The gun is excellent and very accurate. Nice side lever action and two magazines.
Things I would have changed:The pump is COMPLETE JUNK. I got my gun pumped up twice and then the pump quit. No cleaning and servicing the pump with the included kit could get it back to work. This pump is completely 100% WORTHLESS! Also, the stock finish is crude. I realize its a plastic stock, but this one looks really super cheap and crudely finished. I am sure with a little more attetion they could make a really nice looking stock without spending more money.
What others should know:This kit is a prefect example of a great idea ruined by very poor execution that makes it a bad deal in the end! DON't buy this kit thinking you can hand pump and avoid spending money on some sort of device to fill the PCP tank. The gun is great but you will need to get something to fill your tank. This pump will quit on you soon after you get the kit. Too bad. Good idea, poor execution. Should have bought a marauder. I regret it now.

Overall this seems to be a great PCP Air rifle. This is my first PCP so I have nothing (other than "springers" to compare it to. I get at least 40 shots per fill. I don't need to fill beyond 3K PSI (after which pumping effort is greatly increased!).
Things I would have changed:Things to be aware of are that fully seating the fill probe is a bit finicky. The rubber cover for the fill port has a rubber plug extrusion that will often push the release on the pump hose's fitting. Just be sure to hold the rubber flap well away from the hose fitting while simultaneously inserting the full probe forcefully enough to get a good seal. If the fitting isn't properly seated there will be either a failure to seal (air leakage) OR there will be a rapid & severe amount of pressure after only a few pumps. The gun is loud when firing.
What others should know:There is initially a slightly weird sound as the counter-pressure mechanism in the storage tube is compressed during pumping. This is "normal" for this rifle & accounts for its performance ability w/such a small capacity tank. Nothing wrong w/this, just be aware of that. Performance w/Crosman Premier hollow point, 14.3 grain pellets has been good out to 100 yards (about 3" groups). Best has been w/H&N Baracuda Match, 21.14 grain pellets (2"/2 MOA @ 100 yards). I got some Hatsan Vortex Strike, 17.75 grain pellets & they hold about 6 MOA at 100 yards. Ruger pointed pellets (16.97 grains) do well in calm weather but get erratic in wind. All of these pellets work within the thickness/depth of the Umarex magazines. The H&N Baracudas & Ruger pointed pellets are a close fit though due to their lengths. I'm using a Pinty 3x9x50 scope w/decent results.

The gun is pretty good.
Things I would have changed:The pump is a scam. It filled the gun only partially one time then failed completely.
What others should know:Pyramid Air offered a total return of gun and pump. I chose to see if Umarex will back the pump so I can keep the gun. There is an Umarex Origin Facebook page that indicates that the pump is a failure for the majority of the owners.

Accurate
Things I would have changed:I decent hand pump not the one included with the combo or sell the rifle by itself at a better price.
What others should know:If you are buying this because a hand pump is included, don't. The pump is very poor, was defective from the beginning and when I sent the pump back to Umarex they said they don't have parts to fix the pump or a pump to replace it with. No estimate on when they will have pumps to replace the defective one. Until the new pumps arrive, the rifle gets to sit in the cabinet. If buy another hand pump, a tank or an electric pump then I have a pump I don't need and overpaid for a gun pump combo when the only use piece of the combo was the rifle. Save your money get a rifle you want and a way to fill it.

Nothing- light
Things I would have changed:Fire employees from china
What others should know:This is my second rifle The first - check valve issues in gun prevented using the air pump & was impossible to fill past 1500 The second gun it would fill -- hope were up but than the over pressure valve would release. Tried again an every time I got to 2000 psi the serpressor would release. JUNK- AN DONT TRUST THE PAID GUYS ON YOUTUBE. plus in Tn. The gun cost me 213.99 after a discount if I have accadamy credit card. Returned in GA. An only refunded 299.00 So I lost time & money an still have gas to take this crap back to accadamy for a refund -- to bad I really wanted this to work. Won't trust this brand after 2 guns with defects

Things I would have changed:Never buying this junk
What others should know:Good luck pumping this up past 2000 psi- Extremely hard to pump up. You pull the hand pump and it's as hard to pull as puss down save you mon9.. Accuracy is all over the place- from all the hype I expected great things... You find someone that says they pump there's to 2500- 3000 I'll show you a liver. It's pur crap in accuracy & if you can pump a full charge I'd be amazed

Rifle is light and accurate.seems well made
Things I would have changed:Better quality control on pump
What others should know:Rifle holds air and is quite accurate, not pellet fussy at all.action is smooth and positive.the pump needed disassembly and cleaning/relubing as it failed after second use.after removing factory grease and cleaning entire pump, its been working well.

Shots well, fairly quiet, clean trigger out of the box.
Things I would have changed:The pump should be taken apart thoroughly cleaned and greased before using. The main oring wore out and it became impossible to pull the pump up after about 150 pumps even though i only pumped in cycles of 50. The gun didn't come with a fill probe but umarex shipped a new one no questions asked. The barrel band is not tight on the barrel and the tightening screw does nothing as it does not go completely through the band and the band is solid so even if it did it wouldn't tighten anything. I took it off and put a little tape on the bottom until it was snug and then reinstalled it.
What others should know:If you purchase the 20 for 20 from pyramyd air they only fill the gun to 2500 PSI. After 20 shots the gun is almost completely out of air so you have no idea if the gun has a leak. It would be nice if the end pressure was recorded as well.

I liked not having to spend over $500.00 to get a great gun and a pump along with it for $350.00. The gun shoots great feels great and is pretty light so it is comfortable to hold. Overall i think it is the best buy on the market that is available,so get one and have some fun. Don't forget you will need a scope.
Things I would have changed:Make the side lever cocking easier and a little smoother.
What others should know:I have a Benjamin Marauder in .22 cal and the magazines as well as the single shot tray will interchange with the Umarex Origin .22 so things work out real well . I have 5 magazines now so i can run my air pressure down a little before having to reload. Since the air pressure is more than 200 bar the small tanks won't fill the air chamber all the way, so i got the Air Venturi 98 cubic foot tank that fills to 4500 psi and now there are no more problems with filling to max pressure.you don't have to fill it completely but knowing you can seems to be very satisfying.

Absolutely nothing
Things I would have changed:Never ever purchase a Umarex product
What others should know:First gun had defective seal Umarex customer service sucks had me go to local scuba shop to try to seat the seal just leaked out. I had waited over a month to get gun and they told me it would be at least another month before one of their gun smiths could inspect and return. I was able to get a replacement from Pyramid. The Second gun the pump was defective after 2000psi into the gun it needed a rebuild. I called and emailed Umarex again 4 times no one answered phones left detailed messages and not one call back or email. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews this gun got it is a pain in the ass to fill and the hose is so short you have to place you gun on the ground to fill. Umarex will not stand behind their products it will be just a matter of time even if you happen to get a functioning gun that something breaks and your out $300 in change. Even the girl I spoke with at Pyramid had bad reviews of this gun the second time I called to get my money back. FU Umarex.

The gun is very accurate and comes with 2 magazines. Side lever cocking and a nice trigger.
Things I would have changed:Get rid of the garbage hand pump mine filled the gun to 2800 PSI 2 times and stopped working it wont pull up for air intake. My gun is loud even with a DonnyFL FX suppressor it's still too loud for my back yard.
What others should know:Buy a 60 dollar hand pump from Amazon way easier to completely fill the gun. My Origin is louder than my suppressed Browning Buckmark 22 LR.

I have been very pleased for the most part. From 0 to 3000 is about 120 or so pumps then from 1000 to 3000 it's about 75 pumps. But unless your a beefy guy like me you may have some trouble generating enough mass to pump this thing! For the record, I fully intend to get an inexpensive compressor for this. Pumping is okay until you have to do it more than a couple of times then it becomes a bona fide workout. Magazines fit snugly and cocking is smooth and positive. after a little tuning groups are basically one hole at 25 yards and 1/4" at 50. shooting Crosman Premier .22 Cal, 14.3 G Hollowpoints. switching to H&N 23-grain SLUG had the effect of dropping the groups 1 inch lower but still accurate and tight. don't have a crony so don't have any numbers for comparison but the target show that they're hitting a lot harder than my Springer.
Things I would have changed:Things I did not like, There is a noticeable lack of disassembly information. I would like to change the stock and put a more tactical stock on it. But there are no exploded diagrams or disassembly instructions. Additionally, The rubberized Cover over the fill port can be problematic. And there is a noticeable lack of mounting points for bipod or even a sling. Hence the reason why I would like to change the stock. But other than that I have no real complaints. The gun performs well, appears to be well made, the one thing that did surprise me was that the air pump seem to weigh even more than the gun did. I wish for the day when someone would develop a micro pump running off a lithium battery and built right into a PCP.
What others should know:Out-of-the-box the power setting is a bit rough, they seem to have it tuned for Max power. At least mine was, which gave me severely a reduced shot count and a little too much spread to the groups The hammer spring was only 1/2 a turn from Max, so I turned clockwise to Max and then backed off counterclockwise 1-1/2 turns. That settled the gun right down, shot count went way up from a low of 30-40. To at least 40-60 good shots . Subsequently the groups tightened up as well Pyramidair was pleasurable to do business with. But be warned once they have your email address They are relentless with spam advertising mail which was a turnoff for me and almost lost me as a future customer.

easy to pump up until around 3000 psi then it starts to get difficult but considering that 2000 to 3000 psi is the sweet spot for this gun, it's not a problem
Things I would have changed:add iron sights, not a big fan of optics
What others should know:I've always wanted to get into PCP's but thought that all the items needed are cost prohibitive and there are no scuba tank shops in the prairie land so filling a tank was not a possibility. This is an option that I can use
