What Others Should KnowMake sure to remove shrouds, silencers before cleaning barrel. If possible clean from breech to muzzle. Pick up a Dewey rod, and some Ballistol.

What Others Should KnowI put these on a jag with ballistol and run it back and forth thru the barrel a few times. Then I put on a clean one and do the same. Then I push a cleaning pellet thru the barrel to see how clean it is and they come out looking very clean. Plus I soak and wash these swabs with dreft laundry soap water, rinse them good and and they come out plenty nice enough to use over after they dry good..
