...was pleasantly surprised how accurate this pellet is! We live in the Oregon mtns and are over run with large grey squirrels, I was previously using JSB's, but decided to give these a try, and they are a devastating knock-down round from an FX Bobcat 30

Dead on Accuracy

These shoot just as well as the JSB 44 grain out of my 30 cal FX Impact. POI is off maybe 1/2" from the JSBs but the groups are just as tight as the JSBs.

As always, I few more per tin for a little less $$:)

These are devastating out of my Impact 30 cal on maximum setting.
Get Ernest or someone to make you a single shot tray for these as they won't fit in the Impact clip.
Buy em, you'll love em!

Pellets are expensive on a shot per shot cost.

I like this pellet for it's accuracy (at least in several guns that we have) and pest knockdown power.

I would shorten the length by a little as it's too long for most rotary magazines.

For my Rainstorm I needed to trim off about .015". I made a small fixture and used a nail clipper to do this. There was not really much removed. I checked accuracy by single loading for a group size and again with the trimmed ones.....it seemed to be about the same, at least in my preliminary tests.
There's not that many .30's out there and the Evanix Rainstorm in my mind should be fairly popular so I don't know why these weren't made to fit this mag in the first place.

I bought the Polymag pellets to run through a 15 year old Farco .30 Cal bulk CO2 gun. I have never been able to get decent accuracy out of the Farco. I always figured it was a build quality issue with the gun itself. There are many handmade parts and rough welds on the gun, definitely not on par with what is available now. There were not many big bore guns available when I bought this thing. I shelved the gun years ago as I was down to the last handful of ammo that I got when I bought the gun and was unable to find a source for pellets. I had previously sorted the old pellets by weight and that did not really help accuracy any. Wow what a difference, using the Polymag pellets, groups went from 5 or so inches at 25m down to 1 inch at 25m. Amazing the difference quality ammo makes even in a less than stellar quality gun.

Every pellet I weighed came in heavier than stated on the can. Consistency was good, double checked the scale, all still weighed in heavy. I do not feel the need to sort these pellets by weight.

Too long for Ataman's M2R Tactical Carbine 30 cal. magazines

Check your magazine dimensions ( thickness) before buying these for rotating magazines rifles. Their pointed tips make them longer and in some guns this may not allow not allow free magazine rotation.

.30 cal. Hatsan carnivore shot 100 rounds all 1 hole groups at 30 yards looking forward to shooting longer distance.

Make a tiny bit shorter. But still works as is in hatsan carnivore magazine

Had no problems at all with loading in magazine. I load magazine by placing on pellet tin lid and pushing pellets into magazine this will keep points of pellets flush with front of magazine and keeping it magazine from hanging up. 100 rounds no hang ups

Consistent shape, clean, hit hard, very accurate in my gun. Very good quality lead, and expansion isn't bad at all. Works great on rats, red squirrels, starlings, and probably larger as well. Expansion is very consistent. Not a single flyer or bad pellet in a tin of 100.

A screw-on lid on the can, it would make these perfect.

Try these in the Hatsan .30 break barrel. Mine seems to love these, and can put them into single hole groups quite easily. You do need to be careful what you use as a target, because these will pierce through a lot of things and keep going pretty strong. I have shot holes in a steel garbage can. Expansion isn't the greatest out of the break barrel, but it's adequate and the pellets tumble inside the target. They also expand very consistently, with only one failure out of the entire tin.
