I chose if specifically for its size as I live in California & the fact that it can deploy quickly. I wear it for work on the ambulance. It also comes with a belt pouch which is pretty cool too as Ive lost 3 knives this past year just using a clip. Most importantly its compact & inconspicuous in the pouch which ensures a patient wont reach for it because they don't know what it is. I always carry one on shift as Ive been attacked before by patients who are high or angry. Yes I know what I signed up for in this job but it doesnt mean I cant be ready to defend myself if all our other mechanisms such as requesting the police to the scene or trying to run doesnt work. This knife gives me that piece of mind that I wont be fumbling to deploy it should the need ever arise. This knife is pretty rad. Don't underestimate its strength & fast outward motion based on its size!

Quality knife. Very compact, easy to draw and put back.

When you open and close it sometimes the blade fails and then you got to pull it real hard to get it to engage again so it's already failed twice hope it doesn't fail when you actually have to use it that would really suck for a self-defense situation

It hasn't failed launching or retracting. My only real complaint would be that the edges are a little rough. Or too square. It makes it look kind of cheap to me but it's certainly not. I would recommend. Oh and it comes with a free belt pouch / sheath.

Great knife

Nice knife for one handed situations, it is my regular carry.

Smaller size is perfect for my EDC needs. One hand operation, solid construction/quality, and sharp! Thanks.

The fit and finish is excellent. The action is crisp and snappy. Comfortable to hold and use. The only reason that I could not give 5 stars was my knife was not very sharp out of the box.

This thing is so compact and yet packs a sweet little blade. I love extending the blade because the sound & feel of it is just addicting. Great design and the grip feels good. Not quite as sharp as I was expecting but still good.

Like everything about the knife , blade could be sharper.

Love the action! The blade was pretty full when I first got it however.

This is an awesome knife good quality sturdy built and with a a great pouch I would recommend it to anyone looking for something that is going to last a long time

Great knife love it.

This little knife feels and operates with the solid precision of a bank vault. There is no play or wiggle to the blade which snaps in and out of the handle with a satisfying thunk. Although it's small - it's an EDC pen knife style after all - it promises to punch way over its weight class in everyday use.

Heavy in the hand, good heft for such a small knife. The handle has girth and feels comfortable even in my large hands. quick to open with a satisfying "snick", and gets the job done when your other hand is occupied holding something.

The badger is a great little knife. Ca compliant is a great benefit but I just wish the handle was a little longer. It conceals well though. The speed, pressure and stability of the knife as the push button is slid is very crisp and comes out clean.

Dependable. High quality. Compact and works like a charm. Perfect for everyday use. Highly recommended!

So, I love this little knife, I really do. The price point is a little steep. For the price, I would like to see, made in USA, or even just, USA on the blade, to clarify that it's truly a blade made of, US steel. For whatever reason, the country of origin stamp has always been the first thing I look for on any blade.



Also, this little tool really is more like a Stoat than a Badger. The Badger, I imagine, would have more girth to the blade, similar to the, Microtech Exocet. As well, I imagine it having a aerated portion to round out it's ability as a tool. That's what the, Badger looks like to me, in my head. I suppose they could pursue my idea and call it, the Wolverine. That would work without taking away from the, Badger.



In all, I really do love this little knife. It is sturdy and well put together. The double action is smooth yet absolute. It opens and closes like a Kershaw; with authority, if you know what I mean. It really is quite satisfying to hear and feel it open and close, repeatedly, in your hand. I've had this little guy for about a month now. I carry it everyday, everywhere I go and it hasn't failed me yet. It has retained its edge well as I've only sharpened it once since I got it. If you have the money, I would absolutely recommend it. Unless you wanted something truly more Badger like, in which case I would recommend the Microtech. That's just plain honesty for you.



Side note: I am excited to try the Humvee, by these guys. That knife looks like a masterpiece, from what I've seen.

I knew the knife was small, but once received, it is a bit smaller than I expected. Great blade action
