Really handy for handling little .177 pellets and getting them inserted into the barrel consistently. Also, suspect the EPA and Surgeon General approve of the reduced exposure to lead, since after inserting 20 pellets, I wash my hands and go out shooting.

An occasional pellet falls out of the pellet pen in response to minor jostles.

Yup. Use the little 'set-point' for better pellet placement... you know, the thing with the adjustable point that pushes the pellet the same distance each time. It seems to be helping my grouping with the pellet always the same distance into the breech.

Helped seat pellets to uniform depth. Improved accuarcy

Unit is a little on the flimsy side. Has not been a problem so far, just not sure how it will hold up over long term usage. Would definately reccomend product to others.

Takes a little practice but is much faster than fumbling around trying to get pellets out of the can one at a time.

Very simple to set up and use. So convenient and stealthy as opposed to fumbling with pellet tins! Very well designed!!

Might be nice to have very slightly tighter exit opening in the pen. I usually end up tapping the next pellet back into the pen just to be safe as it is peaking out from the pen after loading.

I consulted with PYRAMYDAIR before making my final choice/decision as I almost always do and would like to say that they are wonderful to work with!

If you have a break-barrel and if you hunt, move about, and perhaps even target shoot, then this will likely be useful. The adjustable pellet setter is the only really valuable thing here as it's quite a pain to fill the loader.

This gadget is rather expensive for what it is. An around the neck, retractable cord with a dangling loader is - in most cases - not that useful. What needs to be done is to create a simple pellet setting device (like the one attached here) as a stand alone product and sell it in the $8.00 range. I've dumped everything but the setter.

As noted above, the whole is of value only to break-barrel shooters. Won't work on any other type of rifle or pellet pistol. (I've tried.) We really need adjustable pellet setters (in 3 common sizes) without all the extra gadgets. Come on and make this product more useful!

Makes loading and seating hassel free. The retractabel lanerd is a very nice touch .

Quicker loading on the firing line.

Pellets get a bit confused when there are only 2-4 left and get crooked sideways of you give it too much pressure trying to get one started in the gun.

Keeps a reasonable amount of pellets at hand without worry of damage, specially to the delicate skirts on some. The seater tool being adjustable abled me to experiment with different depths until I found the one that zeroed my gun in. where before I would get changes in impact when I just pushed the pellet in with my thumb now every shot is the same impact point. I am really happy with it and would recommend these to any single shot weapon owner.

ease of use especially with the 177 cal is hard to insert frequently with these old fingers. Also get better accuracy by seating the pellet into chamber.

A gauge or guide for using the pellet seater

This is a great product. By seating my pellets, all of air rifles are more accurate and more consistent. I now use this pellet seater ALL the time.

It is a easy way to reload my pellet pistol, Hold .177 bb's also I use it with an adapter from my umerex bb speedloader

not much. It did have some feeding issues with dome top and wadcutter type pellets. they some times slipped off center and I had to use the pellet seater to push themback on center.

It takes longer to use the pellet seater in my semi auto pellet pistol but the increase in accuracy was worth it.

I like the overall design because it is simple and quick to use. Sometimes a product is over-designed and is just to troublesome to use. I have 1-underlever and 3 breakbarrel .177 pellet rifles. This tool will not work in the underlever, but it doesn't deform the skirts of a pellet because of the way it loads.

I modified my P17 in order to use this. Works even better on break barrels (since that's what it was made for). I also use it on 1377 & 2240.

A brilliant idea! If you have a break barrel, breech loading gun, this is a must have tool. Easy to load and use. Pellets are handled less and you never touch the breech of the gun. Much cleaner!

Needs to be built a little more stoutly. I have a feeling it won't be durable in the long term. Pellets can fall out while dangling or seating, not often, but it does happen. Especially when full. The area gripped while seating is a bit rough. Some pellets take a lot of force and can annoy the fingers

If you plan on shooting a lot, this is a must have tool. Faster, cleaner and more consistent.
Pellet manufacturers should consider packaging in tubes that can transfer to the pellet pen in one easy operation.

It loads nice and seats the pellets great! Very handy and quick on reloading. Nice not having to dig for pellets and saves all that lead from getting on your fingers.

Would like to see an Aluminum pen instead of plastic, but it still works fine.

When loading to the maximum, you cannot push the pellet seater all the way down until l you load your first pellet.
