I like the look,the holding power and that they are selfcentering.

I've tried cheeper mounts but keep going back to the Bkl

Easy mounting because the BLK scope mounts are always centered on the gun rail. There attachment ends have two milled groves so when you torque the attachment bolts the pull equal on both sides.

There is an allen wrench and instructions somewhat hidden in the box. The instructions show you a clever way the base can be spread if they are too tight for your rails. Very nicely designed.

As expensive as these rings are they should come with shimming strips for when their needed.

This is the third set of BKL's I've purchased; their not cheap but they are well made and they hold really well.

Made in the USA! The double ring caps provide for a very secure optic mounting platform. The form factor of the dovetail mount gives self centering to the dovetail and very good clamping power.

Due to fact that the BKL263's are Made in the USA, work so well and are a mid priced high quality optics mount I don't feel changes are needed.

The BKL260 series is my favored 1-piece mount for optics. For those scopes that are shorter the 2 piece BKL263's are a great alternative that still give a rock solid mount without a scope stop. Some shooters may prefer a 2-piece and to those all I can say is "Look no further".

I purchased an Air Arms S510 and decided it needed a top quality socpe mount. The BKL is well built and I really like the double strap for scope mounting.

Scope mounting, done properly, is time consuming and frustrating. The double strap design of these scope rings makes the job of squaring up the reticle to the breech/barrel a bit easier. Now I can make small adjustments during tightening to insure my scope is a level as I can make it.

Double strap design combined with even tightening of the dovetail screws make these one of the best rings available.

Absolutely nothing

These are top quality rings and you wont be disappointed when spending money for these rings.

They are self aligning, left to right with the rail. I love their ability to adjust to different dovetail widths. Soft curves at edges that mate with scope, prevent scope marring. The anodized finish grips the scope securely without any additional inserts.

There were some tool marks that cut through the anodizing, but they were only in places that did not show. I would also countersink the holes for the top band screws more accurately, no functional issue just cosmetic.

You will need a small piece of tubing to place over the allen wrench in order to get them as tight as they need to be. I used a piece of 1/4" hard drawn copper five inches long.

Very solid construction and mounting. Double screw on both rifle rail and scope ring makes it difficult to get loose. Very light for their size.

I bought these rings for a Feinwerkbau 124 Sport. These rings are extremely well made and firmly hold the scope in place without issue. I highly recommend these rings for any air rifle where recoil could possibly be an issue. The fit and finish is top notch!
