Smooth bullet shape, weight are consistent, BC are great, less flight noise
Things I would have changed:make it longer to 9.70mm OAL so it will fill the mag on the FX wildcat end to end and hoping it will be around 35-40g
What others should know:love FX smooth twist barrel at 880fps on my wildcat and cricket standard with smooth twist barrels.
at 135y the BC is great, when set at 2 mil dot at that range the other pellet will drop 2 to 3 mil dot 25g 965fps, 27g 950fps, MKI and mk2 885fps, its the only pellet I use.

They look like great slugs.
Things I would have changed:Accuracy. Maybe 700 FPS is not enough.
What others should know:These slugs were all over the place (5 inch group) at 20 yards. I was using a Benjamin Marauder which may not be pushing the slug fast enough.

A lot of people call these pellets when in fact they are slugs. A short, squished little slug with a dish base and a hollow point that looks like it was made with a torx bit. The BC on these pretty much sucks, but I don't think the design had long range in mind. They are very accurate at around 800 to 850 out of my m18. I shoot these in my AEA challenger as well, at 1050fps for close to 80 ftlb. They are going to go through anything organic smaller than a cow so be mindful of passthroughs.
Things I would have changed:Make the base shallower, which should get the weight up to 33 to 35 grains.
What others should know:The shape of these reminds me of a 21 slug in .22 of the same brand. Accuracy is decent, but don't expect much past 100 yards. Inside 80 they stack pretty well. These do seem to tolerate being ran slower than "normal" slugs, probably due to the .07BC. If you can find them on sale buy some, otherwise there are more economical options with close to the same BC.

Heavy, hollow point
Things I would have changed:Redesign the pellet to the proper size.
What others should know:Frankly this is the worst pellet I've ever shot. Something about the size is off. Practically falls through the barrel of my Hatsan AirTact . Usually my Benjamin Marauder is spot on, even with the H&N Barracudas, but this H&N is nothing but constant flyers resulting in very poor accuracy. If you are going to try these, don't buy multiple quantities until you are satisfied with how they work in your gun.

Typical top notch H&N quality and performance... excellent. I shoot these outta 3 of my .25 cal PCP's and all 3 really like them. Accuracy and flawless feeding from their magazines too. But especially out of my Air Venturi Avenger and my Air Venturi Bullpup that are regulated at 2800psi, boy do they hit HARD. Expansion is also excellent. Testing in paraffin wax and tightly bound soaked newspaper the mushroom out to almost nickel size.
Things I would have changed:Just wish they had higher count tins and obviously wish they were cheaper.
What others should know:Grab some before the price increase that will inevitably come.

I bought some tins some years ago and try the Grizzlies with some of my HP rifles. Not very good results. I try them with my Vulcan 2 ant it shoots them like a champ. at above 100 yards.
Things I would have changed:More per tin.
What others should know:All slugs should be tested on a rifle to see if they work well or not.

H&N quality, decent consistency of shape. These hit HARD! (when they hit the target)
Things I would have changed:ACCURACY! This is the ONLY H&N pellet that I have EVER reviewed poorly. I honestly can not hit a paper plate at 20m consistently. This being said , it is from a AirForce Texan SS with less than 100 rounds through it. Very disappointed, HOWEVER we all know the pellet and the rifle are picky.... so you may have better results.
What others should know:I utterly LOVE H&N pellets. I shoot the Field Target Trophy in .22 and .25 with absolutely no issues. H&N is my go to pellet for competition. This one pellet however is not working for me at all. You may have better results than I did.

Things I would have changed:Accuracy accuracy accuracy
What others should know:I almost sold my hatsan bt65qe because these were the pellets that I bought when I first got that air rifle and they never hit what I was aiming at. It was upsetting until I got jsb pellets and that thing is a bazooka that you can get MOA with at a hundred when everything is right. Save yourself the grief I've never heard the words accurate and h&n grizzlies used in the same sentence before i never will either

Hollow Point Slug Good Weight, Clean
Things I would have changed:nothing in particular
What others should know:I bought these to shoot in my M-Rod. They did OK. Needing to get more vel out of them, I ran some thru my Condor SS, and then my Talon SS.
At first they didn't seem to group very well (20 yards from the Talon, 1 1/2 inch) (Condor was 3/4 inch at 35 yards). I played with speeds etc.
I was getting tired of my thumb hurting after loading 20 and more. I remember seeing a vid on seating pellets. TA_DA!! I'm am now using a tire air cap to seat these slugs into my Talon (settings are 9-9) groups now are 1/2 inch at 35 yards. I've been dropping sage rats out to 65 yards with these now very acceptable slug. Vel running 700-750, 50 shots per fill of 2900psi. That valve cap seats them about .025 deeper into the breech, gains 50 fps vel, and shrinks the groups from 1 1/2 at 20 yards to a ragged hole at 20 yards. TRY IT on your AF airguns and see if it helps. Oh yeah, keep an extra valve cap in your tin of slugs, It works for me! Hope it works for you too! shawn

Wow these hit like a ton of bricks! Great expansion to about the size of a nickel and would be my go to for larger pests like coon/possum etc.
Things I would have changed:Diameter would be more consistent for good fit.
What others should know:Pretty accurate so far, but have a few fliers. A few are undersized and fit slightly loose in the breech and I think this is the source of the variation. I'm shooting these out of my Hatsan Edge Vortex piston air rifle.
