Remington Thunderjet Gas Spring Air Rifle, 3-9x40 Scope

very well balanced, very accurate, 1/4" @25 yds., good trigger,nice and crisp, about 2-3lbs., although after about 100 rounds it kind of bites into your finger from the serrations that are built into it, but a small piece of electric tape fixed that,I didn't use the scope, instead I mounted a Leapers 4-16x40 AOIR,Ibought this gun because the the brother to it,the Remington ThunderCeptor.22 was not available, but it is a good gun and I'm happy with it;

Well built. Yight lockup. Shoulders well evev without cheekpiece. Huge reciever, good bluing subdued markings.

First 4" of barrel shroud goes a bit towards left field. Does not seem to upset pellet flight. Weaver riser base has center bow when tightened...not overtightened, junked it and used medium USG 11 mm rings.

Powerful, loud...what the hell its a rifle. Somewhat barrel heavy. Accuracy...to early to say.

Maybe some manufacturers recommended ammo.

Name says it. Thunder Jet. Sounds like a .22 long. Neighbors will know when you're shooting. Still breaking in, takes some muscle to cock barrel. Seems to be improving. Will update when settled & scope dialed in. Little on the heavy side.

Really accurate gun, lot's of power and kick

Bit too loud and heavy and very hard to load.
