I really like the repeater having a magazine and just cocking the gun.
Things I would have changed:I'm not sure its the best pellet gun scope?
What others should know:It's a lot more fun shooting without loading each time you break the gun.

light weight easy to cock when i got this rifle it was my first .22 cal very nice rifle good power to 50 yards with 14.3g i put atleast 10000 pellets through this started to get weak so i got a new seal for it and a new nitro piston had it for over a year and shot it every day it would probly last normal people a life time i eventually wore out the bushing on the barrel so now its just a back yard 20yard gun
Things I would have changed:mabe the look i actually put the stock from the gamo silent cat the whole inside of the gun fit right in
What others should know:buy a few magazines you go through pellets quick and very nice not to have to put pellets in one at a time

Not much! I only shot about 800 pellts and it started to honk. I took off the stock and two parts fell out .i cant get it back in working order. Its pnly 4 months old and since i took it apart i have to pay for repair. Cant find reciept either, so there goes $ 180 down the drain.
Things I would have changed:Everything !

Everything. This gun is VERY,VERY, IMPRESSIVE. I love it. You want to talk power,I have the 22and at forty yards I was putting the rounds on target and they were going through a one inch piece of pine. Powerful and accurate. The scop that came on the gun is also excellent,no need to buy a new scope.
Things I would have changed:not one thing.

I am really enjoying shooting this rifle. I installed the 3x9 Bug Buster on it and it is right on.
Things I would have changed:Had an issue when I loaded the pellet backwards in the clip, bent wires on feed mechanism, need easier way to get parts.

I purchased the Gamo Swarm Maxxim last month and it has been a great purchase. It is one of the best shooting pellet rifle I have. The 10 round clip makes it even better. I already have another Gamo rifle and didn't shoot it that much because of having to load it every time. But the Swarm Maxxim if a very good rifle at a great price as well.
Things I would have changed:I would not change a thing except for a more round clip.
What others should know:A great rifle.

Great shooting love the triger lightlightweight. Cocking the gun is very easy. Like haveing the pellt magazines .
Things I would have changed:Don't like the the full length of the black plastic. I'd like to see the metal Barrel instead of all that plastic I like the silencer though.
What others should know:Get one if you can. Iam have good luck with crossmen hollow points now that it's broke in. See picture of my traget. This 20 shots abd one flyer at the bottom of it.

This rifle is extremely accurate once it is zeroed in. Out of the box it shot 3" low at 25 yards. It took 10 shots to get it to be perfect. I tacked a plastic lid off of a 16 oz. water bottle to my target 25 yards away. I put 5 pellets inside the lid. Since then all I have to do is put the crosshairs on a squirrel and 1 shot does it. I am very pleased with the performance. I love the 10 round cartridge. The only con is the weight. It is heavier than I am used to, but should not present any major problem.
Things I would have changed:Nothing needs to be changed. All a person has to do is get used to the characteristic of this rifle and enjoy.
What others should know:Be aware that it is a little loud, even with the dampening.

Flawless execution on the magazine Under 1 inch groups at 35 yards Kills pigeons but not with the authority of some other options
Things I would have changed:More power. Id get the more powerful version now available
What others should know:The scope was not made right and is super chintzy. Crosshairs not completely etched leaving you guessing where the cross should be

Nice rifle. Feels and shoot solid, with little to no shake or vibration. I have the .22. The 'new' 10-shot magazine is VERY nice. Works flawlessly. It is accurate. Feels and appears to be above average in quality for its price point of $180.
Things I would have changed:The only drawback is the cheap Chinese Gamo scope. As a matter of fact, after around four 10-shot magazines, the scope got the dreaded rotating reticle, rotating to about 11:00. I will attempt to open it, realign it and glue it down better. If I can't, I will probably try and find a nicer scope. It's not worth returning the rifle because if I can't fix it, I probably would prefer a nicer scope anyway.

I am in love with this rifle the stock is very ergonomic and fits the hand really well when holding it. I was skeptical however about the trigger Ive had a lot of air rifles with disgusting triggers but this by far is the best Ive ever seen this trigger is almost if not better than my centerfire rifle. I really do encourage this rifle to anyone only looking to spend 200 bucks on an air rifle with good power accuracy and reliability I have been shooting dime groups from 35 yards with h&n field target trophies 14.66 grain pellets and have harvested rabbits, squirrels and starlings and stop them dead in their tracks. If you are on a budget and looking for a great and reliable gun straight out of the box then this ones for you!!
Things I would have changed:The green and red rubber on the back I lost it in the woods while hunting its not held on by anything but itself its not a big deal but it is something to mention
What others should know:This rifle will be very inaccurate till you shoot about 3 to 500 pellets through it this is completely normal the gun needs to be broke in and calibrated to a resting point where it isnt jumping all over the place !

great gun for the price. great power, good feel, love the trigger adjustable.
Things I would have changed:the optics could defiantly use some upgrading. the rail set up is nice just the optic itself could stand an upgrade.
What others should know:the swarm is nice but watch what pellets and how they feed. have had a few wild pellets due to the them not fully feeding and bending the tail.

This is an update to a review I wrote earlier, in that review I stated that this gun got < 1 in groups at 20 yards with crosman premier domed pellets. I switched to premier hollowpoints and am now getting 5/8 in. groups at the same distance.
Things I would have changed:the power adjustment ring still moves with almost every shot though not as much as it was.
What others should know:Get the 22.

Well pleased with gun. First shot it at about 20 ft. I was frustrated that I could not get the scope adjusted. I was too close to the target. At the range I shot at 25 yards. The scope zeroed in fine. Good accuracy so far. The force to cock the gun is very manageable for the average male adult. It might be a concern for some ladies or those with physical affirmities.
Things I would have changed:The gun needs more room between front if scope and loading device. I set mine further back than directions list. This is needed to get the lense cover on and off without having to break the barrel down.
What others should know:I built a backstop/target holder of scrap wood. I used a strip of old truck bed liner (thick rubber) to stop the pellets. Works great.
