the feel of this gun is so real add the blow back and your holding a piece of history rite in your hand plus the full auto WOW is all i can say.
Things I would have changed:nothing with the gun it self But where's the wooden holster - stock.
What others should know:it's a slow load the time it takes to load the bb's and the spring that feeds the bb's sticks or maybe it's just because it's new and needs to break in a little.

Love this gun just a blast to shoot Super cool. Add wood grip feels real good in your hand. Very good replica
Things I would have changed:Set screw mount on barrel cover is very weak (EZ fix is to install a plastic sleeve over the barrel under barrel cover, set screw holds better in the plastic tube)(all slop is gone)(you can also use electrical tape) very solid. Add More FPS
What others should know:Great gun, It is a novelty gun.

OF COURSE, THE FULLY AUTO SETTING, IT'S A BLAST (BUT BE STOCKED UP ON CO2)
Things I would have changed:FRONT SIGHT NOT HIGH ENOUGH CAUSING TARGET HITS THAT ARE ABOUT 2-3 INCHES HIGH AT 30 FEET. SHOULD HAVE A HIGHER FRONT BLADE. I ADDED APPROX 1/8" TO FRONT BLADE AND NOW IS DEAD ON AT 30 FEET. I ALSO PAINTED BLADE AND CORRESPONDING NOTCH IN REAR SIGHT WITH A FLOURESCENT ORANGE COLOR WHICH GREATLY ENHANCED SIGHT PICTURE.

My first replica and first BB gun, so I don't have anything to compare it to. However, it seems impressively realistic to me when sitting in my hand. I imagine the real thing is a lot more dynamic when you fire it, but it is not bad for something you can use in your back yard or basement. Full auto is, of course, awesome! It seems to be built to reasonable quality standards and I expect it to last, given the limited use it will get.
Things I would have changed:I did suffer from the dreaded lose barrel and as a consequence I think the accuracy (such as it is) also went out the window. The set screw that clamps the barrel locates in a blind hole in the barrel material, the hole is drilled too deep and as you tighten the set screw it pushes through the bottom of the hole and then it is incapable of clamping anything. I considered some elaborate repair options, but in the end I simply glued the barrel in place with Silicon RTV; it's stiff enough to hold the barrel firm (and restore reasonable accuracy) and hopefully I will still be able to remove the barrel if I ever have to.
What others should know:Flawed but fixable and great value for money.

At first glance it is the real thing. The weight, movement and detail is excellent. Nice magazine. Tear down creates the feeling of the original. Everyone loves the full auto feature. Nice sights and sits level for easier firing.
Things I would have changed:The front barrel is held on by only one tiny allen screw, which when it gets loose, moves the inside barrel with it. Should be corrected on newer ones. Magazine fits loose, but is easily remedied with some clear mylar tape. Of course the required white markings should be less conspicuous by only embossing them, as it is on other models.
What others should know:Needs a lot of CO2 and BB's if you use it on auto. Wood grips would make it more authentic, but these look fine enough. Be careful when handling, front barrel, can get loose easily. Accuracy is sporadic on full auto.If your a collector, don't miss this one.

Very well made, very realistic, nice heft to it.
Things I would have changed:Mag is somewhat tedious to load, but I am not sure how it could be approved.
What others should know:If this gun can be made at this price point, then they ought to be able to make a true semi-auto pellet gun (like the Crosman 600) for not much more.
Think about it Umarex.

This is a great replica- amazing! Its more impressive than its predecessor, the c96.
Things I would have changed:The sights... Are horrible/inaccurate. Set at point blank, at 10 yards they are 5 inches to high. This is very frustrating. I guess if I want to shoot single shots accurately, I'd use my 96.
What others should know:On the other hand, full auto at 10 yards, its about as accurate as any other machine pistol. So- forget restraint and let it RIP!

Like the looks and the weight of it.
Things I would have changed:The barrel was loose when I received it and had to tighten the set screw. I would like to have a quicker way to load the clip.
What others should know:Very accurate in the semi-auto mode. Really fun to shoot! I recommend an extra clip.

I have two real broom handles and this feels very realistic. As with the real hand gun the full auto function is lots of fun and it certainly uses up the CO2 fast. Accuracy in simi auto was faiir to good. I have not really been able to judge the full auto accuracy. I guess I will have to do as so many and spray and pray, (that I hit something
Things I would have changed:I really can't offer any suggestions. Great feel and fun to shoot.
What others should know:While the real thing may cost well in excess on a thousand dollars for your money this is hard to beet. Certainly looks real and feels very real and the action operates just like the real thing. You won't go wrong with this purchase.

I like the weight and feel of this gun, very realistic. I like the way the co2 cylinder is installed with a hex key, good and tight with no leaks. I like the rapid fire in full auto mode. The price was quite reasonable.
Things I would have changed:I would increase, the capacity of the magazine. The fire rate is so fast that it will empty the mag in about 2 seconds then it is a long and tedious chore to reload it one bb at a time. I would like the gun to stop firing in full auto when the mag is empty, otherwise you are wasting co2.
What others should know:I found that when shooting in single shot the gun would shoot quite high. Otherwise this is a fun gun to shoot.

FULL AUTO IS BAD AS IT GETS.
Things I would have changed:BARREL IS ALWAYS LOOSE.[SET SCREW] BOLT SHOULD STAY BACK WHEN EMPTY TO CONSERVE CO2.
What others should know:ON MY THIRD ONE BECAUSE OF BREAKAGE.

Metal Solid Time Tested Design. Authentic Feel good accurate but will climb in full auto. I can put full magazine 18 shots in 6-7" circle 1.2Seconds. I added a wooden Broomhandle for real feel and looks very nice Just a real rockin solid BB Machine Pistol. Machining Casting All top quality
Things I would have changed:As another m712 buyer mentioned the magazine spring lock only worked the first run. Spring must twist wont lock either direction (Remedy fold a piece of paper square until its thick enough to squeeze inbetween spring lock to hold the loading/tension spring down while loading BB's) The set pin on the barrel cover is just rediculously small (replaced with longer hex head screw)Locked solid inplace now
What others should know:The magazine will hold 20rounds. Runs out of power suddenly after 2 magazines. Co2 can be easily lost if tested unloaded in full auto.

I'm a retired NYS gunsmith with twenty years experience. This is one of fourteen assorted replica firearms I've purchased from Pyramyd Air and like all the others the quality, the price, the realism, and the attention to detail is exceptional.
Things I would have changed:Nothing
What others should know:This replica is the next best thing to the original firearm.

Weight, workmanship, sound of full auto!!!
Things I would have changed:Easier way to load clip, both bbs and C02 cart, but this is a minor concern. Cost of clip, you have to have at least one extra...
What others should know:Eats C02 carts like there is no tomorrow, stock up!!! Once you unload a clip on full auto, you'll be totally hooked!!!

What others should know:Better buy bunch co2 and bb's it eats both

great look, heft/weight, positive, realistic actions inc. blow back mech . ...neat for in-home plinking...
Things I would have changed:plastic handle for real wood, easier way to load bb's into clip...(that's a pain in the thumb)...
What others should know:I doubt it gets any better than this one for a semi/fully auto. bb gun...only the real thing is the next step...load up on co2 and bb's...
