make them the correct size

best thing about these pellets is they were free. when 9 out of 10 fall through the 25 cal barrel, what can you say. at least I didn't have to buy them to find out just how sorry they were.

I like the shape of them and and they seem like good quality slugs

I bought these for my 25 cal marauder because they were the only ones I could find for that cal,but I would like for them to be lighter.

They work well in my magazine and cycle good but they are not accurate in my gun. I have the marauder 25 cal. I just ordered the 25 gauntlet so maybe they will be accurate with it. Ill know once I get it.

the slug shoots a little flatter and it likes to be shot a little faster than a pellet.

Only thing I would like to see changed is the slugs seemed to be a little rough in shape and dirty. Looked like they got dropped and a lot of them had bad nicks and flat spots on them. After sorting and cleaning them and lightly oiling them they seemed to shoot much better.

I think they are a great slug. Shot them out of my airforce condor. A little sorting and not just loading and going, this slug is a game changer.

Beware.- Read my other review about this slugs.... They just work well with one of my rifles. Because of time on year I have not make hunting tests of expansion on criters.

These pellets/slugs hit hard. they take the heads off of birds, and chest shots leave a big hole. They fit and shoot good out of my hatsan pcps, (hercules bully and Nova Star). When target shooting (50 yrds), they hit the bulleye, and sometimes hole in hole, but I shoot free hand. Forgot, I shot a coyote with this pellet out of my hercules bully,@ 40 yrds, it knocked him over with a body shot and it just rolled over and kicked twice and then its leg slowly ease down and it was over !!!

Maybe make the diamater bigger so they will fit the 25 cal sumatra mag.

Not putting down anyone pcp rifle, but you have to have a powerful pcp to get a accurate/quality shots, and I would say at least 950 fps. yes i would recommend to a friend. also these pellets are more of a slug than pellet, so you can use them as a pellet or slug depending on your gun. For the price, I would buy at least 4 tins since you get 1 tin free when you purchase 4 tins which means you pay $6,00 per tin instead of $8.00 per tin.

This pellet shoots GREAT in my Hatsan Flashpup at 50 and 60 yards!

Only to put more in a tin.

Hard hitting, and suggesting to never under estimate the power and authority of a little heavier pellet

Shoot great in my FX Wildcat MkI. Surprisingly consistent and very economical when compared to the new wave of slugs. Great energy!

Based upon the new FX slugs, would a deeper hollow point help? Who knows, these shoot great as they are!

Pyramyd Air did fine on this item however the item itself is not the quality I expect from Pyramyd Air.

These pellets may be ok for someone who is shooting at 10 yards or closer however at 30 yards they are very inaccurate.

The concept. Unfortunatelly they do hoy work on any of my 8 pcp's. Accuracy is the worst. On one of my rifles the pellet falls by the barrel. Not wide enough to be directed.

Need to be redesigned.

They seat a little far in the beach compared to other pellets,but I think that helps with speed.

Nice pellet but be careful with them, they go right through rabbits ricochet off the ground and hit your neighbor's mailbox.

For the money theses are a very good slug. Caught them on sale here and ordered 10 tins. They shoot great out of my Impact MRII in .25 Caliber.

Quality control is not to the level of NSA or other higher priced slugs but is okay for hunting which is what I am using them for. They seem to have minor skirt damage not sure if it happened in the manufacturing process or in packaging and transport.

Would not use these if you are shooting competition or are a super accuracy kind of person. The NSA 36g. do much better for those uses.

I would like to say something good about them, but I can't use them. They drop right through the magazine for my Sumatra 2500 500cc .25 cal. And whats worse is I have 4 tins of them! My micrometer measures most of them at .2485. Maybe I can melt them down and recast them for my 9mm Bully. Expensive lead.

Increase the diameter.

They are too small in diameter for the Sumatra 2500 .25 cal magazine.

Shape. Weight. The hollow point part I ignore. When it works, it works well. When it doesn't, it's a solid projectile. This is as true for air guns as it is for cartridge guns.

Deeper cup in the base so it can more easily conform to the barrel/rifling. Cupped base bullets aren't a new idea. They did this in the early cartridge guns, but the cup needs to be deep enough to allow the propellant gases to swell the base into the rifling. When done well, a 36 caliber bullet would engage the rifling of a 38 caliber barrel, and exhibit decent accuracy. Air guns, of course, have their own characteristics, but that principle will hold true. Naturally, with each air gun having it's own "quirks" and pellet preference, it's a case of trying them out in each air gun, but I think that a deeper cup would make a lot more guns "happy".

As with all things air gun, you just have to try them, but if your gun likes them, you will be a happy camper. As a quick check, assess the fit in the breech/magazine. If that is "loose", chances are that you will find yourself using 4-letter words. If it's a good or decent fit, give them a whirl. I like them.

Love the looks of them, very uniform in size and shape

More per tin, different shape - maybe diabolo style instead for better accuracy

This is the one pellet that I so wanted my Gauntlet to like, and it doesn't. I get 1.5-2" groups at 35yds.
