    Things I liked:

very clean and accurate when shot out of the Ruger Explorer youth rifle at 495 fps

    Things I would have changed:

try to lower the cost of course :) Crappy tin! Why is it that the better pellets seem to alway have the worst tins?

    What others should know:

check it out in your gun and see for yourself.

    Things I liked:

Amazing Pellet. Good Condition in the tin, as well as good condition OF the tin.

    Things I would have changed:

I wish the cap for the tin was a screw on type, or a snap. But thats why I made a pellet case to carry em in.

    What others should know:

Amazing pellets. Accurate (in my BigCat 1200). Seem like they will perform beatifully for hunting. Extremely impressed with the shipping and customer service on this website.

    Things I liked:

These are the most dangerous pellet I own. They penetrate and cause massive trauma to a target, but they are heavy and slow. Up close around 20 yards these are the best hunting pellet I could ask for.

    Things I would have changed:

make the tin with a screw top. I lost count of how many times the thing opened in my pocket and I had to dig them out to put them back in the tin.

    What others should know:

Use these with a pellet pen. that way you don't end up with a pocket full of lead and an empty tin.

    Things I liked:

They rip cans apart really nicely. They look awesome. They ACTUALLY expand. Deadly on squirrels.

    Things I would have changed:

The groupings from my big cat 1200 were not too great at 15 yards. I could put crossman premiers through almost the same hole at that distance. These are about a 1/2 inch group. I guess it'd be better if the skirts were wider and not as thin/malleable. Also, wayyyy too expensive for what they are.

    Very accurate.

    Things I would have changed:

    More pellets for less money.

    What others should know:

I am using these in a Gamo Socom Extreme. Getting great groups every time at 32yds. I am on my 2nd order of them. If you are looking for a pellet that is accurate and great expansion this is the one. Pyramyd Air is the best place to get any of your air gun needs. I know from trying some of the others and they were really bad. Learn by trying. Will not go anywhere else now.

    Things I liked:

these pellets expand in ballistics gel and in squirrels. the polymer tip is shed in the first centimeter of penetraton (usually). extremely consistent, accurate. good pellet weight. good weight forward too.

    Things I would have changed:

    nothing. these are great pellets

    What others should know:

be careful with these, the skirt is thin and fragile. that is good though. almost all the weight is up front, that makes this pellet stable at extended ranges. this is my second favorite pellet only to the crow magnum. the only reason is the more violent expansion of the crow magnum vs the slightly less impressive expansion of the predator.

Great hunting pellets, great for plinking too, also for target shooting, it's the best for every thing, it's very accurate in my HW95 deluxe, i can take pigeon down too 70 yards and more, buy them and buy from them alot, you going to use them

    Things I would have changed:

more pellets in one box..lets say 500 and not just 200

    What others should know:

great for pest control even in 12ft/lb air rifles

I like these pellets because every rabbit that I shot is dead they didnt run off and die in the neighbors yard. Excellent hunting pellet.

    Things I would have changed:

offer it in a 500 ct tin.

    What others should know:

very well made, uniform and accurate. Devistating to small game.

    Things I liked:

Outstanding accuracy and consistency from RWS 34 and Beeman P1. Velocity lower than Beeeman Silver Bear (quite the opposite of performance in .22). All things considered, I prefer accuracy to velocity for both target and hunting.

    Things I would have changed:

    As always, price and packaging.

    What others should know:

Preditors seem to give significantly higher velocity than conventional lead pellets in the larger .22 caliber spring-air guns - while also giving outstanding accuracy.

    Things I liked:

Expansion on impact. The mushroom was excellent.

    Things I would have changed:

The .177 Predators in my Beeman R9 have a VERY sloppy bore fit and seal, resulting in poor groupings. I wish Prdator would increase the grain weight, and and improve bore fit on these .177 and they would devistating. The Beeman Silver Arrows, which weigh in at 11.50G, can split a penny at 25yds. The Predators, can put a dent in one, but thats it. I hate to say it, but the Gamo Red Fires, out performed the Predators in .177 caliber due to great bore seal, and slightly heavier weight.

    What others should know:

The Predators in my Beeman .22, however, have an excellent bore fit and seal wich results in a flat projectory and great groupings. The .22's are super amo.

    Things I liked:

    Great expansion.

    Things I would have changed:

Manufacture to more exact tolerances and increase the head diameter by 0.001". Reconfigure how the polymer tip attaches to the head to allow for a higher BC (less drag). Lower the cost substantially.

    What others should know:

    Shot from my TX200 MKIII: Low FPS = 890.53, High FPS = 912.06, Avg FPS = 899.39, Extreme Spread = 21.53, Ballistics Coefficient = 0.131, 10-Shot Group @20 yards = 0.485. Average dimensions from a 10-pellet sample: Length = 0.345, Head Dia = 0.176, Skirt Dia = 0.183.
I really wanted to love this ammo, but I'm afraid if fell a little short of my expectations. The pellets are very long at over 1/3 of an inch, so don't expect them to fit in most clips. I’m not sure why they call the tips something vague like “polymer.” Maybe “nylon” wouldn’t sound as mysterious, but that’s essentially what they are. The cone-shaped tips have a little stem that recesses into a hole within the hollow point head. I had thought the lead might actually wrap around and cover part of the tip, but it doesn’t. The dimensional tolerances – both between pellets and across individual pellets – were disappointing. For instance, in my sample of 10 pellets, the lengths ranged from 0.342 to 0.350 and the skirt diameters ranged from 0.179 to 0.185. Interestingly enough, the heads were uniformly 0.176 in diameter across all samples. The fit was a little loose in my TX200’s breach, and I think that element – along with the inconsistent dimensions – probably affected their accuracy. I was most interested to see how the polymer tips would perform, so I shot one group with the tips on and another group with tips off. The result of the tips on group is above, so here are the tips off results: 10-Shot Group = 0.495, Low = 890.92, High = 912.68, Avg. = 900.08, ES = 21.76. I don’t have a scale so I couldn’t calculate BC with the tips off. In my tests, the polymer tips seemed to have almost no affect on either accuracy or velocity. On most of the pellets I recovered, the tips were either sheared off or pushed back into the pellet body. In some non-scientific penetration and expansion tests, they performed very similarly to Beeman Crow magnums. Max expansion was around 0.220” (same as Crow Mags, although Predators didn’t produce as uniform a “mushroom”) and max penetration was around 10% deeper than the Crow Mags. The waist is a little longer on the Predators, but other than that, they are very similar in appearance, barring the tip. On or off, the tip doesn’t substantially affect velocity or accuracy over a 20 yard distance (at 15 yards, the average velocities for tip on and tip off were still within 4 FPS of each other). However, the tips did help with penetration, and on average, penetration was 15% deeper with tips on. While I only tested out to 20 yards, I expect these to have similar range limitations to other hollow points. Since I’m not really looking for more penetration, and these cost more, I think I will stick with Crow Magnums for most of my close-medium range hunting needs.

I sighted in my Gamo Whisper at about 20 yards. Grey & red squirrels, chipmunks and the like, one shot is all it takes 90 % of the time. Accurate shot after shot with good stopping power.

    Things I would have changed:

Like every one else.............for the money I expect a better container.

    What others should know:

I put my polymags in a crosman copperhead plastic container that clips on my belt or pocket for mobility

Most accurate round I have found to exist for my Gamo Whisper. Even Gamo's own Redfire (a copy of the Polymag) isn't as accurate.

    Things I would have changed:

Only thing I have changed is to use Gamo's bullet shaped containers for their PBA's for my Polymags. The rifle case I use has a bullet holding area that the PBA containers fit in.

Stopping power, If you touch a squirrel with this round, it's over. I ordered several other types from you but when I see a big one......I reach for the Polymag!

    Things I would have changed:

Screw on cap for sure. I received my Predators in a dented can as it was.( sorry pyramid air but it's true) Screw on lids are stronger, inherently because of the extra creases.

    What others should know:

You have to try at least one can or you won't sleep at night because your missing out in my opinion..
