Looks, works and feels NICE!

"Glue" (Hammer?) an adjustable rear sight on this toy...as mine shoots 5 o'clock low, 9 ins. from aim-point. For the first 225 rounds, now.

Looks and feels real, shoots at unreal value. Easy to use, blow back is really cool and works well. Users who don't like a trigger powered cycle, this thing cycles like a dream. I feared the blowback would eat up co2, not the case: still got a tad over 50 shots from the cart. Feels great,smooth operating, seems to be built well. A blast to plink with and tear up some cans!

The clip on the handle may wear out in a few years... I did not clear an 18 rd clip w/o a miss-fire, but you simply ratch it and shoot. Didnt bug me. Oh yeah 70 is a lot for a plinker, but I don't feel cheated.

A real great little gun that gives you authentic feels and handles, for 15% of the cost. Accuracy is actually descent, I had an easy time hitting targets at 10 yards and had some hit as far as 20. Get it, you won't regret.

Easy to use, accurate and a ton of fun. Own a Ruger SR 22 pistol and this helps me practice shooting mechanics cheaply. All my shooting friends loved it. Glad I purchased.

Its a wonderful gun for all bb gun users.. would recommend this product , it lives to all my expectations.

This gun is great! I always wished Walther would make a blowback P99, and as soon as I found out they did, I bought it! About 12 years ago, my dad bought the PPKS blowback for me and I loved it....needed the P99 for my Bond collection, but wasn't interested in a pellet pistol. The slide is all metal and the gun has good weight, the grips are plastic but still feel sturdy...I also like that there's not a little tab exposed for screwing in the co2 which makes it look more realistic. Power and accuracy wise, the gun is as advertised. I broke glass bottles from twenty five feet away on one shot. It shoots a little high, but you get used to aiming it a tad low pretty quick. I was able to get one inch groups from 20 feet, shooting uphill, so it's pretty darn good for an unrifled BB gun.

The back of the grip comes off to load the co2, which I really like, but the piece that comes off feels pretty weak, like it might wear out after some time...would like that made of thicker plastic.... Also, would love to have the white dots on the sights like the real P99.

Best blowback bb pistol I've ever had.

I like the look and feel of this gun also it fits the hand like a glove no pun intended.

include a few extra clips.

I like the compact size of the gun and the design of it too. I also like that the gun has a slide catch so when it is empty the slide stays in the back position. I also like that the mag is fairly easy to load. I think this gun has a good amount of shots per co2 too.

I would like a better accuracy but overall it's pretty good for a 3.5 inch barrel. I would also like to see this gun have a better trigger because the trigger on it has a lot of travel before it fires off. I would like to see a model of this in a exact replica that you can field strip. The Other thing is that I wish the bottom of the handle was flat because the metal lever to pierce the co2 sometimes hurts your hand if you hold the pistol with one hand under the handle.

The safety is a little tuff to turn on and off and like I said the trigger has a lot of travel. Also when your loading your co2 cartridge turn the piercing knob as tight as you could before you turn the bottom of the handle that pierces it the co2. Also when the co2 is near dead the bbs fall out the end because the slide doesn't come back enough to cock the hammer back.

The accuracy of this pistol is superb ... I also like the CO2 piercing system where it doesn't require you to carry around a separate allen key ... the ambidexterous magazine release is also very convenient ... great looking gun especially with the laser - great bang for the buck!

Although the piercing system for the CO2 works very well, it would also be nice if the pistol had a full size drop free magazine which holds the CO2 and the bb's.

bb's will roll out of barrel if the muzzle is pointed downwards and the safety is off ...

This is an action pistol. Accurate enough for some instant gratification. The blowback action lets you get off 18 easy shots. Reloads fast and you just want to keep shooting.

Safety could work a little easier

The BB releases when you squeeze the trigger to about 85 percent of the necessary triger travel to fire. If you don't dilly dally on the trigger near the end of it's travel, or if the gun is level or pointed up, you'll never notice. You can test this point of release by loading up some BBs. Then point the gun at the ground and slowly squeeze the trigger WITH NO CO2 CARTRIDGE LOADED IN THE GUN. When the trigger is almost to the end of it's travel, the BB will be pushed into the barrel and come rolling out.

I own an actual Walther P99c 9 mm. For the casual observer, they couldn't tell the difference between this and the "real" gun. The blowback action and the slide locking back when out of ammo make this a very realistic and pleasing expereince. It provides some very realistic practice without having to go to the range and spend a lot of money on ammo.

I need to look into some kind of loader for the bb's. Right now I have to load them individually into the small hole and it takes a lot of time. Haven't found anything that allows a quick load as yet. Maybe Pyramid Air can put some recommendations for a loader in the accessories.

Not as powerful as a pellet gun, but a lot of shots from one magazine and is fun to shoot.

This gun feels greater in the hand good heft! Durable finish... quick firing nice compact size ...good accuracy .. the tanfoglio is more accurate but the tanfoglio is gonna run u 119 bucks

The stick clip I would like to see this gun. Use the same clip design as the tanfoglio .....racking the slide is not as grin inducing as the tanfoglio

This is a great buy u get much gun for the money. Tanfoglio offers realism and accuracy for the money cp99 offers just a bit less accuracy but way more bang for your buck....weekend ride ride vs hot daily driver

Everything! The weight, the feel in hand, the blowback, accuracy (close range), etc etc! This is a very very fun BB pistol to shoot!!

It would be nice if it was stronger, but still well worth the price! And maybe ability to shoot pellets but at this fps, BBs are just fine and much cheaper to shoot.

I've never been one for BB/Pellet pistols since they aren't that practicle other than fun plinking. I took a chance on the CP99 Compact and am extremely happy with it. For the price, it weighs and feels just about the real thing in hand. The blowback feature and recoil make this BB pistol great fun to shoot! Like I said, I've never been one for BB pistols but this one for the price is well worth every penny if you're looking for something just plain and simple fun to shoot and plink with. I also like the way the magazine and the C02 can setup is. This is the first C02 gun I've had that I don't hear air leaking once locked in. I've gotten a good solid 5-6 magazines worth out of a C02 can and you can tell onces it's running out because the blowback stops working as it normally would. All in all I highly reccommend the CP99 Compact for anyone looking for a BB pisotl that feels like something worthy in your hand and feels great to shoot!

Feels good in the hand with a nice weighted balance. Polymer frame and a steel slide with open ejection port feels authentic. The trigger pull is nice and smooth with a crisp snap at the point of fire. The groupings are tight out to 20' feet with the iron sights and very consistent to boot. Most of all I Absolutely love the blowback action with this BB gun. A nice plus is the safety, many buyers don't care for it but I like how extremely child proof it is. I have small children that figure things out fairly quickly but this safety requires serious intent to disengage as it is just not a flick switch type deal. Great job Umarex! Plus the engagement of the safety de-cocks the gun.

Iron sights are very drab and could use a tri-dot system like on the Beretta style guns. The iron sights work well for the effective range but require quite a bit of focus to get the most accurate shots.

Buy a set of extra mags, actually I'd suggest two sets, this gun is really that much fun to shoot. You'll get 5 full mags plus a few extra shots out of a full CO2 cartridge. It's a nice safe gun to have even with intelligent small kids. Requires a couple of steps to disengage the safety. When the safety is engaged the gun will de-cock.

I like the blowback and slide lockback when out of Ammo, Trigger pull is great have no problem with bb's rolling out like on some earlier modols ? Nice sights and good Mags holds about 18 rounds they seem well built.Pistol looks very real and has great feel to it built real nice!!!

I myself would have adjustable sights and maybe just a little longer barrel for accuracy, also I don't like the CO2 setup I would like just a bolt to turn C02 up, mine some how wont set tight ?

This is a nice little shooter but not as accurate as some other Air Guns I have here at home, I'm hoping this will break in after shooting it a while? Please don't let this shy you away from this nice Pistol, mine just shoots a little off sometimes I was keeping c02 in my pocket and this seemed to make gun shoot off may have been too warm? I did get more shots and less waste this way but its not worth losing accuracy!!!Its best to leave c02 at room temp before shooting this Pistol it has more accuracy!! I love blowback Pistols they are so much fun to shoot and P.A. has just about anything you may need, including the Best Customer Service and SHIPPING !!!! I hope this helps someone who is looking for a real nice blowback Pistol for a good price, look no further.

Prioe. Compact size. Excellent accuracy at shorter distances. Easy to load.

The safety... simply put, it sucks.

This is a great little air pistol, with excellent accuracy especially with new CO2. Safety sucks, and is the one thing detracting from an otherwise perfect review.
