! I have been shooting for 60 yrs with all types of firearms and a gunsmith for 50 years so you can take my word for it. Have fun and be safe! : Jerry S.

    Things I would have changed:

I would like to see a selection of grips and maybe a barrel band for support on the front of the barrel. If anyone has tried this let me know the results. All so the safety could be in a better place.

    What others should know:

I dont know much I have not said, but I think this is a great pistol for the money and you will have a good time with it! I think it all so will be good for small pests and small animals hunting. Its a good pistol! Buy one and you wont be disappointed!

    Things I liked:

My .22 arrived Friday, 8/06/21. I spent time cleaning the inside of the barrel until it shined inside and I could see all of the grooves clearly. To my complete surprise, the very first pellot hit the bull's eye with no adjusts to the site. Over 50 shots have been fired and it is as accurate as was with the first shot. When fired, you will hear the hammer hit and the pellot hit, but nothing else. My Crosman 1377, 1322, and 2240 are neighbor-friendly and you will hear the fire. I can't say this Diana is neighbor-friendly because you cannot hear or feel it fire.

    Things I would have changed:

Absolutely nothing, except maybe sending two magazines instead of only one.

    What others should know:

I strongly recommend reading and following the instructions in the manual. Before firing any new pistol or rifle, clean the barrel. The inside of the barrel is coated with heavy grease to prevent rust. These airguns are shipped and salt air will rust the inside of the barrels.

    Things I liked:

My Diana Bandit PCP is simply the most valued pistol in my Airgun collection. Not only does it push all the buttons for build quality, accuracy & comfortable handling/shooting . . . It was also a gift from my late wife: received posthumously . . . And so, is priceless to me! Pyramyds staff has been outstanding throughout every purchase Ive made . . . especially when I had an issue (self-caused) with my Diana Bandit. Stacey, in Tech, remedied the situation almost immediately, while we were on the phone. Above & Beyond!

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing!

    What others should know:

    Fast delivery . . . Great follow-up Service

    Things I would have changed:

The grip is a bit to large for me took care of that in the wood shop.

    What others should know:

Go ahead and get the regulator, I get 21 perfect shots with mine.

    What others should know:

This is a very good entry level PCP air pistol. Get a chaser kit in the opposite caliber and you can mix and match stocks, barrels, breeches, etc. I can make 8 different variants with my .22 bandit and .177 chaser.

The gun came in after a long wait. Not usual haven't been able to fire it yet the fill valve was damaged in shipping . Talked with a tech at the Utah place very helpful got it coming so we're good

Power, accuracy, build quality, easy to use a hand pump on, 37 pumps and it's at 200 bar.

    Things I would have changed:

Offer a "Kit" like the Chaser that has a carbine stock and longer barrell.

    What others should know:

If you want a good, affordable, pcp pellet pistol that's got break barrell power, one that's tunable, scopeable...then you need to check it out.

    Rating 5.05.0 5.0

    Things I liked:

Accurate, lightweight, smooth bolt action, good trigger.

    Things I would have changed:

Grips too big for my taste. For me, was very uncomfortable to get a good hold due to the massive size of it and the finger groove placements on it. For some others with bigger hands, might be ok. Ended up reshaping the grips and refinishing it to fit me better. Better adjustable sights. Having to loosen and adjust the 2 screws on the rear to make your windage adjustments was a bit of a pain. Include a barrel band to help stabilize the barrel. Bought one on Ebay for $10 that included a rail on the bottom for a bipod mount. Should have at least included 2 mags instead of one. Did order an extra one when I bought the pistol. Planning on getting at least 1 more.

    What others should know:

Get a regulator for it. You get more consistant and accurate shots with it. You can dial down or up the velocity of your pellets based on what you want to use it for. Mine was just for casual target shooting so I have mine set at 500 fps and getting 21 accurate shots out of it. Don't forget to clean the barrel before you shoot it.

    Things I liked:

With an added regulator it is very accurate. Can easily put 3 shots in a quarter sized area using a red dot sight. It appears that the muzzle is already crowned. No lead shearing and the bullet passes thru the baffles unperturbed. I set the regulator to max 150 and easily shoot 4 mags of the .22 cal.

    Things I would have changed:

The grips are large. Im 6 2 and can handle it. Also I wish that the entire suppressor could be removed instead of it being glued on.

    What others should know:

    Good shooter for the money.

    Things I liked:

Good looking gun, accurate, quiet with good power.

    Things I would have changed:

Grip is a little fat, finger grooves a bit narrow if you have wide fingers. I wish there was an included barrel band, like the one on the chaser. There is only one magazine included would not cost the company much to provide 2.

    What others should know:

The Bandit holds pressure for weeks with no leak down which is excellent. It takes about 30 pump strokes with my floor pump to fill it which is rather easy. The sights are not the best but work good enough, the gun is quite accurate and was easy to zero in at 25 yards. I can hit silver dollar size circles on my 25 yard range with regularity. I plan on adding a pistol scope which will make it easier to acquire a small target. I do not have a regulator in it, but I don't think it needs one as I seem to get 20 accurate shots before it falls off. I highly recommend this gun.

    Things I liked:

Very good accuracy with easy to adjust open sights. Adjustable trigger is easily set at a weight you like - mine is at 1.5 lbs. trigger breaks cleanly and at lighter weights acts like a two stage trigger.

    Things I would have changed:

Grip size is large for anyone with medium to small hands. Trigger guard is too small. Moderator needs to be easily removable - the base seems to be attached with red loctite.

    What others should know:

I get 21 accurate shots per fill (three magazines). This gun is a great value for the money. A barrel band would improve accuracy and is available.

    Things I liked:

This is a great bargain PCP piston. Comes in a handy soft padded storage case. Already having purchased the Diana Stormrider .22 rifle kit meant that I already had a pump and two spare rotary mags. The gun arrived fully charged and ready to shoot. This gun was sighted in and I was pleased to find how accurate it was out of the box.

    Things I would have changed:

As others have commented the wooden grip is appalling. It would be great if Pyramyd sold the Bandit with the Diana Chaser grip or offered it as an accessory. Their are two websites that offer the Chaser grip separate but are outside the US. Once you pay shipping you might as well just purchase the Diana Chaser CO2 pistol and swap grips. I spent about an hour with: a hand saw, plane, and file to get the grip into a comfortable shape. The Bandit grip being wood does carve easily.

    What others should know:

The moderator can be removed by adding a little bit of heat first to soften the loctite on the barrel threads. I used a propane torch which was nearly overkill. A butane lighter would probably work best. There was a barrel thread protector included with the Bandit. Thread is 10mm x1.0 if anyone wants to know. Without moderator the gun is a little noisy but won't be mistaken for a firearm unless you plan on dry firing the gun. PCP fitting needs to be pushed all the way in to seat o-rings or it will leak upon refilling. The sleeve that surrounds the gauge and fill ports can be turned to block the fill port. Using Crossman .22 hollowpoints and my Aliexpress chronograph (I consider it pretty accurate from other tests) I achieved 18 foot pounds without moderator. Not bad for $179.

    Things I liked:

Much more powerful than advertised. Extremely Accurate with good scope. The grip is big but it balances the gun out. Excellent value for the $ spent.

    Things I would have changed:

Change the Charge Port angle to be able to pump it up on a shooting stand rather than having lay on side.

    What others should know:

I didnt get 630 fps out of my bandit in .22 cal., I got 847 fps so it's more powerful than advertised.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PCP PISTOL IS THE BOMB FOR THE MONEY.

    Things I would have changed:

ADD A REGULATOR BUT NOT NECESSARY.

    What others should know:

YEAH YOU CAN SPEND AT THE MOMENT UPTO AND BEYOUND 1500$ FOR A HIGHEND PCP PISTOL, BUT WHY? YOUR ONLY SHOOTING 30 YARDS OR SO AND THIS PISTOL WILL KEYHOLE GROUPS WITH A GOOD PISTOL SCOPE ON IT JUST THE SAME AS ANY OTHER PCP PISTOL OUT THERE. I HAVE HAD IT SINCE IT CAME OUT AND IT HAS BEEN ONE OF THE MOST USED AND RELIABLE AIRGUNS I HAVE. BELIVE ME...IF YOU PUT A GOOD PISTOL SCOPE ON THIS GUN LIKE A BURRIS 3X OR VARIABLE POWER WITH ADJUSTABLE AOA OR SIMILAR SCOPE...THE SKIES THE LIMIT TO WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH THIS PISTOL OUT TO 50 YARDS. MINE SHOOTS 16 GRAIN PELLETS @ 700 FPS IN .22 CAL SINCE DAY ONE UNTOUCHED AND UNMODIFIED STRAIGHT FROM THE FACTORY AND DOES IT FOR SEVERAL MAGS. MAYBE I RECIEVED THE HOLY GRAIL OF BANDITS BUT ONE THING IS FOR SURE...IM NOT COMPLAINING OR SELLING IT EITHER. FOR 180$ GOOD LUCK SPENDING MORE AND DOING MUCH BETTER. BTW THANK YOU NATHAN FOR INFORMING ME ABOUT THIS PISTOL WHEN YOU DID. YOU AND KIP WERE SPOT ON BROTHER! THANKS PYA! THANKS TYLER PATNER

    Things I liked:

Comfortable in the hand, well balanced, powerful, accurate, 50cc cylinder easy to fill with stirrup pump.

    Things I would have changed:

The rear sight is not up to par with the rest of the gun. Mine was pretty close to centered right out of the box shooting a low and a little right. Elevation adjustmentis simple and straightforward as on many another gun. Righty-tighty lowers the shot, lefty-loosey raises it. Little hashmarks around a slotted screw are all the calibration needed. Attempting to bring the shot just a litle smidgeon to the left is fidgety at best. The description of the windage adjustment procedure in the manual is vague and incomplete. My $44.99 Beeman P17 has a far better rear sight. A second magazine would be a nice touch as that's about the right number of shots between refills.

    What others should know:

Read the manual(s). Examine the gauges. I paired mine with an Air Venturi G stirrup pump which can develop fa more pressure than the Bandit needs, which is 200bar/2900psi. Do not rely on the Bandit's onboard gauge. I did on my firstcouple of fills and took it up to the top of the green, about 32 strokes, before I looked at the larger gauge on the pump. It was rather past the 200 bar mark. The chrono gave the first shot a rating of 885 fps, rather faster than the top velocity of 725 fps described in the official literature. The chrono got confused by a changing light condition and failed to record shots 12-18, but the first eleven showed a very steady nearly straight line decrease in speed shot to shot. Next morning I fillied up the same way and shot again. Third day relied on the big guage. 24 strokes to 200 bar. 863fps-673 finishing with the needle at the bottom of the green. same straight liner power "curve". No complaints. Watch the gauges.
