Aeon Scope Sunshade, 56mm, 3"

Should off done my homework first before ordering.

The price is very reasonable.

First off I like Aeon scopes. I have had several. I needed an extra Sunshade and got in the waiting queue and duly ordered one when informed that they had arrived. It arrived in due time and went on my scope with out trouble. Later, I ordered another Aeon 10-40x56 and two more sunshades. (I usually use two sunshades because our range here faces east and most of the events are in the morning, I don't much like the idea of seeing the sun through enlarging optics.) The scope arrived yesterday and was fine. The Sunshades were not useful at all. They were slightly larger than the stated 56mm and they did not even stack together. I called Pyramydair and took note of the problem and are solving it to my complete satisfaction. The five stars evaluation is for the first one and much more importantly: Kudos to Pyramydair and their USUALLY EXCELLENT service.

What you should take away from the above is that Pyramydair conducts their business in a wholly ethical and honest manner. In my experience you cannot go wrong doing business with them. Old guy with an Air gun

How about doing a quality check before sending these things out. The one i got was beat up, chipped, and dinged. Hey Pyramyd if you wouldn't want put this thing on your $2000.00 gun because it looks so bad, why would you think I would want to.

If you order the scope the sunshade comes with it. But for some reason this isn't mentioned in the description. It was a waste of $12.00 for me as I didn't need it and even if I did need it I wouldn't put something that looks that bad on my gun. I'm going to guess Aeon doesn't make the sunshade or the side wheel because the fit and finish on their scopes is first rate and the sunshade and side wheel I got are junk.
