The best first pellets to break in a new airgun. Lucky for me, my Kral Puncher loves these pellets. Dime size groups out to 35 yards. Economical and great performance.

Bigger tins at a better price.

These can be found anywhere, but Pyramids deals make it worth the time. Buy in bulk.

These are great buy and for the price you get 500rd. Very accurate pellets.

If you want performance out of these pellet. You will need to wash them with dawn soap. Strain and rise in a strainer cleanly. Make sure to do this out side so you wont be exposed to the lead. Dry it out with paper towel, hair dryer then let it sit out to Air dry for the day. After its dry then spray a little Remington oil on it and sake pellet around to mix oil evenly through. This will leave you with clean pellets that will perform like the expensive pellet. I do this to all my pellets and they have not fail me. Now buy some and go enjoy some target practice or varmint shooting.

Better quality control from Crossman! There are large amounts of flash around the mold line.

These pellets use to be awesome. The quality was excellent for the price but now it really sucks! There is a lot of flash around the mold line and they have become very inconsistent. I have bought two new cans now one from pyramid air and the other from Walmart and both are the same...junk. However, I did purchase the domed premiers from pyramid air and the quality is what I had become use to with the hollow points. I guess I'll continue to buy the domed until the quality goes south like the hollow points. I'm shooting a marauder and it really like those premiers hollow points when the quality is there and luckily it is shooting those domed points rather well at the moment.

The Crosmam hollow point is our favorite and best value for money pellet. We use both .177 and .22 and we've had improved accuracy, also the hollow point shoots straighter long range and doesn't drop like most other pellets. We've seen several birds drop at distances more than 100 yds.

Shooting random-weight pellets makes inaccurate shooting, especially in spring piston break barrels. Adding a drop of air gun oil to the back of the Crosman hollow point pellet causes my Benjamin Trail NP XL .22 cal. to jump from 842 to 1,178 feet per second!

The price was why I tried them.

I would change to a different pellet. Maybe the round nose groups better, but these did not group well for me at 20 yards out of a Crosman Valiant.

But small tins at first to see how your gun shoots these. Just because they are made by Crosman does not mean your Crosman air rifle will like them.

This pellets work well, but theJSB match group better for me.

I like to use heavier pellets in my 22 cal Marauders. They seem to give more consistant kills.

Don't work to well in my Benjamin prowler. Loose groups and 7 yards too many fliers. Accuracy is important. Maybe they work well in other guns, just not mine.

The 14.3 grain pellet weight. The solid head with the Hollow Point that is the result of the shallow skirt cavity, that reduces drag, that is found in all Premier pellets. The consistency in performance. Ease of zeroing for accuracy. Flies straight and true. Did not find any deformed pellets. The screw on tin, 500 for less than $10.00 at PA. They are made in America and the tins are red, white, and blue. Head size is 5.5 mm.

All shots were with my .22 Umarex Octane on 7/17/18 in 85 degree temperature. Once I zeroed this pellet to hit a 2 inch target at 80 feet, I shot 10 consecutive pellets that did not miss. I then chronographed a 5 shot group resulting at 842, 827, 832, 841, and 826 fps, averaging 834 fps. I recommend this pellet. Look up Straight Shooters Umarex Octane Pellet test where the conducted chronograph tests on over 25+ tests each on popular brands of pellets in .177 and .22 calibers. They were for velocity at the muzzle, 10 yds, 25 yds, and 50 yds. They also gave the foot pounds of energy and the ballistic coefficiency. Very interesting.

The Benjamin Marauder likes them. Penryration test results AWESOME.

What can I say? These babies love to fly out of my Marauder pistol. Same hole hits time after time. Head shots on squirrels and pigeons are not an issue. Occasional deformed pellets.
