Everything, size, weight, accuracy, feel for the price it's got it!
Things I would have changed:Nothing for the price.
What others should know:Being a small framed guy I'm partial to carbines. Honestly shouldering this piece reminds me of our service M4's. Points nicely, handles great and is dead accurate. I put the handguard on offered over at Buckrail and it's nails. The increased area offers a much better forward grip for stability over the factory air cylinder and let's be honest... It just looks neat which doesn't hurt! Overall Umarex knocked it out of the park with the Notos. Quiet, dead accurate and just flat out fun to shoot. There isn't a starling safe with a Notos and Hawke glass combo! Worth noting! It shoots slugs VERY well and they obviously pack one heck of a punch.

The weight, the quiet discharge and the accuracy.
Things I would have changed:This rifle has the worst magazine I have experienced in my 15 years of airgunning. I thought the p-15 magazines were terrible, but they are a delight compared to this garbage. Both the p-15 and the Notos are Snowpeak products. These magazines seen to only get to the Notos with 6 shots as one pellet will routinely fall out before it is fully inserted. Once inserted you have a 50/50 chance that it will jam, then a ram rod needs to be inserted into the barrel to drive the pellet back into the magazine, then you need to hammer the thing out of the Notos. I had read reviews that indicated this was a common problem, this has led to a cottage industry to make NOtos magazines that will actually work. Knowing all this, I ordered an after market magazine, but the rifle got to me before the new magazine. Umerex you knew of this problem, why did you not correct it.
What others should know:If you order an after market magazine for the Notos minutes after placing your order with PA, you will be pleased with this handy little carbine, if not you will be frustrated using . After I get my new magazine, I had planned on shooting little green plastic Iraqi soldiers, but my first shot will be to destroy this Snowpeak magazine.

This is one of my top 3 favorite guns. Very accurate, very light And very quiet, perfect for my backyard.Neighbors don't hear nothing. I love this gunThis is the first one I shoot in the morning. I. Did not have to buy anything except the pellets. And it is very accurate, especially at 50 and 75 yd. I could shoot flies.and for the cost. OMG. NICE!
Things I would have changed:The only thing i would change would be the moderator. And make it detachable. So it would be the Perfect portable gun. It would fit in your backpack. That is the only negative thing about the gun
What others should know:Great gun.

I like the fact the hammer spring is adjustable! I adjusted mine soon as I got it. Im shooting JTS 25 grains and boy those things are accurate!
Things I would have changed:I would change the mag size. I really would love a 10 shot. I understand why they did a small 7 but still having the extra 3 pellets would be awesome. Having to chock the gun to fill with air is kinda a pain. I can't tell you how's many times I forgot to do that.
What others should know:I highly recommend this gun. In the manual for the trigger it says to back out the screw, that's not the case. You will have to tighten it for easier trigger pull. I did this many times and finally figured it out. Trigger is so sensitive now!

Perfect lil PCP for 250$ on sale. Sends CHPs 14.3 grain pellets @ 745 FPS with 17+ FPE and does this very quietly too. Very accurate even with a 25$ Amazon reflex site. Super accurate with a scope. It is a 50 yards gun all day. Perfect for smaller shooters. I do wish PYA would carry more Snowpeak products. Thankfully Umarex saw a money maker and climbed in bed with them. The Zelos is next when lil man gets a couple more years on him. This Notos is so quiet that I was able to take 3 crows that had been destroying my feeders all within a minute on my property. I swear they had no idea why their buddies were falling out of the tree.
Things I would have changed:The side lever needs a better purchase. Young shooters get sore after 40 or so shots because there is not much leverage.
What others should know:Best if you have an AC/DC compressor but absolutely handpump doable all day. Keep your optics light and small as possible because this is a 4LB gun and the pleasure of carrying it around like that will be noticeable quickly. Reflex sites work good enough but so does a small 4X32 or a lil UTG Bug Buster. Maple Mt Products make a much better magazine for this gun and it IS worth every penny. Get one or two when you order them. The factory mag is just 7 shots and it gets old quickly refilling a small mag.

Update: This thing is crazy accurate, At 27 yards I got 7 shots in a 1 inch sticker target with crosman hollow points. At 100 yards, I can hit cans with it. I love this gun a lot. I adjusted the trigger, and now it's perfect. I would say definitely get it. Also, clean the barrel when you first get it!
Things I would have changed:A removable moderator. Thats it its really backyard friendly but Id like to cut down on some more decibels.
What others should know:Clean the barrel!!!!! Airguns come with preservative junk in the barrels, and if you don't clean them, it makes it harder for the rifling to grab the pellet and make it spin properly. Also, cock the gun when filling it; otherwise, it will not hold pressure!!!!!!!!!!!

"This is my review. I'm going to start with the things I like. It comes with a single-shot tray and magazine. It has an adjustable trigger, it's slim and light, perfect for offhand shooting. The adjustable stock is nice for sure, and man, it is almost silent with that suppressor. I really like the grip; it's very nice, and I love the fact it has a Picatinny rail. Now for the things I find annoying. You have to get high scope rings unless you like pancaking your face. Another thing is the cocking lever is gritty and a bit tough. The stock has some play to it, and the trigger factory set was terrible, but I adjusted it and now it's just right. It does come with a magazine, and they are okay, but they are very cheap. But those are just slight annoyances. Other than that, it can hit cans up to 100 yards with Crosman hollow points, and it groups super well at 30 yards. A perfect little offhand shooter too. I can hit cans up to 40 to 60 yards offhand. I'd say it's the gun I'm looking for."
Things I would have changed:Make the magazine less cheap.
What others should know:"For me, I love it. There are some cons to it, but hey, it's $270 and it's stupid accurate. I would also recommend getting a Bug Buster scope for it. The Bug Buster fits the profile and works grea

Straight out of the box shooting Crosman 14.3 grain Hollow Points @ 745 FPS and getting 40 shots on the reg. JSB Hades 15.9 grain pellets 735 FPS and Daisy Hollow Points 15.4 grain @ 740 FPS and the gun shoots all of them lights out to 50 yards. This is a great little PCP for small framed shooters like grandkids or any adult. It is similar to Snowpeaks PP750 but I like the Notos better. So lightweight at 4lbs and with a reflex sight or a compact fixed 4X or 6X scope your are golden. I paid 235 for mine thru PYA with a 20% off Umarex products and have had zero issues. It is even quieter than my LCS SK-19 and that gun is silent death. Perfect compact rifle for truck, quad, or just walking thru the woods.
Things I would have changed:A wrap around pic rail on the end for a bi-pod maybe, a larger factory magazine would have been nice instead of a 7 shot mag. Maple MT products will fix that for 35$ though so not a deal breaker for sure.
What others should know:Best regulated compact and lightweight 50 yard .22 cal PCP out there for the money. Put a single point sling on it and it disappears under your arm for super ease of carry while hunting. So quiet in the woods I was able to take 3 of 4 problem crows before they figured out what was going on and they are pretty smart and hear good. This gun loves Crosman HP pellets the cheap ones from Wally World and Daisy HPs 15.4 grain. Honestly any pellet so far I have tried it likes so it is not pellet fussy thankfully. DHPs are 8.50 a tin of 500, CHPs are 7.50 a tin of 500 so this is truly cheap shooting the way pellet guns should be. Handpump friendly but get an AC/DC compressor. Less than 3 minutes to fill.

These are awesome little airguns! They are lightweight and easy to carry. Shoots surprisingly accurate out to about 50 yards. Factory moderator works really well. A lot of gun for the money! I highly recommend them!
Things I would have changed:Trigger is the only downfall. It’s not terrible just not great. For the price I can’t complain to much though.
What others should know:Trigger is adjustable but be careful. Once you find a sweet spot, a little 1/16 of a turn can make it unsafe.
Mine loves the cheap Norma 17.6 gn. It’s an absolute laser with them.Others said there’s only shoot the 15.9 Norma’s well l.

Wow, what a fun little air gun! I like everything about it with two exceptions but far from deal breakers. More on that later. If you are a first time PCP buyer let this one be your first. I can just fill it up take it out and hammer targets until it's empty. It's as accurate as guns that cost 2,3,4+ times as much. It's not pellet picky. It will happily shoot whatever you feed it. The regulator is solid. Shot count is good for the way it's set up and its cylinder size. The stock and grip are comfy. The upper pic rail is solid and most importantly, straight. The stock moderator keeps it quiet enough. There is a great complement of Umarex add ons and 3rd party upgrades. I own many low-mid range to high end guns and this one is in my top 3. Great gun!
Things I would have changed:Ok, the design of the factory mag could be better. However, after some adjustment using Umarex's guide on YouTube and some trial and error, it's very acceptable. Just be sure to shoot the mag empty before you remove it, or you might have an issue with a stuck or mangled pellet. Maple Customs and Carm make some superb mags that are smooth as they come. The trigger is around 4lbs which isn't necessarily a bad thing just depends on what you like and are used to. It can be set to break really clean, at around four pounds, vs dragging the disconnector across the sear for an 8th of an inch feeling funky. So better mags and a cleaner trigger would be nice but for a gun this sweet for the $ I get it.
What others should know:No air gun collection is complete without one and if you are looking to buy your first PCP air gun look no further. After a short break in period, you'll be grinning from ear to ear every time you take it out.

Wow! What's not to like? It's cheap, it's pcp, it's accurate, it's quiet, it's light, it's fun...did I say accurate, yeah baby! There's just not a lot to dislike about the Notos.
Things I would have changed:Is it perfect? For <$300? Are you serious? Well of course not, but then no airgun is. First, the trigger on mine was attrocious. BUT, having gunsmithed for years, it wasn't that difficult to make it far more than serviceable. Actually, it now is quite nice. Secon, is the magazine, it's not the worst, but it could be in the running probably. But then again, Brocock mags aren't that great either. Luckily, there are many good aftermarket ones. And hey, they include a single shot tray with the gun, what a fantastic idea.
What others should know:I've read online, and mine is a perfect example, it is so accurate it's amazing... pellet on pellet at 35 yards all day long, almost effortlessly. You will definitely need the highest rings you can get as the drop at comb is almost zero, but that's no big deal.
For what you get, this is without a doubt the best band for your buck in airgunning. It will shoot with some very, very expensive rifles, and you can carry it all day no sweat.

Thus little thing is amazing. Compact and lightweight with enough power to do pest control. There is an aftermarket environment to do simple upgrades to more complicated ones. You will enjoy and love the NOTOS!
Things I would have changed:I will love to see the built in moderator change to a threaded adapter...
What others should know:A little heavy trigger

Unbelievable accuracy and reliability out of the box. This definitely shoots as well or better than my PCPs costing two or three times as much. This is an unbelievable price. Get one while you can.
Things I would have changed:Option for a bottle and a better trigger
What others should know:You'll get about three magazines per Phil at full power. This is regulated but the regulator is not externally adjustable. I found that I didn't need to because it was perfect out of the box and likes the barracuda match pellets
