The Hatsan cylinders are removable allowing you to carry several when you hunt in the field. It came prefilled to 2000 lbs allowing a quick pump to 3000 lbs.
Things I would have changed:My cylinder was purchased as new but came contaminated with dust, oil and scratches. It was also out of stock for several weeks making me think it will not be produced in the near future.
What others should know:While they are advertised as hand pump acceptable, two of my cylinders quit holding air after 3 years. This is a common problem when are charged with hand pumps. It was difficult to locate a rebuild kit and the first kit came with replacement exterior cylinder rubber rings only. The problem was the pressure release valve was not holding pressure. Three attempts at purchasing this unit or repair kit caused me to purchase this third cylinder. I also purchased an air compressor to solve the problem. My Hatsan AT44 25 caliber replaced 2 Beeman R1 rifles which were extremely accurate for 25 years before the springs fatigued. The HatSan replicated their accuracy with multiple shots. It took so long to sort my cylinder problem out I purchased a Umarex Gauntlet in 25 cal. It is cheaper than the HatSan but has a chunky bench rest plastic stock. The change to PCP from break barrel has been extremely expensive.

Seems to be a factory replacement part. Better fitment than original cylinder, fits parallel to the barrel unlike the original that lightly touched the barrel.
Things I would have changed:Has a few small blemishes in the finish.
What others should know:Mine had a definite break-in period. First shot after installation on my AT-44 Long QE .22 muzzle energy was only 22ft/lb of energy. After about 150 shots muzzle energy is now about 34ft/lb. (your results will vary)

Good day, I think I'm figuring this out finally. I just received an H class cylinder for my Bullboss as a spare. Thanks for the fast shipping! I also recently purchased an AT 44 class regulator. However this regulator doesn't attached to the valve (black color) on the original air tube I received with the Bullboss. Would the AT 44 class regulator work with the new H class cylinders (Brass color)? Do they make regulators for the old style valves on the air cylinders that came with the "older" Bullboss models? Thanks for your guidance! Rich
No. The regulator does not fit the new cylinders. Hatsan has discontinued regulators. There are aftermarket regs. Look at Huma,Altross.and Lane.

Yes. It fits the AT44.

It works.
Things I would have changed:I wish I could have just purchased the the check valve on the top instead of the hole cylinder since it was just the check valve that was leaking air. Even sent Hastan a emails with part numbers and they don't get back to me, guess were stuck purchasing the hole cylinders.
