So far I have used this mix twice, sadly not with wild game. First time was 3# ground sausage and second time 3# free range grass fed beef. The smell of the mix is spot on and the color and consistency reminds me of my grandmother's homemade taco mix.
Things I would have changed:I did find that I had to use double the recommended amount of seasoning to get the stronger flavors that I like. So about 2 tblsp per pound instead of one. I wish the bottles were larger as I can see myself going through this very quickly.
What others should know:Don't invite your friends over when you make tacos with this mix, you will not have left overs.
