I like that it is very simple and affordable.

There is a little white piece inside of it, please make sure you don't lose it or the air will leak and be no good to you.

This adaptor is one of the most essential parts to anyone who owns two or more models or brands of PCP air guns. It fits perfectly into my pump and air tank. And comes with a Delran seal to keep your connections perfectly sealed. I Bought an extra for future uses and additions to my PCP collection.

The Hatsan Gladius uses with this a brass fiting. I had to figure it out. Instructions didn't say. The extra piece comes with the rifle.

It works ok when used with a hand pump. It's not too expensive.

The little white seal that "stops it leaking" is made of a plastic-like material that melts very easily. When you use a scuba or scba tank to fill your gun, the air moves faster and heats up. After 3 months of use, the white ring melted into a sold blob that prevented any air from passing. I had to drill through it to make it work again. The hpa products from Air Venturi are made of very poor quality materials that belong nowhere near 3000 psi air. If PA sold a different brand of adapter, I would never even consider anything from Air Venturi. Their use of cheap metals and plastics will kill someone someday. For something this small, there is no reason not to use high carbon steel only.

The seal it advertises to stop leaks does not prevent leaks at all. To use this product, you will need to a wrench (or two) to tighten it. You will also need to buy to Teflon or plumbers tape on the threads, just like most other fill station parts unless they specifically state that it is "hand tighten" which this isn't.

If you have more than one gun and they use different fill probes, you should buy more than one of these adapters. Repetitively unscrewing these will damage the delicate threads on your brass fill probe.

Better yet, replace your fill port with a quick disconnect and avoid dealing with these obscur BSPP probes. I really wish they would use NPT threads for the US market so we wouldn't be so limited in choice for parts like this...

Just follow instruction tighten quick-disconnect and fill adapter wrench tight. I think it's a one time use because of the delron seal.

Works Fine. Only took one star off for the hassle factor, but the product works fine.

Wish Air Venturi would just put a quick connect on the big bores just like they did on the shotgun, but I realize that would involve work and cut into the margin. I do not shoot this big bore every week so leaving it "as is" is acceptable.

Quality materials and machining

I purchase his adapter to allow me to use my Hill pump, which I'd equipped with a Foster fitting, to charge my Alfa pistol. One tip: Do not use any Teflon tape or other sealing materials in attaching this and other 1/8" BSPP fittings. The synthetic insert in the connector will seal perfectly by itself.
