this gun has a lot of metal parts and it hits hard the thing is i havent owned this gun for very long and it is starting to act up on me. the problem behind this all might have been the fact that i had to use it as a primary weapon for a lot of my airsoft ears and it might have been to hard on it. the gun now doesnt hold the c02(which could be the c02 canisters themselves) so i decided to diassemble and look at the internal and i was surprised. this gun has little to no plastic parts at all except the handgrip

make a full mag with c02 in it .

this gun shoots a hole magazine of bb's at once if u use it to much but i have found this happens the first few shots after replacing the c02

This gun is really good and powerful...my friend owns it and we shot through soda cans in his back yard.

The guns trigger is harder to pull than usuall airsoft guns and this decreases the accuracy because it turns as you pull the trigger but only slightly

A nice CO2 blowback DAO 6mm BB. Great as a secondary. Good feel in the hand and not too weighty. Metal barrel, metal slide and the double action, makes this Walther airsoft gun look and feel more authentic. So far, the chrono results have this gun shooting at under 330 fps with .20 BB's (often an indoors CQB limit). Nice crisp blowack action; safety and slide catch easy to get used to; the magazine drop around the trigger guard is quick and easy to use. Out of the box, check the action, safety on, load up the mag and insert a CO2 capsule with a drop of pellgun oil (check for leaks); 10 rounds through the chrono averaged at 320 fps. The fps does lower as the CO2 gas reduces in the capsule. There is no sign of cold freeze during operation as of yet. One CO2 capsule is good for about 6-7 magazines, so it's working well. The metal barrel will likely need a few rounds through it to bed in. And some silicone oil spray now and then down the barrel. Three inch grouping at 50 feet with .25g seamless BB; nice sights (non adjustable). I ordered this with the optional laser sight and it's a nice add-on, a snug fit and simple operation. Reminder that a laser can give away your position ... I se this as a secondary during CQB or field; I wouldn't use this as a primary CQB due to the magazine round (15+1) limitation.

The gun itself - not much. Rails for additional optical/add-ons would be nice, but not in thinking, not practical in this case for CQB. A holster would be nice; this gun fits nicely into the crosss draw vest (also sold by Pyramyd Air) and there is a host of other holdter options - I use a BlackHawk SERPA to ensure that it's locked in place as I run around.

What's in the box? Well it's more a plastic sealed package. You get the gun, a 15+1 round magazine, a sample packet of BB's (dont use these!), manual and registration card (or register online). Doesn't include a CO2 capsule, be sure to include Crosman CO2 capsules with your order, plus an additional magazine or two (I order one extra) and .20/.25 ammo (I ordered TSD Tactical bio's); get some pellgun oil and silicone spray for reliability - Pyramyd Air has it all!

Blowback, very good accuracy feels like the real thing,makes your hand hurt because of the kick.

Get a holster for it.

Excellent gun Practicaly the best secondary you could get but they need to come off the price a bit but still an excellent gun and CO2 is very efficient

The slide wobbles, it is not very accurate. I would say effective range is around 30 ft, with 50 being the maximum. Mine started to leak internally after about 150 rounds. I haven't done anything with it since it started to leak. This is not a high end gun, don't expect great things

i love the blowback it makes the gun that much more realistic

the clip is really easy to load with a speedloader

i love the blowback and its very powerful it looks and feels like a real gun it is very loud as well.

the mag is ok but because its semi auto your bb go so quickly i think it should have a higher capasty and it would be nice if u could fill the mag up with a speed loader i cant find ant other thing to change with the gun its self

u need to get lots of c02 capsules i have just bought 40 for £20 of of shop blue i will add another review when the c02 arrives. this gun will make make u blead from a range of about 20m so be careful i would surgest u wear glass if u have a battle. its is classed as an air pistol and its black so u need id to buy this gun

The blowback after awhile makes your hand hurt. I also like when the slide go's back it makes a clang because of the metal slide.

Don't have a little kid shoot the gun it might hit them in the face because of the blowback.

I love the blowback and this pistol fits your hand like they made a custom mold for it from your own hand. It feels solid and has a good heft. The (one) magazine holds 15 rounds and the gun is really good on conserving CO2... dispite the blowback feature. The locking slide, which works most of the time, is great- especially if you loose count as I often do.

Adjustable hop-up or adjustable sights. Put BAX or something in it to keep BB's from rolling out the barrel. This gun really needs some help in the accuracy department. Mine shoots two inches both low and to the left with .20 gram bb's and .12's allow it to shoot about a 1/2 inch higher and right (at 15 feet, this poor accuracy is unacceptable). If I go out to 25 or 30 feet, I can barely hit an 8 1/2 by 11 inch piece of paper with a bullseye in its center... BB's all over the place, low and left- mostly off the paper. The only way I can place half-dollar sized groups at 15' on the center of the target is to attach a (Crosman) laser. When you "squeeze" the trigger, you'll hear a bb chamber then a repeating sound of about 6 to 10 more following into the chamber and rolling out the barrel. The only way I've figured how to minimize this is to shoot at elevated targets above the sight horizon. I guess this wouldn't matter in CQB when you are jerking the trigger as fast as you can. I do target shooting so that is an unacceptable method for me.

I really wanted a 6mm blowback and after reading the reviews on Pyramyd, this looked like the best one and I couldn't wait to get it. Boy was I disappointed (maybe I got a lemon). I don't know what's worse... BB's rolling out the barrel or not being able to use the open sights. BTW, you can purchase additional magazines from the manufacturer by leaving an e-mail on their web-site. Customer service will get back to you in a day or two with instructions for ordering. IMO, save up your money and spend $35 more here at Pyramyd for one of the Caspian Hi-Capa's. You won't be sorry. They're all metal and quality built. I got the 3.8 Baby and the extra CO2 mag (both from Pyramyd). I consistantly get one hole- nickle size groups, no errant flyers with mine and it kicks like a mule with either gas or CO2. The trigger pull is short and crisp. You might figure out that all those misses you thought was you before... was actually the gun!

Excellent look, feel, weight, durable parts, feels like the real thing, shoots with almost perfect accuracy (best ive ever seen in an airsoft pistol) with .20 g BB's, decent mag size ( i think its around 20), great feel for the blow back feature, NEVER JAMS, already well lubricated, and most of all it comes for an EXCELLENT PRICE. (Best ive have seen for co2 powered blow back pistols that are full metal)

The Feel and weight is amazing! This is just like a real gun. Shooting .25 gram BB's and its dead on accurate. The Blowback is strong and kicks pretty hard. Great Gun!

Just get it, Its a great pistol.

The feel of the gun is especially pleasing and the sound of the metal slide with each shot is pretty distinct. It is pretty accurate within 30 feet.

There is no adjustable hop up and this is definitely needed since there is a significant downward curve after a distance of 30 feet.

For the price, this is a pretty cool sidearm, especially for CQB.

This is a one of a kind airsoft pistol. It has remarkable features; precise blowback for every shot fired, excellent FPS and accuracy for a pistol, excellent use of Co2, and very close to the the weight, look, and feel of a real gun.

I dont see one thing I could change about this gun.

This gun has a strong blowback and a heavy weight. Plus the blowback has a big kick. Its really loud.

More mags. But nothin fisically about it.

Awesome Gun, Feels great and has a powerful shot. Love the blow-back action. Not very accurate when firing fast,(with .25g) but still a great buy.

great gun very powerful. the slide and barrel are all metal. the blowback is amazing. although i only get about 60-80 shots per co2 cartirge

Adjustable sights would have been great but it is still pretty accurate.

I have had this gun for a few months now, it is really great. It is quite accurate and it is really good on Co2. I can shoot over 80 rounds on one tank of Co2. The gun is very realistic and a lot of fun. Just a warning though, get a lot of bbs and Co2 because you will go through it quickly. Happy Shooting.
