Ordered multiple during spring sale. Amazingly opened every box for inspection and none were damaged during shipping. These were ordered to place 10ft in the air to avoid bears. I've used the Pro 2 spinners for a couple of years with success, so expecting similar results. Would absolutely buy again.
So far so good. I had to screw the lid on because of the raccoons, but they haven’t damaged the timer or spinner yet! They are persistent critters! But the deer show up at all times of the day! Batteries are still full after 3 weeks!
Good feeder but assembly instructions were not complete enough. I have several feeders from this company so I figured it out but they should have one of the office workers who have no knowledge of feeders assemble one from scratch.

I suggest coating outside of lid with liquid rubber. Extends lid life for years.
Feeder unit got soaked, totally quit working. Dried it out with blow dryer-now works like new.
When feeding whole corn there is a small margin of error in setting the funnel height. If the funnel is set too high above the spinning plate then the corn will dribble out when the plate isn’t spinning, especially if the wind is rocking your feeder. If it is set too low then corn kernels will lodge between the vertical edge of the spinning plate and the funnel. Also, I set timer 1 to feed at 1 pm and set all other timer durations to zero. However I found it also feeds at 6 pm even though all other timers are set to zero. Support suggested I reset the timer which I will try and report back. A final note is that the procedure to set timers is too complicated to do without having the instructions in front of you each time you want to change something. I suggest you set this up in your yard for a few weeks to work out the kinks before putting it on your hunting land.
