Things I liked:

Looked for a LONG time for a 'standard' looking AR that was in a decent price range, in .177 caliber and NOT electrically operated. That combination just was not to be found. UNTIL this guy came along. As for the Accuracy rating, don't go by marked selection because I have not yet tested the HellBoy out yet, but my confidence level is high that it could most likely be given a five star rating as well.

Things I would have changed:

Would have liked the charging handle to be metal and to pull all the way out instead of just the few inches it does. But that's a minor issue, if an issue at all as far as I'm concerned.

What others should know:

No further comments other than I would definitely recommend this model.

Things I liked:

The realistic look and barely movable parts, read the bad because its not for even shooting for fun.

Things I would have changed:

I would change that the selector switch is using a ball bearing to turn, since it isn't attached to anything it pops out and then the selector switch spins around and this gun is only double action so if its loaded and off safe it will fire. I know this because I had the selector switch on mine break twice. I would also fix the charging handle, I know it moves for cosmetic but when I wasnt even pulling the handle back it dropped the cover and the spring broke out. The customer support with this company is awful.

What others should know:

It only looks cool and can have the plastic handguard switched to a rail with collar mounts. Selector will break if you shoot more then 3 mags which is 1 co2 the selector will break.

    Things I liked:

All metal upper and reciever is cool for realism. Nice weight to it, I read it's only like a pound shy of the real deal. Very, very quiet, the quietest airgun I own which is cool for backyard and even indoor shooting. Very accurate(read below however).

    Things I would have changed:

Be able to hold more BBs, given the fact you need to remove the mechanism from the metal sleeve that acts like a magazine, only 18 rounds and have to remove the entire thing to reload.

    What others should know:

My front sight leaned a little to the left so essentially the rear sight is useless. You won't be able to change the grip on this so keep that in mind however, you can change the buttstock and handguard. This has no blowback or recoil, it's like shooting an electric airsoft which makes it very accurate, but also making it feel weaker than it actually is. If you want this for the realism, keep in mind it looks the part, but doesn't have any functional buttons, switches etc other than the selector. If you want an AR/M4 with functional parts, get a Crosman R1, Bushmaster etc, if you just want a cheaper carbine that looks good and is an accurate plinker, than this is a good buy. So being metal and a metal sleeve that acts like a magazine, this is good...just wish more of the switches, buttons..etc really worked. Still a good buy if you can get it for a good price.

    Things I liked:

From what I know, this is the best airgun replica of the M4. With a lot of metal parts, it is good to hold and shoot. The 495 fps and being field strippable add to the authenticity and fun factor. This is an airgun anyone would love to have in their collection.

    Things I would have changed:

Three things. First, and this is minor, the gun is not very accurate out of the box (but the rear sights are fulling adjustable for elevation and windage). Second, the magazine holding the 18 rounds of BBs and the CO2 could have a less cumbersome design and hold more rounds (at least 30). Third, and most important of all, this gun ought to have a full AUTO mode like the real M4.

    What others should know:

This gun is fun. The gun comes in a box with 1 magazine, 1 hex wrench, and an instruction manual. I suggest at least one extra magazine.

    Things I liked:

Really nice authentic looking setup. I like the metal receivers. Nice weight. Breaks down the way it should. Externally, this beats the R1/DPMS series. I like the fact you can use real AR components on this. I wanted pink furniture for one to give my daughter, but it seems everything I look at under $100 is sold out. Nice solid removable carry handle/sight assembly. Good accuracy.

    Things I would have changed:

Wish it had full auto, but no big deal. I am painting the furniture pink on one for my daughter for her birthday. Design the bolt carrier group and charging handle assembly more like how the R1/DPMS is. I just bought both of them. Make the magazine internals more like the R1 series. I prefer the external Hellboy magazine cover though. The only thing I really hate is loading the magazine. The BBs keep getting stuck and falling out of the loading hole. There is no blowback on this one as well. I guess that is more CO2 to push BBs.

    What others should know:

If you are set on full auto and more realistic internals and blowback get a Crosman. If you want more metal, less plastic, and such get this one. Or just buy one of each. One this one, basically everything to fire the BBs is in the magazine. The trigger assembly in the receiver pushes against a air valve lever in the magazine that releases the gas. That may be why the trigger pull is the way it is. If I had the time and money I would buy one more of each and see if I could make a Hellboy R1!

Amazing replica the thing i love most is that it is completely customizable. You can change out the stock, Muzzle, and rail.

    Things I would have changed:

Wish it was easier to take off the iron sights but I can't complain

    What others should know:

You can easily change the barrel to make this shoot .22 pellets.

    Things I liked:

I like the stylish look of this bb gun. I put a fixed buttstock on it to simulate the M16 A2 version.

    Things I would have changed:

I did change the hand guard to a picatinny quad rail. I also modified the mag so that I can load bb's using a speedloader. I dremelled a hole just above the spring and follower while it's in it's loading position.

    What others should know:

Now for the bad news. I get a bb jam at the entrance to the barrel about every other mag. It's not because co2 is low, since I've had it happen on a fresh set of co2. I have to remove the mag and insert my cleaning rod to remove the obstruction. It usually requires a bit of force to coax it out. Needless to say I don't shoot it much anymore. Eventually I will take it apart and get to the bottom of it. For now it's just a poser.

Mag sucks and is already leaking after only using 3 co2 cartridges. Not willing to pay $40 for a replacement so I've moved the rifle to the wall as a show piece.

    Things I liked:

The weight is good and looks almost identical to Standard M4 Carbine. Love the fact I can add real handguard and even swap out barrel. Seems reasonably accurate but c02 leaks bad. Carry handle can be removed or replaced with real higher quality handle. Buttstock can also be replaced with better quality buttstock but will still be wobbly because the buffer tube isn't a true Mil-stock diameter. Mil-stock is 1.14.8" hellboy buffer tube is 1.12.4" so not true Mil-stock but good enough.

    Things I would have changed:

Mag compacity. And better c02 rig with actual gasket.

    Things I liked:

The Hellboy looks and feels great to shoot. CO2 and ammo easy to load. I actually like no full auto so I do not cruise through so much product. Has a nice firing sound like it is a regular firearm but with a silencer on it.

    Things I would have changed:

Higher capacity magazine would be nice. Even in Semi Auto 16 shots goes quick and an extra mag only makes it 32. It is a lot of loading.

    What others should know:

About 100 shots before it starts losing power. It is a really cool M4 replica so if you are in to this platform this gun is for you.
