You need to get one this are awesome compressor. Very fast to fill up your rifle.

Relatively quiet, easy to operate

Takes a few drops of oil but comes with an empty container . Really guys ???

Hopefully someone at PA takes note that their customers would like to know before the unit arrives that it needs a couple drops of oil. I tried to find it locally but ended up ordering it. My new toys sat idle while I waited for just a few drops.

Spare parts kit (though no instructions on where any of these go except air filters), and carry case. Compact, quiet.

Connecting to ANY 110VAC outlet isn't correct. Couldn't get my new unit to run more than 5 seconds off house current. Called the professional airgun sniper/firearms instructor who recommended the Nomad. Said it won't work on less than 30 amp service circuit. Only things in the house on 30 amp or more are the stove, HVAC, and dryer. So I tried the car battery connection and it works as advertised. So now I'm into the Nomad II for $700 and will need either a 30 amp outlet installed in the garage or buy a car battery to run this thing. Fill hose is really short.

Small Compact, has Carrying Bag, Light Weight. Bought mine when they first got them, 475.00 Good Deal. No more Hand Pumping, Thank God.

Ok, I don't claim to be a expert on anything, but I blew my Motherboard 4 months after I got it, it was fixed and its been Working Great since than, only cause Ive Educated myself little more since than. Two things I did that you shouldn't do!! Ill try to make it Short. 1) I set the Unit Dial at 3000psi Fill. It Auto Stopped just like it should have. Rifle Air Gauge said I had 2800psi. I turned the Dial on Compressor a little further to Top off Rifle, and than Restarted Compressor. WRONG!! I was supposed to BLEED System before Restarting!! I ended up blowing Mother Board. ALWAYS BLEED SYSTEM BEFORE RESTARTING!! 2)Used Compressor about 2 Weeks ago Nov 1st, to fill Armada, Compressor kept stopping after filling for only about 3 seconds. So I started Reading and watching Videos and found out that the Compressor was Automatically Shutting Down because it needed to be Lubricated, so before Damage could occur it would Shut Off. Lubricated with recommended Venturi Oil and everything Good Now.

Fill speed, Hatsan Flashpup 165cc tank from 150-200 bar in 2:50. Hatsan Nova 500cc tank from 140-250 bar in 12:58. The portability is great too. It's lighter than a bowling ball (if you know how heavy that feels). Gauge is very accurate. Stops dead on what you set.

A longer fill line would be nice.

Had it for a couple months now and it works great. Max load for my 250 bar tank has only been 25-26, which means it's it's not working too hard. Be prepared to do a lot more shooting if you pop for one.

I used my Nomad four times. It did not make it to six. It quit running. A strong smell of burned electronics came up from the interior. I called Pyramyd Air. Just like the people wishing to flee Casablanca, I waited, waited, and waited for help. I left my information as instructed. Now I continue to wait. No more Asian compressors for me. I have had it with PCPs. I'm going back to springers--no pumps, no O-rings, no bottles, no compressors, no leaks, no water purging--just blessed simplicity!

I love the fact I dont have to use the hand pump anymore. The Nomad worked ok for the first couple of times. Then quit. Called Air Venturi. They sent me RMA. The electronics board blew. They repaired quickly and free. It has worked great since. Great product that saves tons of work. It has also enabled me to shoot more often. Its worth the price to save the hard manual labor. You wont be sorry

The fill hose needs to be longer along with the cables for the battery hookup

This hopefully will be a great long term love no hate relationship. If you are borderline of buying this. Dont hesitate.

Don't hesitate to buy this. Well worth the high price. Be careful to follow instructions. This much pressure is dangerous. The instructions are clear. If you are unsure, watch the videos on youtube.

Used to fill Marauder rifle from 2000 to 3000 per use. No problem after 15 fills. Comments have said the Nomad 2 is good for light to moderate use, being new to PCP's what do folks consider "moderate" use (i.e. how many fill per week)?

I have had some moisture released from the Pressure Release Valve" on occasion. I don't know if this is normal or not!!

Kinda expensive but if it works like its suppose to then no complaints

Bought this for my husband and he said that this was the first time he was able to get his FX Dreamline tact and Impact 2 up to 250 bars or more. He used tanks and because there isnt any scuba shops near by that can fill up to 4500psi he never got passed 200 bars. Great product

I already have the NOMAD 1 and was very happy with it but I didn't like it having two parts, so when the NOMAD 2 came onto the market I bought it during the $100.00 rebate offer which made it a real bargain compared to compressors.out there.

I would like one that could fill high volume carbon fiber bottles in this price range, and I would like a longer fill hose.

Remember to keep it oiled and periodically drain the condensation.

Works great. Lite weight. Perfect portable refill for pcp rifle.

I love how powerful this unit it and I love how I dont have to haul around a compressor and generator plus my air Venturi booster around anymore when I want to go shooting this unit allows me to hook up to my car battery to fill my guns Im loving it

If your looking for portability and being able to shoot in the field without having to fill your gun else where than this is your gun I have the Texan 45 and Sam yang dragon claw and it topped off my Texan to 4500 psi from 2000 psi in nearly 3 minutes thats amazig

It fills up my Marauder 22 Cal in a few minutes. I don't shoot a lot. Works fine for me. Shooting in the back yard at Flickers, eating my Pomegranates.

Put more light on the pictures in the owners handbook.

Owned one of those watercooled Chinese compressors and after all was done and said it cost $450 (unit, water separator/filter, better water pump) and it was worth nothing when it crapped out after a year... DO NOT CUT CORNERS! But a decent compressor from a reputable source not Hing Hong or Yang Dang Doodle... If you are new to this PCP thing just bundle a decent compressor into your initial purchase (you know you're financing the thing anyhow) Nuff said

Nice compressor, seems like a solid high quality unit. I have used it about 20 - 25 times so far.

Instruction manual was a little hard to follow... but maybe I am just dense!

My just use less 4 months and not pump air into the rifle when machine running, need to pay for shipping to send it back Air Venturi repair. quality is not guaranteed.
