Lots of fun to shoot. I like everything about this gun except the sights, but that can be overcome. Use4 lots of co2 and bbs
Things I would have changed:sights
What others should know:Does anyone know what can i do with a gazillion empty co2 cartridges?

Accurate, even in full auto bursts, powerfull , easy to load carrys 300 bbs in reserve, great features as co2 can be removed easy to leave gun inoperable and safe, then quickly reinstalls. Can leave gun loaded but safe till co2 reinstalled. Put on lazer site and unit is deadly. Well built this is no toy
Things I would have changed:Would put in a slip on stock,
What others should know:Buy it, is worth every penny. I just ordered second one just to have a spare.

The overall feel, and the switchable auto and semi-auto mode. I use it to scare away Deer. I am not sure they feel it, I think the noise in auto fire mode scares them more. Well...whatever works
Things I would have changed:Reliability. This is my 2nd one. 1st one the spring for the BBs jammed, bent or something. The 2nd one, which is now year old needs to be re-cocked after each fire. It will still do auto mode, but needs to be re-cocked. For my purposes of scaring away dear, this is not a big deal. That said, I am going to look for a reliable pistol as the logistics of opening the door to get outside will be easier.
What others should know:Basically covered it in the above section. the C02 charge lasts about as long as the fill of BBs do, which is pretty good.

This thing is a hand full of fun! Easy to load, functions flawlessly, and the two CO2 cylinder will fire all 300 rounds in the hopper.
Things I would have changed:The sights are fairly useless. Just charging another 30 40 bucks and having a built in laser would be cool. I would also rather just have, semi or completely full auto, as opposed to the six round burst.
What others should know:It works like a champ, it's not expensive to buy or shoot. I set up a little range in my basement and it's great fun. Go ahead and indulge your inner 13 year old.

Fun2shoot. Works right out of the box. Didn't get it for sniping but target practice is a whole lot, more fun.
Things I would have changed:Add full auto, to make it a true select fire.
What others should know:Prefers standard bbs. Dust devil bbs, tend to not feed from the magazine.
As with any co2 cartridge powered device. Make sure to put a small drop of pellet gun compatible oil, on the bottom of the tank, so it doesn't 'grab' the capture screw. And a small amount on the face of the cartridge, to aide in sealing and not leaking, when pierced.

Pretty accurate and easy to load.moderately powerful in single shot mode. HPA air venturi attachment available.
Things I would have changed:Magazine springs are the only weak link I've seen so far..
What others should know:Always wear eye protection when shooting.

Super fun to shoot when it works .
Things I would have changed:Needs to be made better quality.
What others should know:I shot it maybe once a week for about 3 months and then it jammed up and no longer worked. I would gladly pay more for better quality

It has some pretty impressive power and will embed BBs into hard wood at 20 yards. I have only had it out a couple of times and one time was to get a pesky gopher. Bye Bye Gopher! Using full auto is a kick, but it wastes a lot of air and is not as accurate as single shot. This is a great buy!
Things I would have changed:It would definitely be one thing and that is the brass CO2 fittings. CO2 cartridges are made out of steel and the tubes that puncture the CO2 are made of brass which is softer metal. Over time the brass fittings will become wore down and be unable to puncture the CO2 cartridges.
What others should know:YES! Remember that there are moving parts and this gun requires oiling to stay in good shape! Take care of your investment and play safe. Also, this gun has a loudness to it that I was not expecting! While ear protection is not necessary, it can be loud to those around.

Fun (for a little while)
Things I would have changed:MORE POWER!!! About the modification that allows it to go on a large pneumatic tank which really helps a lot. Also the constant loading of the magazine by shaking the gun until it's full with 30 shots gets really old real fast. I was pretty well bored with the product in the 1st 2 days and it sits on my wall now. I'd rather be shooting a high precision pellet gun with the scope with a single shot that actually hits the target and kills.
What others should know:At only 400 ft./s it's basically good for knocking over tin cans at 25 yards. Can't be used for hunting or pest control unless you're shooting at ants or beetles.
Also the BB's have a widespread of about 5 feet at 35 yards. This gun is built for very close in canned planking, basically it's a toy.
I will say one thing, It is highly dependable I haven't had any jams or seals break yet.

Fun interesting pistol, automatic mode is super fast, six shot burst in two seconds, one trigger pull gets You six shots that cannot be stopped. If You can hold it still, it is quite accurate, given the recoil in automatic mode. Suggest you only put about 50 - 75 BB in reservoir chamber, weight of BBs piled on top of each other restrict the BB flow in to the magazine. I received two CO2 piercing Wrenchs.
Things I would have changed:The safety was very hard to move, but is getting better. After 30 shots in automatic mode the FPS starts dropping off and the C02 capsules are cold.
What others should know:Because of the hard to move safety lever, I thought the pistol had a internally placed lockout built into the CO2 magazine, so I found out that you can remove the CO2 magazine after the capsules are pierced and not lose CO2. There seems to be a valve in the magazine to prevent loss of CO2. The BBs load into the magazine easier when they can roll around in the chamber.

Wow! What an amazing evolution of a BB machine gun! I've had and enjoyed the Schmeisser MP-40 for a while now, but the Steel Storm lives up to its name. While serving in the military years ago I had occasion to fire an Israeli Uzi. The short throw firing delivered an amazing volume of firepower. The Steel Storm has that same characteristic. A high volume of BB power...plus, it delivers that BB power with a loud, distinctive staccato sound like a rapid firing automatic weapon. There is a switched safety and a single shot/automatic fire selector switch. What sets the Steel Storm apart from the MP-40 is the reservoir of 300 BBs in the weapon. A simple roll of the wrist reloads an onboard magazine and you're back in action. A pair of CO2 cylinders effectively power the weapon. Changing them out is effortless and quick. I like this weapon a lot. The rabbits, raccoons, and coyotes do not.
Things I would have changed:Trying hard to come up with any shortcomings for the Steel Storm. Perhaps offering a second, backup CO2 "magazine" would be useful. That way, you'd pop out the expended CO2 holder and pop a charged CO2 holder in and be back in action quickly.
What others should know:The price is right. The Fun Ratio is high. The only question is...do you have enough ammo and CO2?
