Quick break in period. Repeatable accuracy up to 40m. Lower scope height as compared to Gen 1 makes 1st and 2nd zero over optimum distance. Functional and accurate iron sights. Smooth mag feed with zero malfunctions in 1200 shots so far. Scope holding out good as opposed to early reticle fails on previous models. 3/4" consistent grouping at 25m is better than my expectations (with H&N FTT 14.66gr). Overall I am impressed by the form, fit and function. Excellent product from Spain!
Things I would have changed:AO will compliment this rifle. Spare mag availability is low, I need 4 mags!
What others should know:I replaced the sear adjustment screw and very happy with predictable break with minimal creep.

I enjoyed Pyramid's quick service and rapid delivery, however when I tried the air rifle out, it fired a single, solitary pellet and would load/fire no more. The loading device makes it impossible to manually load a pellet.
Things I would have changed:Design the rifle so it could be used without the loading mechanism.
What others should know:I have contacted GamoUSA twice, once using the contact form on their website and once via regular e-mail. Thus far, they are ignoring me.

Handles well.
Things I would have changed:Hard to cock. The photos in owner’s manual are not of good quality and all instructions could be clearer. Ship the gun with the scope mounted.

BEST BREAK BARREL. COCKIMG FORCE IS JUST RIGHT . QUIET ACCURATE AMD RELIABLE . SCOPE IS GOOD AND WORKS !!!! ASTONISHING QUALITY. MAGS NEVER A JAM. PELLETS ARE DISSAPEARING AT HIGH RATE . QUIET SECOND TO NONE
Things I would have changed:ZERO
What others should know:this is the best. the magnum is also quiet but harder to cock , but has more velocity power like 840 for the magnum to 540 fps for the fusion. Fusion is the perfect balamce for recreatiom. Magmum for serious hunting , much harder to cock. The SCOPE ACTUALLY WORKS AND IS NOT JUMK LIKE THE COMPETITION !!!! 3-9X40 AND MOINT IS GOOD NO CHEAP SOFT HARDWARE ! GAME CHAMGER

I replaced my original Crossman .22 pump pellet rifle with the Gamo. Love the light weight of the rifle along with the easy break-barrel. The 10 pellet magazine is a wonderful feature that eliminates the singular manual loading of pellet. Just takes attention to the loading of the magazine to ensure that the pellets or fully seated in the magazine. The open stock for pistol grip a nice feature.
Things I would have changed:Not a big thing, but would replace the plastic trigger with an alloy trigger. Would suggest providing an option for an upgraded scope.
What others should know:Make sure that you use the same pellets that you will be using when sighting in scope.

Accurate, lighter weight than other guns, good scope, easy to sight in.
Things I would have changed:Very hard to cock this gun. An easier mechanism would be great if possible. I also am a fan of wood & would like to see this in a wood finish rather than plastic. Also, second stage screw cannot be turned at all so trigger pull cannot be adjusted and it is hard and long.
What others should know:Overall, I like this gun a lot. I gave it a 4-star rating because of the difficulty in cocking it as well as the second stage trigger adjustment cannot be turned and the trigger pull is long & hard & cannot be changed as the instructions say but those are really the only issues. Otherwise, this is a great gun. I do not want to use lead pellets and I found that the GTO Predator 11.75 grain aluminum pellets work great in this gun. They are accurate, do not lose power and consistently shoot in a tight group. So far I have only done target shooting, sighting the gun in, I have not used it on the nuisance gritters we are constantly plagued with around here so I do not know how affective it is for that but judging from what it does to a target I don't think that will be any problem.

Loved the rifle, hated the magazine loader.
Things I would have changed:I would change the magazine loader design and materials from plastic to metal.
What others should know:Love the rifle, hate the magazine loader, it’s plastic. After 7 loads the ratchet loses sink with the loading holes. This causes the pellet retaining ring to notch one side of the pellet. Repeatable shots become problematic. If you try to load the magazine with soiled or perspiring hands the operation becomes very frustrating. I used 14.3 grain pellets for small game hunting.

This is a very precise and accurate break barrel. I own several Gamo rifles, but this one is by far my favorite. It is a but harder to cock, but you get used to it pretty quickly. The accuracy is similar to a pcp with the right pellet. Mine does well with red tips, sig daggers, h&n barracuda, and other mid to heavy weight pellets. It seems to really like pellets in the 10 grain weight best. The JSB Diablo Heavy 10.34 was the most precise. Under 1 inch group at 45 yards with 4 shots out of 6 in the same hole. Runner up was the H&N barracuda extreme. I will be trying the JSB diablo in 13 and 16 grain in the near future in an attempt to gain fpe without sacrificing accuracy. The gun did not like the Gamo Hammer pellets which are 15ish grain weight.
What others should know:JSB Diablo 10.34 for precise accuracy. Order a Gamo gun buddy sling for it too.

I got this gun for one purpose, varmint control. And a controlling I did! I used the scope just to sight in for I am old school iron sights is all I ever use for all my guns, 19 out of 20 kills so far, I love this gun, shoots clean, clocks cleanly, the magazine and feed has been flawless, I've put around 50 pellets through the gun and smooth sailing.. ....
Things I would have changed:Thee only thing I do not like, really I can't stand Isa plastic trigger...come on Gamo you should know better a gun in the field gets abused sometimes and that trigger will snap off if not extra careful, that's it for cons
What others should know:Pyramid and the staff, the shipping and handling has been superior, I just purchased a crossbow and soon a PCP, Pyramid has a customer for life.....thanks everybody

Feels like a well built break barrel air rifle with a 10 shot pellet feed. Could be a very accurate rifle if you could get the second stage of the CAT trigger system to work like they say.
Things I would have changed:Things that I dislike about this purchase, first you have to purchase a gun case if you purchase the 20 for $20. Great gun case from Plano, tho, but the scope was not sighted in! Not even close, All test fires where 6" right and about one foot high from the center of aim at approximately 40'. After sighting in the scope myself the rifle seemed to hold on target with a 1/2 to 3/4" spread. Very accurate using RWA hollow point pellets at 40'. Also, the specs say that the regular sights are included with this air rifle. They were not included. I don't know if they were left off because of the scope that was included with this purchase. I don't think they should be listed if they were going to be left off because the scope came mounted on the rifle!
What others should know:This air rifle has the CAT adjustable trigger system installed. The front screw located on the front of the trigger adjust the trigger's length of free travel before entering the second stage. The problem I have discovered is I cannot adjust the second screw to lighten the force necessary to get the gun to fire. The force needed seem greater than 6 ibs and this causes me to pull off target and miss long range shots. I would like the final stage trigger pull to be no more than 31/2 lbs., but no luck getting the pull less than 6 ibs and it not a smooth release. I have thought about taking the trigger mechanism apart and polishing the sear as shown on one of the Pyramyd Air videos.

This is my first new pellet gun since I was a boy back in the 60s. A very big jump for me.
Things I would have changed:Better info on how to adjust the manual sights. I am sure you have it on your site , just have not looked hard enough it seems. Should be in the manual but don't fine it. Just how to adjust the scope
What others should know:Hard to cock. Getting better as I good. Glad I did not get the hunting one. Would not have been able to cock at all. This rifle is suppose to be the quietest but to me its still loud. I compare to my 22 rifle using shorts and they are about the same.

It is a sharp looking air riffle. Very powerful. Everything is included right out of the box, except ammo of course. Having good open sights is nice when you do not want to use a scope.
Things I would have changed:Very hard to cock, hope this gets better over time. Scope is useless under 20 yards.
What others should know:Not happy with scope choices. Very limited number of scopes will fit this riffle. Do your research on this before buying.

Went for the 20 for $20. Gun was shot 20 times and scope mounted. Gun is probably fine. But I can't tell quite yet!
Things I would have changed:Scope is junk and will not focus where it's mounted. Case cost $60 bucks and is probably worth $30 maybe. Once I remount the scope or get a better one, I'll follow-up
What others should know:Don't understand why such a nice rifle can't have a better scope and case. Guess that's big business!

The air rifle itself is excellent. I had my 9 year old demolishing cans at 40 yards easily with iron sights. The rifle is powerful yet quite, and the feed from the magazine works great
Things I would have changed:The scope broke on first use. We mounted it and turned the magnification to 9x and shot it a couple of times to see where it was hitting. Upon trying to zoom back out the scope felt gritty inside and seized before making it all the way down to 3x. Whatever came apart inside left the scope very out of focus, and the focus ring could not correct for it. I messed with it for a few minutes and then just removed the scope from the mount and trashed the scope. I did not try and mess with warranty because I would not want this same scope again, so I do not know how painless or painful the warranty process would be.
What others should know:Bottom line, nice air rifle, junk scope. If you have the option to purchase the rifle alone, do so and put your own glass on it. The rifle alone would be 5 stars across the board.

Very well built rifle incorporating a unique ten shot clip that allows quick follow-on shots. The clip reload system is a marvel to watch in action and looks to be engineered for years of service. The rifle is fairly quiet and sends .177 pellets through half inch boards easily at 50 yds while quarter sized groups are achievable. A sweet shooting gun.
Things I would have changed:The Fusion rifle is great, but the supplied scope needs a remove and replace. My scope has a distracting bent cross hair and is hard to easily achieve a full field of view during each shot alignment.
What others should know:The cocking action of this gun will have new break-barrel users holding their arms in pain after about 30 shots and various ways to cock the rifle will be explored. Shooters that have previously dislocated an elbow may encounter discomfort until mussel strength has increased. Physical Therapists will love to see you cocking this gun with little pain.

Everything except the plastic trigger and even that is pretty good. Accurate right out of the box, I put five shots through the same hole at 35 meters after zeroing in the scope (and it was definitely the weapon because I am not that good a shooter). Good power, not too loud and just an excellent weapon. Many have had problems with the magazine, but mine has worked flawlessly for the 500-600 shots I have taken so far with the weapon. Scope is unusually good for a scope at this price point. I was going to replace the scope with a bug-buster scope, but no need.
Things I would have changed:The trigger, would like to see them put in a metal trigger.
What others should know:I would recommend using alloy pellets. I tried several pellets and the Gamo Rocket pellets seem to work the best for my particular weapon.

The cost of the rifle as wall as the 10 shot magazine was the biggest reason for my purchase. I have only sighted it in at 20 yards with ammo from big box store. I’ve ordered additional ammunition and expect the accuracy to get even better! As of right now it will definitely hit a squirrel at the 20 yard distance! I’m very happy with its performance as of now!
Things I would have changed:I do think that Gamo should also include a spare magazine with the gun. I also believe that there should be iron sights as well! I think iron sights are a must!
What others should know:Fun to plink with too!
