Description
Released in 2014, the Benjamin Trail NP2 quickly became one of the most popular breakbarrels on the market. With a combination of quiet shooting, easy cocking, and a good trigger, the original NP2 had a lot going for it already - but Crosman isn't finished making improvements to this airgun.
The quiet NP2 is now even quieter as the Benjamin Trail Nitro Piston 2 SBD. The SBD (Silencing Barrel Device) adds an improved barrel shroud that makes the NP2 SBD 3x quieter than other breakbarrels in its class. The asymmetric and removable shroud is specially designed to keep the silencer out of view when using a scope, and to expose the baffles, making cleaning easier than ever before!
Mount your included 3-9x32 scope on the Picatinny optics rail for zeroing in on your prey - whether paper or pest. This distinct Trail NP2 is ready for the backwoods hunting with RealTree camouflaged stock and larger .22 caliber. The included sling is convenient for field carry.
The Trail NP2 SBD keeps all the features that made the original Trail NP2 a great breakbarrel. The Trail SBD takes advantage of the same Nitro Gas Piston technology; making it easy to cock, reducing vibration, and operating well in cold weather, unlike traditional spring pistons. As if all of this wasn't good enough, this airgun is assembled by American workers in Crosman's manufacturing headquarters in Bloomfield, New York!
This combination of features are ideal for shooters looking for a quiet, accurate, and easy to use breakbarrel that's ready to shred targets or dispatch any pest on your perimeter!

3 of 3 Benjamin Trail NP2 SBD Air Rifle, Camo Combo Reviews
This thing has amazing power. It is super quite neighbors don't even know I'm shooting.the accuracy is on pare for this type of rifle. Still working on finding the pellet that it likes best but the Crossman premier 14.3 have been good so fare.
Things I Would Have ChangedTrigger is a bit heavy but you get used to it. Scope that comes with it usable however this gun deserves better.
What Others Should KnowIf your looking for power this is the ticket. However keep it in mind this will blow straight through a piece of plywood. Might be a little much for a small back yard.

Things I Would Have ChangedAdd rear sights its drilled for them already
What Others Should Know18 gr pellets work the best for constant power and accuracy

the looks and how it feels
Things I Would Have Changedhow the silencer is attached to the gun given how much pressure is put on it every time the gun is cocked. 2 teeny tiny screws don't cut it Crosman. My brand new gun I bought lasted about 40 shots until this started to get loose due to the screws breaking the plastic they thread into. The screws and the plastic bungs are as small as you'd find holding a laptop together and there's only 2. My laptop doesn't require 1/100th of the effort the gun does in normal use and it has far more than 2 of this size screws.
What Others Should KnowIf you were buying this for the quietness, don't expect it to last long like this.
