CenterPoint 3-9x32 Rifle Scope, Illuminated Mil-Dot Reticle, 3/8" Dovetail Rings

I've never had a mil-dot reticle until now . Very nice. It seems that I don't miss the target. Very accurate. My air gun uses a different size mount. The new scope attached perfectly with the old mounts.

Compared to the prices and features on items in this class, this is a good value. I've had it for nearly two months and it's holding up well to a magnum springer, after around 500 shots. The view is clean, the feel is sturdy and operation is simple. It's accurate. The mil dots and illuminated reticle are more than you'd expect from a $60 piece.

I have to echo another comment..."Lose the hard plastic packaging and put it in a box." Also, would it be too much to ask for finger turrets, without the need for caps and itty bitty knobs?

*** Although the description doesn't make a big deal of it, adjustable focus is included in the objective bell. For extreme adjustments, the bell ring can be removed, so you can rotate the lens as far in or out as needed. I found a balance, that gives me excellent focus from 20 to 50 yards, at 7 to 8 magnification. Only minor adjustment needed for closer or further.

The field of view is larger than expected

This is an awesome scope for the money. The mil dot reticle is cool. and it is illuminated for 59.95! It comes with rings that I expected would have a flat head screw to use to mount them on the rail (which I personally hate) biut these are all allen! I bought this for my beeman qb chief and shot a 0.517" group at 20yrds with a cheaper gun with a not great trigger this is perfect for that rifle keeps it cheap. I would not hesitate to use this on my rws 48 or Sumatra 2500, or mrod if they didn't all already have $200 scopes lol!

for the money you cant go wrong imo. mil dot and IR for $60 and accurate what else do you need.

Definitely needs an AO, which I know there were other options with AO, but we got this and regretted. It gets blurry at 20 yards unless set to 3-4 mag. At 30 yards you can make use of 5, but probably need 50 to 80 yards to get a full 9x magnification. is also hard to adujust, but there's a screw there that may loosen it up... Otherwise just using it, or a bit of oil should do the trick... :)

If you have an airgun, or .22 lr this is a very nice scope for pesting and target shooting. If you can afford it, by all means, go with a Leapers or Hawke. But for $59 this is a sweet little package. The turrets work great and are easy to adjust, the reticle is great. Lovely scope.

I'll be honest this wasn't my first choice, I didn't think a CenterPoint scope would be that great. However, I was wrong, the scope is sturdy, easy to use and the illuminated Mil-Dot Reticle is a great bonus. It looks great on my rifle and the eye relief is sufficient.

Price - but overall a good buy.

I'm happy I got it, give it a try.
