The BearX Impact Crossbow is engineered to be an ideal combination of affordability and performance, with surprisingly high power generated from a narrow frame of only 8-1/8" when cocked. Capable of speeds up to 420 feet per second, this crossbow comes with a detachable silent crank cocking mechanism for ease of use that features an anti-reverse mechanism, so it stops instead of reversing when the handle is released.

I pre ordered this impact at the beginning of the year, and received it around April. For me it was well worth the wait. I'll start by how compact this lil fella is. But don't let the size fool you, it packs one heck of a punch.. 425fps is what I'm getting out of my Caldwell chronograph. Next is the balance, unbelievable! The way the rail and grip fits together, makes it perfectly balanced for any shooting situations. I'm actually sitting in my ground blind hunting with it as I'm writing this review! The flip down bi-pod is an added bonus. Makes it easy (while hunting on the ground) to keep your crossbow next to you for fast easy access. I wasn't real impressed with the front grip at first but after shooting with it for a while it actually feels natural now. I'd like to see a weaver/picanny rail system added to them tho! And maybe the rail and frame in camo instead of black, but thats just my personal preference? If you have the opportunity to get one, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again? I had problems with my original scope but a simple phone call to customer service had me back in the woods within a week! Kudos to them, outstanding products and service. Loyal for life
