    Things I liked:

Accurate, powerful and quiet compared to all the other pellet guns I have used. For what it does, the price point is great for the performance.

    Things I would have changed:

What would make this gun better is a compartment inside the stock that would carry things like the tip used to pressurize the cannister and pellets. If you are traveling, you dont want to have to remember to bring the connecting tip separately and if you forget, you are out of luck. Plus if you are out on a hunt, you dont want to have the pellets separate. A small compartment that flips open on the stock would be ideal for both of these. Have had other rifles with this amenity and it really makes things easier and less likely to ruin a day if something is forgotten.

    What others should know:

If you are purchasing a hand pump to pressurize, make sure you get the right kind and be ready for a workout.

    Things I liked:

All I can say is, WOW! This may be one of, if not the best, values in the PCP market. This gun is extremely accurate especially for a gun with less than a 12 in barrel. Easy to set up and shoot and since I shoot left handed the cocking lever on the left side works fine for me. I use a small compressor and can fill the gun from empty to 3,400 psi in just a few minutes. All the press and reviews were highly favorable for this gun and the hype was right on. This is a really fun gun to shoot and I can’t wait on days I go to the range

    Things I would have changed:

Just as many have said the magazine is pretty worthless, I have only been able to load a single pellet from it. I have been using the single shot loader, which is fine with me, but would be nice to have a working magazine. I going to be a couple from Maple Custom Products.

    What others should know:

The air chamber is small, which might be an issue for those looking to hunt with it, but I take my small portable compressor to the range with me so I have plenty of air for shooting. This is a fun gun and a great value for the money. My only regret, not buying it earlier!

    Things I liked:

I love this gun. I'm glad I bought two Umarex Notos guns. PyramydAir did all necessary testing before they sent the guns to me. I seriously doubt that there is a better company extant.

    Things I would have changed:

I have been thinking of modifying both of my Notos guns. I've been watching Kid Pellet on YouTube. I can think of nothing more satisfying than this guy's work.

    What others should know:

I see a new gun in a more interesting model is coming out soon. It's called the Zelos. I can't wait.

    Things I liked:

I made a serious mistake buying a Jet 2 before this. It had only minor problems, but an unnecessary of minor problems that had me spending twice the time on maintenance than actually shooting it. I wound up giving that to a friend. My brother then loaned me his Notos for a few weeks. The Notos blew my mind. All the features of a $600+ PCP for $265. I fell in love. It's an easy gun to tune and modify, it's regulated, and it doesn't leak like my old Jet 2. It also packs a slightly bigger punch, and is WAY more accurate and way less pellet picky. I'd recommend this as the best starter gun on the market for those new to the PCP world.

    Things I would have changed:

Magazines are kinda finicky. So be careful with them. I've already ordered 3 Maple Leaf mags, so that's no longer an issue.

    What others should know:

Buy it before it becomes unobtanium again!

Extremely accurate, quiet, tactical, and lightweight.

    Things I would have changed:

Stock magazine in garbage. There are aftermarket options available. Wish the moderator was removable, but it's not. It is plenty quiet however.

    What others should know:

I've uploaded a video to yt showing my customized bottle build of this gun. This gun is a blast to shoot. I've taken squirrels out to 90yds with it, and I regularly shoot dime sized groups at 50 yards. My mods didn't improve accuracy, only increased shot count.

    Things I liked:

I bought this to be a lightweight gun to carry for squirrels while also carrying my bulldog or crossbow for deer hunting. It’s incredible! I love the accuracy and after adjusting the trigger it’s even better with hades and H&N 15’s. Quiet enough to not affect the deer and light enough to pack all day without regret.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing really that wouldn’t impact the reason this carbine was made. A fatter air tube or bottle would add weight and a longer barrel would make it less maneuverable in the woods or in the stand. Maybe an extra mag or include the pistol grips but now I’m just being greedy. Umarex has a winner with this one.

    What others should know:

I was afraid I wouldn’t like the lower power after carrying my Maverick .30 or cricket 2 .25 but the lightweight and easy carry design drew me in to try it. All I can say is I’m impressed. Have yet to fail to drop anything I’ve shot at. The power is plenty for small game at 50 yards and closer. I’ll be posting plenty of pictures on the hunting forum of my success with this rifle. Thank you Umarex and Pyramyd air!

Shipping A+! Compact rifle. That's where it ends!

    Things I would have changed:

Air tube needs more cc's,Needs external adjustments, Cocking flapper, put on right side! At least put a 15"barrel. But I knew that part. Make better magazine! Less plastic! Needs more durability! The price!!!

    What others should know:

Great shipping PA! Research Research Research ....b fore you buy! Don't jump out and buy cuz the hype! Is it accurate? Yes! Is it compact? yes! That's where it all ends. Cheap Pistol shooter.

    Things I liked:

Excellent shooter. Great handling. Seems to be very tolerant of different pellets. Seems to be user modifiable as well.

    Things I would have changed:

A better magazine. Mine jammed and broke the first day shooting. I took off a star in the rating because of the magazine. A little bigger tank option would be great, maybe as an aftermarket option? Also wish it had a fixed foster connection instead of fill probe.

    What others should know:

Speed range: 885fps with lead free H&N 9.7grain , down to just over 700fps with 18 grain pellets. I've not seen anyone mention using them, but my Notos really likes the predator polymag shorts.
Do yourself a favor and get some 10 shot carm or maple leaf magazines. Also get the front grip from Buck Rail. It's worth it for the feel and the m-loc slots. I also think I will be adding the 3rd party plenum.

    Things I liked:

This is my 3rd Umarex rifle, and quickly becoming my favorite. Though it doesn't pack the same punch as my gauntlet or origin; it is perfect for small game (dove, rabbit, etc.). I paired it with a Vortex 2-7x32 scope which works quite well with it. This little carbine has exceeded my expectations. It is very accurate for the barrel length. I don't believe anyone would be disappointed with this gem.

    Things I would have changed:

I am not a big fan of the magazine. I had problems with the one that was shipped with it. But as usual, when I reached out to Umarex about issue, they replaced it right away, and sent another for my trouble.

    What others should know:

Whether you are new to pcp's or have a vast collection, this is one to add.

    Things I liked:

Accurate out of the box (after cleaning the dirty barrel), lightweight, great performance Seems well made. No leaks when it arrived or after. Comfortable to shoot. Adjustable buttstock. Regulated to 1900 PSI and air tube to 3650 psi.Adjustable trigger. Out of the box it's 4 1/2 pounds. I wll lighten it considerably. Quiet, not need to buy another moderator.

    Things I would have changed:

A small bottle option. Pic rail on bottom/lower side. Comes with 1 mag, should some with 2. Need a higher capacity which I found on eBay.

    What others should know:

Very accurate at 50 yards with Baracuda Match, perfect for backyard plinking and varmints up to Raccoons. Light weight and easy to maneuver. No n eed to add another moderator as the permanently mounted that it comes with is very good. Very backyard friendly. REGULATED PCP to 1900psi ! 21 regulated shots per fill. Clean barrel b4 using. My barrel was very dirty probably has some preservative in it. Accurate out of the box. Has adjustable hammer, I made no adjustments. Initial trigger pull force is 4.5 pounds more or less. I will lessen that. I ordered www.Buck-Rail.com fore-grip, hand grip and foldable buttstock with cheek riser. I ordered higher capacity (and better) magazines on eBay. For a scope, I bought UTG 3-12X44 30mm Compact Scope, AO, 36-color Mil-dot, Rings , Black. I also have a SIg Sauer Romeo 5 red dot but I can shoot more accurately with the scope.

    Things I liked:

Size, weight, accuracy. 27shots @ 20fpe w/JSB&HN 15.9gr selections, 38 pumps with a $60 Amazon hand pump to fill from regulated 1900psi to 3600psi. Trigger is decent, once adjusted.

    Things I would have changed:

Stock magazine like aftermarket options (CARM and Maple). Obvious improvements I could offer, but it'd just cost more. I think it's pretty well optimized for the price. People say it's quiet, mine feels pretty loud, I shoot mostly tuned break barrels otherwise and this feels mostly equivalent, maybe mine is an anomaly.

    What others should know:

Reiterate, the stock magazines are frustrating and finicky, while they work they need some finesse and a little patience. I have used CARM magazines with mine and they are excellent, two 12rnders is perfect for an easy 24rnd per pump up. I understand from FB groups that the Maple mags are equivalent to CARM function.

Targets and chipmunk management (erosion). Several tomato stealing squirrels.

    Things I liked:

I like the accuracy, looks, and weight of the Notos. I liked it so much that I purchased two.

    Things I would have changed:

I would like to see a regulator plenum on the Notos. I don't like not being able to change the moderator of the barrel.

    What others should know:

The cocking liver and spring have that gritty feel to it but can be smoothed out with a light coating of moly lube on it sold by Pyramyd Air. Keep the lever lubed lightly, I use a synthetic lube. One drop is all you need. Crosman Premier 14.3, 15.89, and 16 grains, and 18 to 21.14 works well.

    Things I liked:

This is an accurate, light weight carbine. Out of the box, after cleaning the barrel, it is very accurate. The scope rail is long and allows for forward mounting of an optic if you want to keep the stock short. It is easy to fill with the probe that is included with the rifle.

    Things I would have changed:

It would benefit with a larger air supply. I am only getting 25 -28 full power shots. The seven shot magazine limits you but it is easy to load.

    What others should know:

If you are not going to be near a compressor you will need a fill source. The barrel was dirty on arrival but fairly easy to use a crown saver cord ( get a straw to help with the insertion). After zeroing, I was getting 1' to 1 1/2' groups at 50 yards with JTS 18.3 and 22.07 pellets.

    Things I liked:

the overall fit and function of the rifle itself is pretty good.

    Things I would have changed:

the magazine is horrible. Jams all the time. shoot, cock rifle, use cleaning rod to push pellet back a little bit into the magazine, remove magazine, remove dented pellet, install magazine. shoot, cock, another jam. Had similar problems with Umarex Guantlet magazines, only this one is way worse. Pellets are not indexing properly into the correct position.

    What others should know:

if you want a small, lightweight SINGLE SHOT, then it's a decent rifle. if you want a repeater, then be prepared to purchase a bunch of magazines to find a good one. or take it apart and fiddle with it till you can get it to work. or throw it away and use single shot sled.
