Don’t know haven’t had a flat yet nor that I had the opportunity to install it I’m not a tire expert only time will tell.
Great tire works great in the woods! No flats very tough
Don’t like having flat tires so I decided to give the Tannus Armour inserts a try on my Ranger. I didn’t enjoy walking my bike a couple of miles the last flat I had. Looks to be a decent product. I had my local shop install them for me front and back. He told me he has installed a lot of them on bikes like mine and everyone has had success with them.
Working well so far on my trip to Oregon which is known to be hard on bike tires

Allows you to use lower pressure for a great ride on the trails or in the woods. Plus if you do ever get a flat it is a run flat tire that you can ride back on. Fairly easy install.
Easy to install. Only have about 6 miles on them so far. Ride seems about the same. Put 4 oz. of slime in each tube. I think they will do good on the trail.

I had several flats while riding on rough rocky trails. I bought the Tannus inserts and put in the rear one since I had a flat and had to remove the tire anyway. No more flats since (about 2 months) I haven't put in the front yet because it got too cold to work outside here in Montana. Will do that with my spring servicing.
