Description
With over a century in airgun experience, Diana knows exactly what airgunners want most in a PCP air pistol—streamlined features and affordability.
The Diana Bandit is destined for greatness as a backyard friendly PCP plinker. Based on the action of their hit PCP—the Diana Stormrider, the Bandit takes a similar approach to repeating shot action with indexing magazines cycled by smooth operating bolt-action. With 7 shots in .22 and 9 in .177, shooters are sure to enjoy more trigger time with less reloading than most air pistols. Fueled by a 50cc onboard tank, the Bandit makes for a low overhead entry into PCP guns and can easily be filled with a handpump.
The Bandit offers shooters flexibility in their shooting sessions starting with the sights. Each pistol features traditional open sights with fully-adjustable rear sights for shooting straight out of the box. However, if you prefer to mount some optics, remove the rear sight to expose the 11mm dovetail rail. Likewise, the Diana Improved Trigger (DIT) allows the shooter to customize the take-up on the 2-stage trigger for a personalized trigger pull. When you start shooting, you can expect quiet shots from a long fixed-moderator.
If you’re looking for hours of backyard shooting fun knocking down cans or peppering paper targets, make the Diana Bandit PCP yours!

10 of 167 Diana Bandit Reviews
My first air pistol, 177 cal. It is a real hoot to shoot! Very accurate shooting H&N 10.65 & JSB 7.33 pellets. Quiet with factory moderator for back yard plinking.
Things I Would Have ChangedNothing. It’s a good time!
What Others Should KnowI put a Buck Rail pistol grip on it which fits my paw better. I get 27 shots per fill.
This gun is very accurate after I added a barrel band from the Diana Stormrider which is sold by Pyramyd Air. This gun will out shoot guns costing 3x as much with this addition . I also added a regulator too get more consistent shots and a better shot count .
Things I Would Have ChangedShip the gun with a barrel band even if you have too charge extra for it .
What Others Should KnowThe best pcp on the market for the price.
Great shooting right out the box.
Things I Would Have ChangedThe grip could be a bit smaller.
What Others Should KnowThe moderator that comes on it is better than the high end ones. I tried four different ones.
Quiet. No recoil. Bolt is easy to operate. Happy with accuracy. Image posted. 7 shots, 170 bar, H&N Baracuda Green, 15 mm group at 10 m, 2 hands, Hawke 2-7x32. No barrel stabilizer, but I think 15 mm group, when I have fired it only 20 times, is acceptable. Recharged easily. An excellent entry level PCP. I tend toward pest control and target practice. I don't shoot volumes. My habit is to go down (basement 10 m) and shoot ~10 rounds, just to keep in practice. Same for outdoors, for greater than 10 m. Just need to choose for low wind days.
Things I Would Have ChangedTrigger seems to be /well/ over 3 lbs, but I don't have a scale to measure it. Just comparing to other firearms I have. Pressure gauge is "upside down" for me. I want to be looking at the barrel from the bottom, and read the gauge. I cut some of the foam from the case where the sight goes. Otherwise it is difficult to get out. I returned the first one because the iron sights were twisted. I have never seen twisted iron sights, and I suspect the poor cutting of the foam, requiring force to seat the pistol, may be to blame. Wish the supplied case were large enough for a scope. Seems likely that folks will use a scope, and that means searching for a bag of proper dimensions. As soon as I can find one, that is the end of the supplied bag...it goes into storage.
What Others Should KnowGrip is nice, but unusual. Fits my right hand, but I don't know yet how I will place my left. Not comfortable with any placement yet. After I get used to it, I will get a barrel band, and compare. If I can update here, I'll comment. Future tests will use bags, and I'll see if that improves accuracy/repeatability. Ditto chrono.
Lots of fun to shoot at 50 feet. Extremely acccurate.
Things I Would Have ChangedFactory sights suck, at least for my old eyes. There should be an upgrade offered
Beautifully made. Accurate. Powerful. Quiet. Awesome.
Things I Would Have ChangedMore locktite on all the screws. Less locktite on the suppressor threads.
What Others Should KnowAdd some low strength locktite to the trigger screws, and if the bolt starts feeling hard to move, take receiver off pull out the hammer and retighten and locktite the screws holding the brass bushings in place.
Amazing air pistol. The quality is outstanding. Easily you could spend $500 on this unit and still have no issues! Absolutely Love It!
Things I Would Have ChangedFiber sites would be a plus
Purchased this pistol a couple weeks ago. Was able to go to the range today and wow. Only shot with the single shot tray but after a few minor adjustments to the sights,I was able to put four pellets into a half inch dot at 30 feet. Crossman Piranhas.
Things I Would Have ChangedNothing
What Others Should KnowRead the mag loading instructions duh! This is my second pcp.
Lots of fun. I keep it in the office and plink at my targets off the porch for breaks from the computer. I have a "high capacity" (12) CARM magazine and a cheap "Red Dot Open Reflex Sight". That gives me enough magazine capacity so that I don't have to reload the magazine in the field. After work, I pump it up, fill my magazines, and go for a walk.
Things I Would Have ChangedMagazine. The CARM magazines are much, much better than the Diana. Pyramyd Air needs to find a way to resell those.
What Others Should KnowIt takes < 30 strokes on a cheap hand pump to fill it up. If I was shooting all day it would be a pain, but I normally pump it up once a day.
This is my first PCP experience. I'm not going back to springers. I like my multi-pump (benjamin 397) and this.

Accuracy, trigger are both outstanding for a 200. pistol
Things I Would Have ChangedFeeding has never smoothed up, the bolt is difficult to run often times, wish the magazine held more and the air cylinder held just a little more air.
What Others Should KnowAccuracy and velocity exceeded anything I've seen in print, I had pyramid chronograph it before receiving, average velocity for a 7.9gr pellet was 877fps, wow! Accuracy is only limited to how well you can hold the gun and pellet selection, thinking that if you put it in a shoulder stock it would group under an inch at 50yds. The trigger is easily adjustable with an allen wrench that comes in the kit, word of caution, adjusting it to light will make it malfunction. Put a spot of nail polish on it to secure after adjusting. I think the grip is very comfortable in spite of the Pyramid review. I'm an airgun snob preffering expensive European airguns but it's hard not to love this chinese pistol.
