    Things I liked:

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PCP PISTOL IS THE BOMB FOR THE MONEY.

    Things I would have changed:

ADD A REGULATOR BUT NOT NECESSARY.

    What others should know:

YEAH YOU CAN SPEND AT THE MOMENT UPTO AND BEYOUND 1500$ FOR A HIGHEND PCP PISTOL, BUT WHY? YOUR ONLY SHOOTING 30 YARDS OR SO AND THIS PISTOL WILL KEYHOLE GROUPS WITH A GOOD PISTOL SCOPE ON IT JUST THE SAME AS ANY OTHER PCP PISTOL OUT THERE. I HAVE HAD IT SINCE IT CAME OUT AND IT HAS BEEN ONE OF THE MOST USED AND RELIABLE AIRGUNS I HAVE. BELIVE ME...IF YOU PUT A GOOD PISTOL SCOPE ON THIS GUN LIKE A BURRIS 3X OR VARIABLE POWER WITH ADJUSTABLE AOA OR SIMILAR SCOPE...THE SKIES THE LIMIT TO WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH THIS PISTOL OUT TO 50 YARDS. MINE SHOOTS 16 GRAIN PELLETS @ 700 FPS IN .22 CAL SINCE DAY ONE UNTOUCHED AND UNMODIFIED STRAIGHT FROM THE FACTORY AND DOES IT FOR SEVERAL MAGS. MAYBE I RECIEVED THE HOLY GRAIL OF BANDITS BUT ONE THING IS FOR SURE...IM NOT COMPLAINING OR SELLING IT EITHER. FOR 180$ GOOD LUCK SPENDING MORE AND DOING MUCH BETTER. BTW THANK YOU NATHAN FOR INFORMING ME ABOUT THIS PISTOL WHEN YOU DID. YOU AND KIP WERE SPOT ON BROTHER! THANKS PYA! THANKS TYLER PATNER

    Things I liked:

Well made , no complaints on craftsmanship. Accurate , and plenty of power, fairly quiet too.

    Things I would have changed:

Sights... I have already brought out the Dremel and modified the front to include fiberoptic... will probably modify the handgrip eventually.

    What others should know:

It seems to be a great PCP starter.... three grandsons couldn't be wrong....

    Things I liked:

Comfortable in the hand, well balanced, powerful, accurate, 50cc cylinder easy to fill with stirrup pump.

    Things I would have changed:

The rear sight is not up to par with the rest of the gun. Mine was pretty close to centered right out of the box shooting a low and a little right. Elevation adjustmentis simple and straightforward as on many another gun. Righty-tighty lowers the shot, lefty-loosey raises it. Little hashmarks around a slotted screw are all the calibration needed. Attempting to bring the shot just a litle smidgeon to the left is fidgety at best. The description of the windage adjustment procedure in the manual is vague and incomplete. My $44.99 Beeman P17 has a far better rear sight. A second magazine would be a nice touch as that's about the right number of shots between refills.

    What others should know:

Read the manual(s). Examine the gauges. I paired mine with an Air Venturi G stirrup pump which can develop fa more pressure than the Bandit needs, which is 200bar/2900psi. Do not rely on the Bandit's onboard gauge. I did on my firstcouple of fills and took it up to the top of the green, about 32 strokes, before I looked at the larger gauge on the pump. It was rather past the 200 bar mark. The chrono gave the first shot a rating of 885 fps, rather faster than the top velocity of 725 fps described in the official literature. The chrono got confused by a changing light condition and failed to record shots 12-18, but the first eleven showed a very steady nearly straight line decrease in speed shot to shot. Next morning I fillied up the same way and shot again. Third day relied on the big guage. 24 strokes to 200 bar. 863fps-673 finishing with the needle at the bottom of the green. same straight liner power "curve". No complaints. Watch the gauges.

    Things I liked:

Left handed bolt a big plus for silhouette shooters. Plenty accurate for my application. Nice carrying case!

    Things I would have changed:

The fill port is a pain, the probe should be permantly attached to the gun with guage on the side to watch as you fill. The sight are certainly not quality but most people will add a scope.

    What others should know:

My gun will not fill past 1900PSI. It bows out at the port EVERY time. I'm hoping this is an easy fix. I'm working with Pyramyd now.

    Things I liked:

I think it's an all round good gun for the money and I really enjoy shooting it. I like the look, and the trigger is good. I have only shot it at 48 feet and from a rest, I can hit within a 1/2" until the air pressure gets to about 1300 psi. So far, my first 2 shots are high then the next 18 shots are about the same then it shoots lower from there. I also like the grip.

    Things I would have changed:

A bigger tank would be nice. Extra assorted length rear sight adjustment screws.

    What others should know:

I'm shooting at 48 feet and I needed to raise the rear sight. I had to go higher than the adjustment screw would allow so I installed a longer screw.

    Things I liked:

It's more powerful than advertised out of the box which is odd since most manufacturers of air guns INFLATE FPS and fpe knowingly to make a sale.

    Things I would have changed:

    Center the charging port.

    What others should know:

Mine shoots 30 good shots above the advertised 630 fps. 30 shot avg. Was 687fps using 14.3 crosman domes. High was 716, 6 shots above 700. 8 shots in the 690s, 9 shots in the 680s. 7 in the 670s...the power is comparable to a break barrell rifle The Benjamin Prowler .22 shoots same pellet @724 fps.

Great little pistol ! Feels good in the hand . The accuracy is spot on ! I will be mounting a scope on it later!

    Things I liked:

Everything. I have been looking at these since they first came out. I did not like the handle. Ordered just the handle to put on my chaser and it took me a week to sand it down enough to fit my hand. I recently noticed that they had changed the handle so I took the plunge. Pyramyd Air did not have any so I ordered it elsewhere. To my surprise it was delivered to me by Pyramyd Air. Not sure how that works but glad I got the gun. Received the gun and immediately cleaned it and removed the rear sight. Put a cheap green dot on it. In the winter I have a small range set up at 22 yards. I zeroed it in with 6 shots have not touched it since. Heard a lot of talk about putting a regulator on these. I do not feel a need for this. I am shooting a 1 and 1/4 inch target at 22 yards and hitting it every time. For a 200 dollar gun I am very happy. The gun also has a fill probe cover that is not mentioned. Nice little touch. All in all I am quite pleased with the accuracy and shot count 26.

    Things I would have changed:

Dont be stingy Diana. Give us 2 magazines.

    What others should know:

This is a great pistol. It is nothing like the early videos and reviews said. None of the issues they spoke of were present in my gun. Back yard friendly and squirrels fear it.

    Things I liked:

Everything ! I like the trigger which can be tuned down to 4-6 ozs. I like the grip even though i have small hands. I believe Diana may have changed the grip from earlier models because mine came with finger grooves on the front side and stippling on both the front and back sides of the grip . Accuracy after i installed the regulator from pyramid air is excellent. The fit and finish is top notch . Loading is smooth and easy.

    Things I would have changed:

I would have liked a 10 round magazine in 22 cal.

    What others should know:

Be very careful when filling that you don't over pressurize , as the small air chsmber fills very fast.

    Things I liked:

It took quite awhile to receive my Diana Bandit but it was well worth the wait . It came from the factory with a 4lb. Trigger ,but i was able to adjust it down to 1.5 lbs. The trigger is smooth with a positive wall and a 1.5 lb of pressure sets it off. The bolt is smooth , and unlike other reviews loading is smooth . I feel the gun is more accurate than i achieved with the 4lb trigger . I will try it again now that i have the trigger set to 1.5 lbs . I have small hands and unlike other reviews i didn't find the grip too be too large .

    Things I would have changed:

The only thing i would change is too have a 10 round magazine instead of the 7 round in 22 cal.

    What others should know:

This gun fills very fast to 200 bar so unless you have a tank regulated to 200 bar be very careful filling it.

    Things I liked:

Nice little pistol. Shoots great and very accurate for what it is. I am able to shoot the tops from a water bottle at 25 yards as long as i sand bag the gun. The one thing i don't really like is the fill probe. I only got 4 fills before the seals started leaking while charging the pistol. I'm planning on trying to find better o rings to replace the weak/ leaking ones that come with the gun.

    Things I would have changed:

Couple things i would change. First the sights are not the greatest. I removed mie by the second day and installed a cheap reflex sight i ordered on line. Great improvement wish it shipped with the sight. Second thing i would like to see is a larger mag. Probably won't happen due to the size and placement. I would also like to be able to completely remove the suppressor / moderator so that other options could be tried.

    What others should know:

I plan on installing a regulator to make shots more accurate along the shot string. It is a value packed little gun as long as you remember what you paid for it.

    Things I would have changed:

The things I did. I bought this gun with the intentiin to turn it into what it is now.

    What others should know:

Great Buy. I did all the custom work myself. Dust cover for the fill port, Diana Chaser Stock (2" cut off the front) the front sight is plastic and easily sands down and I finished mine off with a spray of truck bedliner from the Diana Stormrider barrel clamp to the moderator. I removed the safety, and ground off the hole behind the trigger. The scope is a Hawke Vantage 4x on UTG Med. Rings. And yes I can still use the magazine. Trigger was fine from factory so I left it alone. Tack driver to 32 yards. From 200 bar fill to 150 bar I get 12 shots @ avg. 710fps +/-30fps.

    Things I would have changed:

I put a DonnyFL moderator and adapter on. The factory moderator was a pain to get off with the lock tight from the factory. Dont yse locktight.

    What others should know:

Good gun as long as you put a regulator in it. More power and more accurate this way. 14 good precise shots with regulator set to 150 bar. Cant go wrong for close range small game!
