Even though I used a Savage 12 with a 26 inch barrel I obtained and average velocity of 2543 fps, the SD was very good with 3.5 of standard deviation.
I 'm sure it is a good round because of the mfg. I have not fired this particular one but many in the past I have received from Sig.
as always, everything sig is 1st class and reliable...
Better than .5 moa out if my 14.5 DD M4A1 with these.
Ammunition functional in my custom varmint rifle. Other brands will not.
It is great ammunition. Please make some 168gr 308 soon I am waiting for that.
My modern sporting rifle (1:8, 18", 5R barrel) really enjoys this cartridge. Easily sub-MOA out to 200 yds with up to 15 mph full-value wind.

I was very impressed with the bench and prone grouping with this ammunition versus other selections of match grade rounds I’ve used. Through a .223 Wylde barrel, I was consistently shooting half-inch groups at 50 yards!
