It was cheap. The shape and size looks ok but...
Things I would have changed:I wish my rifle liked this stuff. I could not hit my pellet trap from 15 yards away. Even at 10 yards my accuracy was way off.
What others should know:Used in a Gamo Hornet Maxxim at 15 and 40 yards using an upgraded CenterPoint 4-16x40 AO Scope.

Results after weighing each pellet in a tin: 9 at 12.9gr., 73 at 13gr., 122 at 13.1gr., 38 at 13.2gr., and 8 at 13.3gr. Not bad overall, definitely seen worse. I'll know a bit more after a chronograph test.

these pellets work great in a b3-4 22 cal rifle..the of the best in my rifle,,get a nickle sized 5 shot g great pellets for my b3-4 22 cal rifle,,less than a nickel group of 5 shots at 25 yard, one of the best in my rifle,,will be buying more and the price is great....thanks

I'm a huge fan of H&N pellets, but this "Excite" line of theirs is awful. I have tried several varieties of these pellets, including these wadcutters, and pretty much all of my guns hate them. I put them through my HW95 when I got them, and the best I could do at 20 yards was about 3" groups. I can do 1/2" groups routinely with the H&N FTT's at that same distance. I applaud that they tried to come out with a "budget" line of plinking pellets, but if they don't' perform price does not matter. I wouldn't take these for free. What's the point? Pun intended.
Things I would have changed:Make a better pellet than this for budget shooting, if that is H&N's goal.
What others should know:If you have had success with H&N pellets in the past, you may not with these. They are cheap, but they may not perform well enough for you to even enjoy some casual plinking.

The price they where very inexpensive.
What others should know:I bought these because they where very cheap. I won't buy them again they are inaccurate no pattern at all my rifle shoots one hole groups at 15 yds. and with the pellets it shot 2 in groups at the same distance.

I like everything about these things. Clean and uniform. Accurate and just the right weight for my Crosman 1322, Chinese B3 rifle, and goofy Chinese wood-grip break-barrel pistol. Great value for the $$$.
Things I would have changed:Nothing.
What others should know:I usually see better long range accuracy with round nose pellets at higher velocity, but these shoot great in slower guns. I'll definitely be buying more of these, and I intend to try the .177s too.
