Benjamin Wildfire PCP Air Rifle
*Tech Tip: Although Crosman states the Wildfire can achieve 60 effective shots per fill, our tech testing yielded approximately 30 shots per fill.
Built on the highly successful Crosman 1077 platform, Benjamin has set the PCP world ablaze with the Wildfire!
This affordable PCP has semi-automatic action, that fires 12 rounds as fast as you can pull the trigger. If the cold is keeping you from enjoying your airguns, the Wildfire heats things up. Being a PCP, there is no need to worry about temperature extremes (unlike CO2), whether it's hot or cold the Wildfire will deliver with each trigger pull. The Wildfire fills to just 2000 psi, making it easy for those with hand pumps to fill and keep the fun going!
Don't let the low fill pressure fool you, there are no sacrifices in shot count here. With velocities up to 800 fps and boasting a shot count of up to 60 shots, the Wildfire is ready for a day's worth of fun right out of the box. Sporting open sights, the rifle comes ready to shoot, but Benjamin also included an 11mm dovetail for optics to allow for even more precision.
The lightweight synthetic stock allows everyone from the experienced airgunner to those new to the sport the opportunity to enjoy semi-auto action. Never before has a semi-auto PCP been offered at such a competitive price point! Pull the trigger--pick one up and fire away!

Things I liked: It is a repeater that is fun to shoot I got over 850 on the front with Winchester max velocity pellets. They have the best accuracy but they are loud .the kids love it got over 80 shots.
Things I would have changed: Little bit more stable at the barrel for accuracy & the valve was made for 800psi not 2000psi needs to be addressed. I had to return the first one it leaked from the valve
Things I liked: It's fun to shoot pretty accurate
Things I liked: The price is right for sure. .... It is semiautomatic is correct! ..... the open sights work fine, and you can see what you are shooting at. the air gun is light enough for anyone to handle.
Things I would have changed: The trigger pull is tremendous! ... because you are doing two things when you pull the trigger! first you are rotating the magazine to bring the next pellet into place. Second you are now releasing the air to fire the pellet. And that takes more pressure to do. (it would be nice if there were a spring to assist the magazine to rotate as you applied pressure to the trigger, there by making the trigger pull less, from what it is now 5 or more pounds down to 2 or less pound per square inch.
What others should know: I like what the air gun is (a PCP) and semiautomatic (but would give up the semiautomatic part for a lighter trigger pull! If I had to do it all over... I would have gone with the DIANA STORMRIDER PCP in .177 cal. in stead! even though I can hit the target fast with more pellets with the BENJAMIN WILDFIRE in .177 cal.

Either i was sent old stock, or the air leaking problem is still persistent with this product.... Has it really ben fixed? Or did i get a dud?
If this turns out to be a "fixed version" im obligated to fix it myself. I feel its due to some odd shaped seal or the like.
does it still have the same first shot jamming issue that the C02 version has ??
Mine does have this issue, only when it is filled to the 2000psi mark or slightly over. Depending how much past the "overfill" point it will misfire 1-3 times...
No issues with jamming on mine
I have pump Venturi I use this to my Benjamin wildfire it cannot charge the there is leak coming out in magazine
Mine has a leaking issue, as everone else, in the same part/area. The only way i work around is to bleed out the guns tank complelty with the valve and keep shooting till there is absolutely no air. From there try and fill it to see if that helped. I have to bleed my tank every single refill or it leaks air...
