My son loves the Barra 1866 Junior rifle. It's great for target target practice and learning the basic fundamentals of rifle marksmanship.

This gun is a very accurate shooting gun as well as very good quality, very well-built. The only thing is it only holds fifty bb's.and it takes three moves to cock it and load. But other than that I would recommend it. Is a very good gun and excellent shooting.

Both rifles shoot great and are easy to load.They have both been very dependable and are really accurate.The only negative is the difficulty of loading the pellets.BB,s load fine The junior fits smaller kids better

My son really likes it. It was a Christmas present for him. The BB gun seems to be pretty nice for a beginner. Accuracy didn't seem to be to bad out of the box.

That only thing about this particular air gun was that the handle for the pump did not deal sterty when pumped. But other than that a great buy and a recommend buy.

Bought for my son. Came with 1,000 BB's and some little paper targets.
Size fits him well. Easy for him to pump and fire by hisself.
All in all this is a good first BB gun!

The barra 1866 junior was a big hit on Christmas. My son absolutely loves it. It's his third bb gun and he said it's by far his favorite (even over his red Ryder). Now he can shoot his barra Jr. Along with dad and his full size barra 1866.It's great that he can shoot bb's and pellets ,and the auto safety after every shot is a really nice safety device for first time shooters. The looks of the gun are absolutely gorgeous.. Would definitely recommend for a first bb gun for a new shooter.
