Very good part for an unfortunate event that did not include the machining of the "quick disconnect end" on the original probes.

Quick disconnect worked as expected. It took 1 &1/4 turns to make a proper seal with the white washer installed. If you buy a Hatsan air rifle and want to use a quick disconnect this will work. Hatsan does not provide it.

I have a few air rifles and not the same brand. Hatsan and Benjamin. I put the hatsan air connector on this to make it a quick connect foster type so I can use the same air hose for both brands. I just leave the piece connected to the hose when not in use, Remove it to air up a benjamin then click it back on or just leave it connected to the hose to air up a hatsan. Makes for a more simplistic set up.

I was sent the wrong part. I asked Pyramyd Air chatroom for the parts needed for my Stoeger XM1 air rifle and was given the number AV-00033 so I ordered the pump and the coupler by part number not knowing the coupler was a male - I need a female coupler and do not know what part number to order.

What others should know:I have called Customer Service twice; was unable to get through: left a #2 message as instructed to get a call back, did not receive a return call and I still cannot use the pump. Things I would have changed:Response extremely slow which can not continue to be blamed on the pandemic. The response to anything from PA has been poor since moving to the new facility. You might consider hiring more staff and have a quick response like your competitors across the country.
