    Things I liked:

This is probably one of the best deals in airguns out there. It shoots pretty hard and is very accurate. It has a nice walnut stock too and seems to be built pretty good.

    Things I would have changed:

I would get rid of the scope because its not very good. I would also have liked better quality control. Mine had metal shavings in the compression tube and it ruined the piston seal. However, it was very easy to return through Hatsan USA and my new one I got was even personally inspected and lubed. So that is why I only gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.

    What others should know:

Mine took about a tin of pellets to break-in and now it is a very smooth shooter.

    Things I liked:

I bought the .177 Cal from PA a few months ago, and intended to use it killing pests at close range in my barn Ect, Wood stock is nice "BIG" I admit this is my first springer so they may have to be like this.Scope is worthless blurrryy looking at a better one today Hawke-HK3013 [Hawke Sport Optics HD IR...].I cant belieave how loud this gun is I think my 22Mag is quieter so the barn shooting is out. to heavy and too loud. The gun wont fit in my OUTERS /Varminter Rifle rest (O BTW my 7MM Rem Mag does fit). To me its a big clumsy bench shooting Gun not a Hunter. So back to my trusty Pump air rifel

    Things I would have changed:

    No scope

    What others should know:

Good price but ditch the scope you will be buying a new one

    Things I liked:

Nicely figured, heavy laminated walnut stock. Clunky but accurate open sights - hitting a 6" target @50 yds consistently right out of the box. Never installed the scope, don't like to rely on one. Very hard hitter (mine was .22). The SAS recoil system was effective. About Pyramyd customer service: I cannot say enough positive things about their personnel and adherence to their stated policies, and no, this is not a solicited testimonal. I called them about the problems I had with the Hatsan 95, wanting to return it and expecting a runaround or resistance. Not only did they not question the problems I had with the rifle, but the return postage was paid for by Pyramyd (!), and after they received the rifle my puchase price was promply refunded. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

    Things I would have changed:

I returned my Hatsan 95 to Pyramyd, the reason being bad machine work. The barrel, including the block that the sights were mounted on was canted (tilted) in relation to the receiver, the upshot being that I had to hold the rifle at an angle to hold the sights level. I just wonder if this is typical quality control standard at Hatsan, or if this one sneaked by. It shouldn't have. The styrofoam packaging inside the Hatsan rifle's carton was inadequate and broken when I received it.

    What others should know:

The trigger was o.k. - I installed longer screws for better trigger adjustment (per customer suggestions) but found that by doing so it nullified the safety. The best ammo for this rifle was RWS Super-H-Point, excellent. Crosman Field Hunting 14.3 gr. was terrible, inconsistent.

    Things I liked:

The power and accuracy, plus it's a beutiful walnut stock.

    Things I would have changed:

I would put sling studs on it, and include a sling. and drop the scope from the package. and let the buyer add thier own choice of optics

    What others should know:

This is a great small game gun, I purchased mine in 22 cal. and it will knock squirrels from the tree with authority at 65 plus yards. get you a mil dot scope and enjoy.

    Things I liked:

Very well made. The checkered stock is beautiful, I like the SAS shock absorber system and the dual safety. I selected H&N pellets and the more I shoot the better the grouping. I'm still breaking it in. I think this one is going to stay in my collection. I feel the price on this rifle is very reasonable, you definately get your money's worth.

    Things I would have changed:

The Scope is just OK, I guess it's better than nothing. I think I'm going to change it to something a little better. The rifle itself is excellent.

    What others should know:

I purchased the 25 cal. The reason I selected this caliber is I don't have to worry about the problem of running out of air and I like the larger caliber. I currently own two .25 cal PCP's. Don't get me wrong I think the PCP's are great. This one just makes it easier to pick up and shoot without going through any additional perperation. You should know that this is a rather heavy air rifle to cock. It definately requires a effort to break and cock the barrel, (it may take both hands) but it's worth the effort.

    Things I liked:

Don't know yet-only got one shot off before there was an issue with the gun.

    Things I would have changed:

Definitely the scope mounts. Just not my favorite mounts, but, again, the potential of the scope is yet unknown.

    What others should know:

For some reason, only got one shot off, then the safety wouldn't disengage. This is not necessarily a negative review, as I don't know the guns true potential in .25. Things happen. I sent it back, in the hopes that the PA techs can do something with it. If not, I'll have to try the .22 version. I do know that the one shot I did get, was dead nuts, and had good power. I look forward to either getting this one back, or trying the .22. Real bummer-took me a while to get the money up for the .25. As my saying goes, though-"There's a lemon in every lot". Mistakes are bound to happen in mass production, and I will not get upset over it. Just got to hope for the best next time. I'm going to rate it at least 3 stars, because I honestly believe, through experience, that this gun has good potential. PA was a pleasure to deal with when it came to this issue.

    Things I liked:

Biggest Bag for your money! the quattro trigger, the Turkish walnut the size seems a little slimmer compared to the 1st one I bought 1 yr which is just what it needed to feel perfect. I liked everything about the model 95/.22 I could not rate 5 stars with the issue mine had!

    Things I would have changed:

Sadly I sent it back, mine had sever barrel droop, even a compensating scope mount did nothing for it, the breech was not excepting pellets very good ,it felt like the lands in the rifling were to tight making deep groves on some of my pellets as I set them in with my pellet tool. yet the same pellets were fine in my other hatsan rifles/ I ordered two more with Stacey doing the complete check over for the barrel droop issues, and breech problem etc.

    What others should know:

Hatsan could be one of the best rifles around, but they consistently savatage there own rifles with different issues on different models,it seems like some employees are purposely messing up there part on the assembly line, I wish they get to the bottom of it!

    Things I liked:

The feel of the wood and the weight. Feels and looks very realistic. This gun works great with or without a scope. The weight is well distributed and fits perfect in my hands.

    Things I would have changed:

    Don't include the scope.

    What others should know:

Even though the rifle shoots accurately and is powerful, I feel like there is something wrong with the one I received. When I cock the gun, It feels draggy and choppy. When I shoot it, I can hear the spring go "SPOING" in a weird way. I don't think it's supposed to do either of those things. If I feel like it's getting worse, I'm going to return it for another one. ALSO, this gun came VERY dirty. I spent a good 35 minutes cleaning.

    Things I liked:

I purchased the Hatsan95 .22 cal and loved the gun to about 150 shots. Very solid gun and great value for the money. I also purchased a UTG 4-16x40AO from Pyramydair and wow, huge difference. The adjustable trigger is top notch. Takes a bit of effort to cock. 1" groupings to 40yrds.

    Things I would have changed:

Gun should ship without the scope. Scope is totally useless. It was fuzzy and blurry. Be ready to put some money on a scope. Gun is a little louder than I would like. Slight vibration after firing. Hurt my wrist a couple of times cocking it but I do have bad wrists. Gun malfunctioned and would not shoot after about 150 shots. I past the 30 day money back guaranty/exchange by 6 days. Unfortunately Pyramydair would not honor the exchange and directed me to Hatsan. I waited for the gun for over a week because it was on back order, put another $70 on the scope, $20 on the new mounts and $10 on pellets. Now I'm stuck with a malfunctioning gun and have to deal with Hatsan directly and it was only 6 days over the warranty period. I guess I'll bird watch with the scope until I decide what gun to purchase. I probably won't make any future purchases with Pyramydair.

    What others should know:

    I used the Discovery 14.3

    Things I liked:

I really liked the price of this gun and its build quality. This air gun out preforms some air guns that cost hundreds of more dollars. I also love how it comes with open sights.

    Things I would have changed:

I wish Hatsan would add a better scope but this scope gets the job done and I should not complain I mean just look at the price AMAZING!!

    What others should know:

This air gun may be inexpensive but the price should not scare you away, for this is a great rifle and even the more experienced air-gunners will more than likely agree with this statement.

Price is super for such a nice air rifle. Build quality is impressive. Have about 50 rounds through it so far and pleased to this point. Added a Leapers 3-9x40 scope and glad I did.

    Things I would have changed:

Offer it without the scope and discount the price even further. Wish it was a bit quieter. Bout 105-106dbs. Not as residential friendly as I'd like it to be.

    What others should know:

Mine didn't like the Crosman Premier pellets but shot MUCH BETTER with the JSB Exact Diabolo pellets. Would highly recommend them but your mileage may differ. Have fun. BUY IT!!

    Things I liked:

This gun is rivaled by none for build quality vs price. It has the power to slay crows in one shot, and i bet it could take a turkey, (haven't tried yet though) The accuracy is medium out to 50 yards, with the right hold, pellet, and practice. I was really frustrated at first because I wasn't using a stable rest, so I thought the gun wasn't accurate, IT IS! I love this gun, and it is my favorite medium power springer.

    Things I would have changed:

It is stiff out of the box, but that clears up in 100-200 shots or so. A little heavy, cocking might be too much for some folks, my son and I both have one, and he is 14 and it isn't too heavy for him. I would try to somehow add a sling, maybe drilling into the side of the stock?

    What others should know:

    BUY IT!

    Rating 5.05.0 5.0

    Things I liked:

It is AWESOME. Let's begin with the accuracy, it can be very, very accurate. Being a powerful spring gun, artillary hold is nessicary for accuracy. It recoils a lot, which I like, but you may not. The scope is decent, 3-9 zoom, but after 6X zoom, it gets sort of blurry. It doesn't have the beat relief either, but it is a easy to use and sight in scope that will hold you off. Personally I like the weight of the gun, but you may not like a realistically heavy rifle. Next, I love the power of this gun, it shoots 1000 FPS, with lead, and Hatsan doesn't exaggerate the FPS and they don't test guns with PBA alloy 4 grain pellets, they use lead. The gun also looks nice, all wood and metal, except for muzzle/cocking aid and trigger gaurd. The wood is a good grain. The fiber optic iron sights are awesome, and the rear sight is very adjustable. And last, the trigger. It is a great trigger. I love it. It is 2 stage, fairly easily adjustable. Great feel and easy pull. And they say it is gold plated, I think it is. This gun should cost $400. But it.

    Things I would have changed:

There isn't much I don't like about it. Maybe the synthetic trigger guard, but that doesn't matter much to me. I like the synthetic cocking aid.

    What others should know:

This is a heavy rifle. About 8 1/2 pounds. Might not seem like much, but trust me, it kind of heavy. I like the weight, very realistic, but it could be just too much for you to shoot accurately. But I can't shoot super accurate standing, a bench rest is helpful. Also the it can be hard to cock. The first 100 or so times it is hard, but it takes little time to break it in. I don't find it that hard to cock though. Lastly it kicks a lot. You must use artillary hold to get the most accuracy out of this gun. The rubber recoil butt pad and SAS system surely help, but you will still feel a solid kick, again I think the recoil is cool, and makes shooting fun and realistic. This gun is extremely powerfull, so make sure you shoot at something that you aren't afraid to obliterate. It is loud too. A pellet I've found to work well in this gun is the beeman coated hollow points. They are super cheap pellets, but not cheaply made. I've also heard the crosman premiere hollow points shoot accurately in this rifle.

    Things I liked:

This Turkish manufactured air rifle is outstanding in its price range. The Hatsan 95 is well built, reliably accurate with attractive and functional details, including a handsomely grained walnut stock and an excellent and adjustable trigger mechanism. Some reviews note that the maximum fps stated by Hatsan is conservative (1000 fps), another plus. Although I can't quantify it, at equal distances compared to, for example, the "1200 fps" Gamo Silent Cat, the force of impact appears to be significantly greater with the Hatsan 95. This well crafted and accurate air rifle is bargain at this price and holds up well at all price points.

Let me start by saying, what a good looking gun this is. Very stout yet not so intimidating as some other hatsans (walther talon). Behaves very well as both plinking or serious hunting platform.

    Things I would have changed:

stiff, which I am sure will improve with use.I am reffering to the cocking effort. (not complaing, just an observation)

I was very pleased with by the first impression the gun made with respect to build quality and appearance. Shooting the mod 95 only confirmed that impression. Nice groupings, good power, min. vibs. and decent scope to boot! Worth every dollar.

    Things I would have changed:

    Have it sling ready.

This is my second attempt at evaluating this rifle. My dad-blasted p/c frooze up. In case my first attempt didn't make it. Just let me say I think this rifle is an outstanding buy for the little money. If I can get this devil computer ever working like it should I will submit a more complete rundown..I only gave it four stars on accuracy because I haven't gotten it broken in enuff to tell what it will or won't do. This will take some.

    Things I would have changed:

    Make the scope an option.

    What others should know:

I didn't get to finish this. My comment was be patient with it. It's very stiff when first received and requires some usage to smooth things up.
