I have a couple of these for my camper van, and they hold my bikes well. I was able to get an adapter to use these with QR bikes as well. My only thing I would change is to make the bolt slots 3/8" instead of 14/20. Then I could mount these directly to the L-track in my van floor to keep the mounting height low.
