I love this gun. It tears down like my 45 cal. It has a good strong blowback. I hear a good solid thunk when I shoot things. Everything about the action/externals as possible seems like my .45. I like the sights, the dots really help. The magazine is not hard to load. I get several mag loads of BBs out of a CO2 cartridge. I have 3 mags so for and hope to get a few more to give each mag a chance to warm up a little more between firing.

I wish the sights were adjustable

Buy it and get extra mags. Other 1911 mags fit this as well.

I love the look, feel and overall performance of this gun. It is an authentic looking replica that is great for target work and it has widened the eyes of the friends I have shown it to. They were shocked that a BB pistol would look and feel that good.

Maybe add real wood grips and offer a pellet version or dual ammo version of this gun. I would also offer a "kit" deal with extra mags, ammo and CO2.

Buy it and enjoy it. I would have to say that it is currently my favorite pistol among the 5 CO2 pistols I own. Get ya one!

The magazine follower, That thing is hard to grip and hold back to load.

DO NOT try any of the fragible BB's I tried some of the Dust Devil BB's and they started shedding steel particles in the magazine and literally jammed the gun after a couple of shots. Fortunately it was not difficult to clean, as most of the problem was in the feed area of the magazine. A magnetized steel punch, inserted in the feed channel removed most of the particles. and I then blasted it out with some silicon spray, and wiped it down. Steel BB's now run through it with no problem. Umarex and Pyramid Air should state that such BB's are not suitable.

This is a VERY solid gun, and its highly realistic for anyone looking for a bb-gun version of the real thing. It's certainly a good cheap alternative for target practice over the real firearm. Its not spot on with accuracy, but the ammo used plays a larger factor in accuracy than the gun does.

The gun does have a tendency to jam up sometimes, although that might just be a defect with mine specifically- however it is very easy to un-jam it by simply locking the slide back and pushing the mag out. Overall it's not something that detracts me from using it, and it's the gun I ALWAYS grab for target practice out back.

Excellent reproduction of a Springfield Armory 1911. I have two Springfield Armory 1911 Range Masters in 45ACP and 9MM and this gun fits the holsters perfect and works great for gun handling training. Its function is very close to real 1911 operation and weight is close to (as smidge lighter). I have had it for over a year now and no operational issues. It's not a competition shooter but it is an accurate fun shooter. No problem doing a 3" group at 30 feet or popping cans off my patio wall at the same distance. As an owner of real firearms, I find it just amazing they can build and sell these reproduction guns at such a low price and have them work so well.

Some reviews are correct the magazine is a pain to load and push the BBs into it. I use a small pocket screwdriver to poke them in. It would be nice to get an extra mag with it too.

Be careful how you flash it around in public, it would be mistaken as a real firearm. That applies to many of the reproduction BB and Pellet guns as I also have two Colt Revolvers and the newer S&W M29 44 Mag. Today's world isn't very accepting any longer.

It is an authentic replica of the Military 1911 A1. I carried one over 50 years ago. I can not express my excitement when I saw it the box. It functions without flaw right to the end of the gas. The magazine mimics the actual 45cal mag very well. I like to shoot it with 7 bbs with a spare magazine ready. FUN FUN FUN

Do not function the slide more than once, it picks up a bb each time and you will have to clear the jam. Insert the magazine with the slide open then release the slide. If you insert the magazine with the slide closed your fIrst shot will just be air.
