Description
Ideally suited for medium and large quarry, the Rogue lets you humanely and reliably take game at distances usually reserved for firearms.
The Rogue can be filled with a Hill hand pump. You can also use a scuba tank or carbon fiber tank. Because the Rogue has a capacity of 3000 psi, we recommend a 4500 psi carbon fiber tank. With a tank, you'll spend more time shooting and less time filling.

If you fill your rifle with our scuba tank, which does not come with any adapters or hoses, you'll need to get our Air Venturi PCP scuba charging set or the Kingman scuba charging set. If you buy the Kingman charging set, you'll also need to buy the Air Venturi quick-disconnect adapter with 1/8" BSPP male threads. The Air Venturi set already has this adapter included.

This rifle is a complete revolution in PCP technology. The ability to fire 3 - 4 shots at high power, then switch to low power for an additional 4 - 6 shots. The rotary magazine and bolt action allow for quick follow up shots so your game doesn't wander off wounded while you fumble around to reload. It is very accurate, powerful, and relatively quiet. All around a must have for serious air gun hunters. Crosman hit the nail on the head with this one.
Things I Would Have ChangedI would bring back the ability to select grain weights in the settings, rather than the overly simplistic "Heavy/Light" selections. Heavy and light are subjective. Is 125 grains heavy or light? How about 140? Bring back the selections by weight.
What Others Should KnowIf you're looking for a gun to take medium game, or for depredation sessions, this is the gun for you. I'm shooting 1/2" groups at 60 yds with mine. This is my go-to air rifle for anything coon size and up. Buy this rifle, you will not be disappointed.
I have fired this rifle over 400 rounds with my Rogue. It has never failed or let me down.It is very accurate and quiet.Yes it is heavy BUT the balance is perfect.I own FWB, Theoben,Beeman, RWS and other top brand and top of the line rifles but this one is not in the same class. It can target shoot well but is foremost a hunting tool! This rifle would be last to go, if I could only keep one. WOW thats a frightening thought.
Things I Would Have ChangedAs a left hand shooter I must flip the rifle sharply on its side to read, operate lcd controls. its easy on a bench, harder when walking, because I must look at almost 90 degrees with my older eyes to see it clearly.Trust me that is a very small detail.
What Others Should KnowI always say it as I see it. The rifle has proven to be very capable and fun.let the natural ballance of the rifle work for you, tuck in like target shooting, and you will be suprised how much thought really went into this rifle. All Benjiman rounds fired very well for me in my rifle.
Worth every single penny! Unbelievable. The Crosman/Benjamin Company, really outdid themselves this time. Quiet, Incredibly Accurate, Plenty of power! GREAT!
Things I Would Have ChangedFuture potential for being lighter. I know Carbon fiber will increase the cost, but consider it?
What Others Should KnowAs per the other review left. This is for Hunting. Again, consider a portable source of air. 4500psi carbon tank, will give you the most life, in the field.
A very quiet gun! Devastating power delivered quietly...Also like the extra safety built into the gun... shoots very nice and smooth with almost no recoil...
Things I Would Have ChangedThe battery compartment needs easier access or at least bigger screws... The display has to be able to light up for lowlight conditions, I needed a flashlight to see the settings on the display when it got darker outside...
What Others Should KnowThis is a hunting air rifle first and foremost... Accuracy is not as consistent as in smaller calibers but more than good enough for hunting...Ammo is pricy... This gun is not designed to handle extreme cold. I shot the gun outside in 18 degrees farenheit for about four hours and it seems like the cold affected the pressure sensor inside the gun and I could not fill it above 2500 psi without getting the "PRESSURE TOO HIGH" message... and the display does not do good in the cold (gets dim)... And you would definetly need a high pressure tank like the 4500 psi carbon fiber air venturi tank if you plan on getting this gun...
adjustable velocity for different weight bullets. trigger is smooth and breaks clean. Stock is adjustable. accuracy is acceptable for hunting. five shots 3/4 inch at 50 yards
Things I Would Have Changedbattery compartment need s bigger screws. increase the size of air tank for more shots on high and 158 gr. bullets. On and off switch for better battery life.
What Others Should Knowbullets listed as .357 and actual diameter is .355 which is 9mm I cast my own so it matters what the size is. Nosler bullets are not pure lead but appear to be number two alloy. They do not expand very well in water or wood havent tried meat yet as in live game.
This is an awesome airgun, very well made and very accurate!, though my gun needed to be sent back for a leak, this doesn't change my positive reveiw.I found this gun to be very accurate and a real power house! Just holding this gun in your hands gives you a feeling of surpreme fire power.Out of my 20 something guns , this is my favorite to shoot. The e-valve system is out of this world, works very well in keeping track of power & shots left at that power level
Things I Would Have ChangedReally nothing at this time
What Others Should KnowThe only problem I found that was the hollow point bullets would grt jammed in the clip, Haven't tried the flat nose yet , there on order. Don't let the money scare you or you'll miss out on the airgun of your dreams

The ADVERTISED weapon
Things I Would Have ChangedActually make the rifle as quiet as it is advertised, and raise the velocity back up to what they were advertised to be on the 2012 rifle. further more actually give the selection of low, medium, and high, and 3 different bullet weights in the control software as advertised. Get crosman to actually answer the phone number they give you with the rifle
What Others Should KnowIt seems for 2013 benjamin has changed the rifle and in the process lowered it's performance. The sound level of the rifle is not as quiet as it is advertised. Further more it is not as fast as advertised You know what? Not market ready, is putting it nicely. buyer beware! try calling crosman and see what you get.
